Lol, now that you mention it........
You can't get a tax right off if you still hold your shares. Are you sure about the point you are trying to make?
Is he in prison? Is he broke? Or is he successful?
Dr Henry Ji for President!!!
All considered, CHEAP SHARES!
$0.37!?!?!? What is your buy in/average down price??

Donald Trump used to say that he isn't ashamed of using bankruptcy 11 because it's a tool used by smart businessman for protections while restructuring to make more money. This is part of our governments' tools we use. He also says you can use it too. Lol.
Read this link above to the end. It makes me want to file for bankruptcy 11! Hahaha!!
But with all of what's going on, with the restructuring under bankruptcy 11, and Sorrento also filing for protection, this will still be a big year because Sorrento products and Scilex products are coming to fruition in 2023. Hopefully this will be a great year.
Almost like creating an alternate LLC.
Sorrento therapeutics isn't filing chapter 11.....??
"Sorrento Therapeutics shares are trading lower after the company said its Scintilla Pharmaceuticals unit commenced voluntary proceedings under Chapter 11 of US bankruptcy code." Benzinga.
Scintillating Unit is....???????
I averaged down at $0.44 and $0.47
Would you rather prefer dilution to pay down debts??
Buy on the dip! Read previous post and click link.
OK I can agree it's not great but it's not really that bad either. Donald Trump has used chapter 11 in the past many times to take advantage of the benefits of protection from creditors. It's not chapter 7 which means they would have to close down the business and sell assets to pay debts but it's a reorganization plan to keep creditors at Bay. This is this good for long term While Sorento continues their product lines. Here is a link that explains this.

Why is Sharp even mentioned? Is he still associated with HUMBL in any way?
Unfortunately with the legalization of marijuana, marijuana has taken over the smoking industry. Marijuana sales outpace tobacco sales. So people who are getting off of tobacco are switching to marijuana. Hopefully these VLN cigarettes make a great impact for people to quit altogether.
Approvals are on the way. I'm sure this board will light up.
Does anybody have a value on the stocks they received yet or are they just number of shares posted with a random alphanumeric tag instead of ticker symbol? And when should we expect the value to be added to our portfolios? Do I sound anxious........?
Great news. Thanks
Also, Stock dividends cause dilution so the price of silex will go down.
I didn't get mine yet. I'm with TD ameritrade. I guess it should be coming shortly. Thanks.
How many days after payment date, jan 19, does it take to receive stock dividend. Obviously it's not the same day. Anyone know?
Awesome! Thanks
Thanks runcaly. How did you find that? Would you have a link....? Thanks again. ??
Any word on what the ratio to held shares of Sorrento to dividend shares of Silex yet?
Just for the heck of it, what is the common ratio that if Sorrento were to issue this dividend, what would a proper ratio of stock dividend to shares held be?? 1:1,000, 1:2,000,........etc.....
If Sorrento Therapeutics owns 99.9% of Scilex Holdings, then buying stock is Scilex/Vikers Vantage would be futile. Because Scilex Holdings would be sharing profits with Vikers Vantage and 0.01% of the profits would show on Scilex Holdings balance sheet, while 99.9% would show on Sorrento Therapeutics balance sheet. Am I wrong?? What am I missing? Appreciate clarification if anyone would like to explain. Thanks In Advance.

I don't understand the Scilex deal with Vickers Vantage and Sorrento. If Sorrento owns 99.9% of Scilex, and Scilex joins with Vickers Vantage to form Scilex Holdings Company, then went Sorrento therapeutics get 99.9% of the earnings on their books leaving .01% of the proceeds on the newly formed Scilex Holdings Company?
And, is it worth buying stock in Scilex Holdings Company at all if this is the case?
FitzyP33, please click and read this link. BlackRock owns over 18 million shares of Sorrento therapeutics. Please, please please show me what fund BlackRock owns that has 18 million shares worth of Sorrento therapeutics. If Sorrento therapeutics is only a small portion of a fund as you say, what is the percentage of Sorrento therapeutics in that fund that BlackRock owns over 18 million shares? You aren't making any logical sense that BlackRock is too incompetent that their very large portion of Sorrento therapeutics is a complete overbite in a fund. That they bought it blindly by accident and didn't realize that they had a looser company in it, and yet they increased their holdings in Sorrento therapeutics by millions in February 2022............seriously????
Who cares if BlackRock is good or bad. If they're bad and corrupt all the better. If they can push Sorrento up somehow in this Biden administration then who cares. A lot of corrupt people are making millions and millions of dollars. Bill Gates.....?? If Sorrento therapeutics is one of their holdings and they somehow get the Biden administration to push on Sorrento products, then so be it. Doesn't matter how we get there it's just that we get there. They can be the worst of the worst. But if they have connections, again, who the F cares. And regardless, Vanguard has 2nd largest holdings. Do you have anything against the them too?
In BlackRock and Vanguard we trust. Who are you again....?
