When is rs? Still long with stock!
Kelli explain to me how I got scammed? How does Garret and Steve walk away with all the cash?
What Debt?
I try to read this board to learn what is going on and how people are thinking. According to the last quarterly report this company is flush with cash to make the dream come true. Negative is good? Right?
Total Capitalization -21.6
Total Equity -21.8
Total Liabilities & Stock Equity -21.8
Lastly with the 100/1 split in the next quarterly statement wont the EPS take a huge jump? Won't this company look more profitable?
Ok I will talk about something I do know. This is a bunch of guys/gals with an office, a few vans, tools, laptops, and some software. They are selling what is in there brains or intellectual property. Form a debt standpoint they really own nothing that they can't get out of fast. They take the latest and greatest Techie toys such as battery technology, facial recognition, GPS control, etc. and bundle it up into an SMP Robot or a cool looking security station box. They invent nothing but integrate everything. I don't feel Steve is in the screw you business. And maybe Parson's isn't either ( but I only 30% believe that, he is an accountant LOL). Anyway Steve must rely on people and there brain to integrate the various machines, he must shake hands and build a bond of trust to sell the vision to potential clients, he must listen to there needs and concerns to design new machines, he is at trade shows, he is in magazines, etc. His company is all about people and what he dose daily is surround himself with people.
Not for one minute do I believe Steve is in the business of screwing people, including us. A part of me feels he is as dumb as fox. Never met the guy and know zip about him personally but what I can see he had a dream, needed some cash, needed some free accounting, needed somebody to help get him legitimized as a company and that is how Parson's is on board.
What all of us do need to worry about is sales. There is more competition out there and those of us who are long need to be aware of how this product is matching up to the competition. The shift to the Scot tower was huge in my opinion, so obviously he found something talking to clients which he easily could do at a cheaper entry point. (no wheeled machine, no gps tracking, no dropped signals, etc.) EASY STARTUP AND EASY FIXES. I am just shocked this company is doing this for clients since this thought process has been around for ages. Name change that has nothing to do with a mobile solution? Maybe he is as dumb as a fox, I guess time will tell.
LOL Mantis totally agree. He is an engineer and thinks everybody is honest. Parson's is and account and feels Greed is Good!
Zaka thank you for the input and I finally found the news release. I have to say I am shocked like most but not surprised. The 1st thing that popped in my mind after reading the release is this company is starting to turn the corner and RS wants to own it (or make bank on selling it). Does he really need to sell those authorized shares? Can the company just take them and not release them? His ego will definitely not allow this company to fail or falter. Not saying this is bad, I am saying this is good. It's his baby and it's not in his genes to see failure. The guy needed money to make his vision happen so he hooks up with somebody that has a failed company (which he research in debt) found some seed money and pumps the dream on the OTC market. All this was planned in my mind, and anything that happens in the future is part of the big plan as well. I am staying because I don't see this huge debt you are referring to, it is a few salaries, a shop and some vans. There is nothing to run from IMO. Oh and don't forget they continue to sell and have products on the market which have rentals and need to be maintained. This company sells intellectual property. Nothing is purchased until contracts are in hand. I am staying just because I don't see RS in the business of screwing people. He needs people and relationships to build his company to make the dream come true. I am totally betting on RS's ego will not allow this to fail, I don't see the debt, and this company truly has selling product. I feel RS will reward shareholders that went through the pain from the beginning will be rewarded. Still long on OMVS!!!
Mantis hope all is well. It's been awhile. Few questions. Reverse split should be good news, however everybody is speculating authorized shares will dilute. Did OMVS announce authorized share amounts? I don't see this news. Please provide a link to reverse split and authorized shares. Thanks
Did a little research and beef is not a big import from US to China. It appears Brazil and Australia have a majority of the market. Sorry for false alarm.
I am trying to find a list of what exactly is being Tariffed, there are 128 products. On the news they stated meat products which pork is big import from the USA. I will keep looking for the list. If I find, I will post.
Totally serious. Management has complained in the past that meat prices are driven down due to imports from the United States. I would think if the Tariffs stay in place, cost of locally grown meat products would look more attractive to the consumer.
China puts tariffs on Meat Products from USA. SIAF has no excuses now. I expect atomic take off in sales.
Been a while since on the board. Had to come back to see the light luv, and how my stock is doing!! Glad to finally see a financial report cleaning up the mess of purchasing of the OMVS logo. Read about 60% of it and liked how the accounting company put everything in perspective for a potential buyer. This company is a startup and you could loose your azzz! No more fake news, like how they where very clear. However, doing my research, I feel OMVS is really the only player in security of the outdoor space. The GPS tracking and mapping capability is a pretty big deal an they are the only provider of this service. This companies product is affordable for the end user and has the right machine for the terrain. i am still invested in the company and hoping for the best. If Steve can't make the dream come true and generate the revenue some deep pockets will come along to help. I could see Garrett easily walking away from this if offered. It's only about the money for him. Steve is about the dream! Go OMVS!
BOT Ticker
It's been awhile, hope all are doing good in the new year. Can anybody update the BOT ticker below? Last information I had was the deployment of 2 BOTs within Allied about a month ago. Also did some research on the machine. RAD really only has a machine for outside usage on rugged terrain (high clearance), only vendor who will custom there machine for usage, only one with point to point capability, battery life cycle crushes the competitors, and it is the most cost effective machine by leaps and bounds. Downside you have to plug it in (I think due to speed of charging, one hour charge for 12 hours usage), longer to map in the field because of it's point to point capability, and needs good satellite signal. Good problems to have because they all can be fixed with some thought and design work.
BOT Ticker 12/14/2017
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES STATED 9/14/17 PR: Deployment of 20 robots by the end of calendar 2017, 50 robots by the end of the first quarter of 2018, 90 robots by the end of the second quarter of 2018, 160 robots by the end of the third quarter of 2018, 240 robots by the end of the fourth quarter of 2018. Total 560 robots 2018.
BOTS DEPLOYED: 10
CLIENT LIST: Allied Security 2, Romeo Power 2, Hard Car Security 1, Texas Location 1, Watchman Security @ Costco 1, SR Image 12/13/SR of 3 Bots for deployment.
Yes Rockhard you are correct
Thank all for you comments on why this price is down. A lot of you emailed me stating EPS, Solomon is a hack, bad sales, etc. Look at these three companies GOOG, BAC, SIAf, Price/Earning, Price/Sales, Price/Book, Price/Cash and tell me just by looking at the fundamentals which one you would buy if you threw out the name of the company. Just on fundamentals.
Here are the rules. Price/Earning Higher the Value the more over priced it is, Price/Sales Lower the ratio the better, Price/Book Lower the ratio the better, Price/Cash higher the ratio the Better. Just looking at the fundamentals which one would you buy?
IMO bottom line Cows and Prawns aren't sexy. Even after the beat down this company took on sales last year it's still way under valued. Personally I just look at stock buying all wrong. I need to go buy some fractions of a block chain currency, that resides in the cloud, which nobody really owns (people or governments) and is untraceable. Yep that's it, fundamentals pffft, I need to be sexy.
Can somebody give me there feelings on why this stock is falling and not climbing. Only thing that makes sense to me is that it's just not sexy? EPS looks excellent compared to stock value. They make food for people who need to eat (fish based mind you) that is the number one source of protein in Asia? Is it the debt? Is it the off sales to competition last year? Geez looks to me this company has it going on? Why a falling stock? What's your thoughts, this company looks like gold to me. Maybe that's why this isn't my day job. LOL
Allied has one bot in field and releasing another this week.
Luv SR, I am not here to please you, I am here to make the best BOT's in the field!!!!
Some facts:
Knightscrap rental is 83K a year and RAD is about 63-66K per year through Allied. RAD has the only BOT good for outside terrain, you can configure as you wish, only BOT that you can point and go, others you can't. Meaning when you map the machine you can say go to point B easiest way, other BOT have to be trained the easiest way. Knightscrap is coming out with the L7 which is huge and more of an all terrain vehicle, but no cost yet, I can only imagine the cost. There is a significant difference in charge time and run time. RAD runs around 10-12 hours I think, on a 2 hour charge. Kinghtscrap runs about and hour on a 15 minute charge. Lightsoldier was right, you have to plug in the RAD BOT, Knightscrap is self charging. From my conversation my gut is saying Knightscrap is for office space and RAD is for industrial installations, warehouses, mfg. plants, etc. Basically Knightscrap has the BMW and RAD has the Chevy which most people drive.
Agree, this is getting painful!
Thank You, I am a novice, however sounds like to me it could be part of a share buy back strategy. To your knowledge is the overall available shares for sale on SIaF keep coming down or is it going up?
Could this move to Merkur somehow be there strategy behind the companies share buy back strategy? Why would a company do such a thing? Does each market drive different price values or is SIAF the same price in every exchange market in the world?
OK what is going on here? Who knows something and is not telling?
I was hoping this is who Garrett is. This guy is a grinder!! Great investment on my part.
Little help here. Who is the Garrett? Investment Banker for National Rochdale? Also I know this stock has tanked and they hit a bump with overseas competition, however the ask price is near EPS and the company makes food and people need to eat. What they are doing is not easy (especially prawns), land being lost, dying seas, and I forget what percentage of the worlds population is fed by farmers. I think it is like .05% or something ridiculous like that. If you buy this stock for long term I don't see how you would fail. If Garret is an investment banker it was a great buy for his clients in the long run IMO.
I hope you are wrong. I think this company needs to start speaking within the first two weeks of the year about goals and financials. If they don't, something is up financially with the company. However, to me the product is to good to sit on the sideline and not be a player in this space or any space where autonomous vehicles this size can be used (think about it). Somebody will buy it or get rights to the BOT. The BOT is being used around the world, and peaking around corners for criminals is just the beginning IMO.
I agree to you all. A big part of me is saying that individual investors who work at these major companies (Allied, Costco, Verizon, Microsoft, etc.) saw what these machines are doing within the company and loaded up. That's my opinion. Nobody looking at traditional trading information, financials, history of performance, etc. would buy this stock
Don't understand the climb in price? It doesn't make any sense with a STOP Sign on the company? I thought this would wallow at .06 until Financial. Why do you think this stock is climbing. I have my hunches, but I want to hear what the community is thinking.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year all!

It was driving me nuts all day trying to figure out what WCET means. Here it is WCET meaning is "Worst Case Execution Time"is a software development metric that determines the maximum length of time a task or set of tasks requires on a specific hardware platform. Cold here is the answer to your question. Not sure what Vision System they are using on the rig.
Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD), an innovator in artificial intelligence and robotics and master distributor for SMP Robotics Systems Corp. today announced it is advancing its complete line of autonomous robotic guards with the NVIDIA Jetson embedded computing platform. Using NVIDIA Jetson, an embedded AI supercomputer ideal for intelligent machines, RAD robotics can achieve higher levels of autonomy, while adding advanced people and vehicle detection on the moving robot.
“By using the NVIDIA Jetson embedded platform, we can develop smarter autonomous robots that can learn from the environment around them to navigate safely, as well as identify and classify objects of interest, including cars and people,” said Steve Reinharz, Founder and CEO, RAD. “This innovation marks the next generation of robotics.”
Cold you can find your clock speeds here. Read up on it an let us know what you find out. Maybe Microsoft, Allied, NVIDIA, Verizon, Hardcar and many others are choosing the wrong dog. Knightscrap and Cobalt Tron may be a better ticket. https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded-computing.
I only see 71mm shares outstanding. Where is 200mms listed. Please show me.
FOV is Field of view which is 360ty degrees. Not sure how far out the machine can see. WCET. Wind Chill External Temperature? LOL No I don't what this means but I am guessing it has something to do with Computing or Facial computing.
They do not sell robots so they are not obligated to tell you the capability of the machine. They lease robots and there for build machines to your specifications. However I am sure if you call and request this information you will get what you want to here.
Call and ask them your question. Here are the quick links.

There is a video on this board show somewhere showing 3 BOT's Looping in a park missing each other, people, dogs, etc. Look through the older posts.
SR Dumb as a Fox! Also I am a huge Anchovie Fan so Salt is good! Bring it on!!
08/31/17 PR announcement:
The merger with OMVS allows RAD access to capital to scale its product portfolio and help further increase its market position as a leader in the robotic guard market. RAD wanted the capital, which they found was there after the due diligence done in May by RAD.
Lastly here is a response to an email I drafted today. It was answered in minutes. There was other emails I sent because I wanted more direct answer, however legally Steffan can't do. However I like the last sentence and I know Computerbux heard 12 in the shop. So hey are these revenue generators, demos, or proof of concept machines.
Good morning.
I do not know when the 10Q will be released but after spending the weekend with management, I am confident it is getting done.
The set back was due to the change in auditors as well as the new format with the new firm.
Also, this is the first Q where RAD and OMVS share books.
Regarding the 20 robots deployed, I am not sure if they will hit their number but I did see about a dozen being built in the warehouse this past Saturday.
All the best,

There is an assumption that SR is an idiot here. Why take the shell of OMVS. Do you want Garret's technical savy or Money. No better yet, they loved the name OMVS so much lets go in debt over our heads. LMAO dipping my cheeto's in caviar.
The 62 doesnt say when they are committed for, heck 75 per ent could be for 4th quarter 2018.
The goal we need to hold them too is 20 by year end and the other quarters stated in PR.
