Wrong the resigned because they couldn’t meet the deadline in the terms of their agreement. They had a disagreement with the company, but the company didn’t believe what they were saying, so the let the contract expire without the audit being completed. So while the disagreement may have caused the stalemate, they resigned to avoid being fired, which would look bad to their other clients. This goes both ways. Be real and stop always being negative. It wasn’t a great look, but it’s not the end of the world. The is the OTC, where some companies haven’t filed Fins in years, so let it go. The company is doing the right thing . End of story!
Sheep leaving the green pastures for a destination that they don’t know, being led by, what they don’t know. That heard is being led by wolves with ill intentions...meanwhile the rest of the wolves are feasting on free shares of a fantastic market!
There is no dilution! Those are short term loans used to fill an increase in demand. This is not rocket science. This is a small company with limited resources. Those notes with crappy terms are not going to convert. I explained this before. It’s like using a credit card for short term purchases. The terms are terrible, but we all use them from time to time. Then we pay them off. We would never accept those terms borrowing money from a bank, but it’s quick and convenient and we have zero intention of paying 10%-30% interest on those balances for long and Verus isn’t going to let those notes convert, which is why they went and got a waiver to stay current with the delay in the Fins. That prevents the notes from converting now and when paid off, it will be irrelevant. So there is no dilution!
The OTC is so short sighted, it’s effing pathetic! We need to get the f*ck out of here.
“Oh we got a pop, let’s hurry and sell, even though we are selling for less than what the pps was a week ago with no news” smh! How are people this bad at trading/investing? Good luck with that strategy. I’m saying this loud and clear... the smart money is holding. If you feel the need to argue this with me, just know that you are likely the dumb money that I am talking about! So, save your posts! -C

I have zero expectations of share price until the 10k. So keep talking about the share price. I don’t f*cking care what the share price does. I care what the company does! The share price will return when you and others buy your shares back at a higher price!

Us “Battle Tested” Longs will be highly rewarded soon! - then the only thing that matters is that our own accounts will be showing more than than they ever have!! Investing/trading is a solo sport (for most).
Buying is popular in the peaks and not in the Valley’s. Which should be the other way around. Most retail investors buy when they find out a stock is running, which is usually too late. So they buy high and think it will keep going only to ride it back down and sell when they get frustrated. Which is likely what we have been seeing. Those that bought in on the run in Sept, are now losing their minds and vacating, leaving a wake of free shares, for smart money!

Unshakeable is what VRUS Longs are!

*DD* Nutribrands History - read up buttercup!
Who we are
Nutribrands is a company that manages an American conglomerate of brands of supplements for athletes, energy drinks, fat reducing product and vitamin supplements. Our management goes beyond the administrative and financial management, because is also responsible for all the strategic of commercial planning and the marketing of the group, using the intelligence and vision of over 20 years insertion in the nutritional supplements market, which gives Nutribrands the title of one of the most creative companies in the Brazilian market, driven by high potential for technology’s transfer in nutritional supplementation for sports and nutraceutical. The words of the group’s management is “… The tropicalization of the American products in Brazil is a challenge that moves us day by day, because our success is related to the brazilian’s concern to take care of health, body and mind, prioritizing the quality of life and well-being. And we are part of it and work continuously to be the driving force of the Brazilians’ complementary health. “
Our story
We are synonymous of knowledge and know-how not only on imports, but also on the world market for nutritional supplementation.
Our story begins in the 80s when its founder, a young Brazilian, went to live in the United States. His interests were aroused to experience the world of sports nutrition, the land flowing with major pharmaceutical and nutraceutical laboratories in the world.
At the end of the 80s, with a vast knowledge acquired in operations in importation and nutritional supplementation, he opened exclusively his own business.
In the 90s, when Brazil hosted the restructuring process and also of economic and sectorial reforms, particularly in trade policy, the market opening to imports was marked by innovations such as internet, DVD, games, imported cars and was also when the mobile phone popularized and decreased in size. Among the many news, the young entrepreneur, already as an American citizen, took advantage of this moment of transition to import American common products, but unprecedented in Brazil as sports cars, automotive accessories, industrial machinery, packaging, titanium tubes, magnetic mattresses, food supplements and even the first cereal bar, a currently common product that is part of the daily diet of thousands of people. The highlight should be for the advent of the first slimming shake at Brazil. A phenomenal novelty that has changed, and changes, the wellness of thousands of Brazilian women to this day.
In the 2000s, accounting for almost two decades of experience and seeing that Brazil grew with it ideas and concepts, we decided to make our own business, focused exclusively on nutritional supplements.
It was in 2004, when in the United States, Arnold Nutrition appeared, a brand targeted to be the number 1 in nutritional supplements for athletes with the mission of, besides being the most recognized, be the best. In a first moment, the production process was done in different locations and the final product was completed in a small installation, around Miami. The initial portfolio consisted in only 4 items. Gradually, we introduced new products and trends, linked to simultaneous work of our competitive commercial team, which focused on business to consolidate the brand in late 2008.
The proof of this coverage, for many an early result, was persuaded with numerous awards, arising from product recognizing and launches that extend to the present day.
Our networking with major American supplements companies opened doors, or rather gates, because apart from Arnold, other brands have emerged, some own-brands and others with exclusive representation in Latin America. Due to the great success of the products, we glimpse in Brazil some opportunity segments as the market of vitamins, minerals and functional oils, or we summarize this in nutraceuticals.
In 2011, we saw the need to create our own importer in Brazil, in order to deliver more speed and quality to retailers. We seek a highly qualified team, in order to act in the import and export operations of our brands, as well as launching new products that constantly arrives. We call this umbrella Nutribrands®, a duet of words Nutrition Brands, which is the company that orchestrates our dozens of brands.
This step marks the advent of high-tech nutraceuticals in Latin American countries. Reference products in the United States began to conceptualize the shelves of the major pharmacies, as well as convenience stores, specifically in Brazil, through Nutribrands®.
In 2010, we follow the regulation of pure caffeine in Brazil in supplements to athletes through the RDC 27/2010 of ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency). Thus, we present the Vivamil® brand, first titled as the first energy tablet of pure caffeine regularly commercialized in Brazil. Months later, we continue to innovate on the same line, presenting the Vivamil® Shot, in a liquid form, which also marked pioneering as the first Energy Shot of pure caffeine regularly commercialized in Brazil.
We also landed a very modern brand of fat reducing products and thermogenics, Lean Slim®, employing the supreme technologies applied in American laboratories. This line, which originally composed the Lipolin® and Linolin® products, also offers an exclusive line of fat reducing products and thermogenics for women, called Redulin®. It is the combination of technology and functional synergy in weight loss programs, making them more effective.
We continue innovating with a comprehensive line of Vitamins, Minerals and Functional Oils, the Vitavale® brand. This offers a complete range of products, ranging from complex B to Minerals for Hair, Skin and Nails. In 2014, this range went from 30 products and will continue to grow in coming years.
Another new line that we will also present in 2014 will be the first bariatric surgery kit, developed in the United States and imported to a large group of South Americans businessmen.
The organic growth makes us acquire scalability, especially in channel of bodyshop stores. Given this, we are taking up with exclusivity the exclusive trade of a supplement brand that has made history in Brazil in early 2000. A premium line with ultra advanced technology called Worldsize®.
With over 400 items circling worldwide, we account our participation in hundreds of fairs and events, in the United States and in several states of Brazil, promoting and consolidating the group’s brands. Currently, we are present in 92% of Brazilian states. We are a dynamic forefront company, and we offer the most complete and effective line of sports nutrition products in the world.
To tell our story, we went far away, but it was to show people how we understand what we do. To get here, we materialize ideas with the help of the people, resulting in the consolidation of over 50 trademarks registered in the US and Latin America.
Our main commitment is to deliver innovation with advanced technology. Quality is a consequence of these pillars. More than being the leader, is to be the best.

Thank you - I saw you posted your email right after I said that. I think he was alluding to all the news/updates that were to be included in the 10k...I say wait until we get the 10k cleared up and then “unleash the f’ing fury” and let the news flow on all things that Verus has been holding so close to the vest. I think Anshu is prob a humble guy, maybe too humble! Sometimes, big wins need to shouted from the mountain tops!!! Otherwise the company forgets about them or they get bundled into a filing. After the 10k let’s stop bundling news and shoot this rocket right past the moon!! JMHO

The best thing you can do for “yourself” is to reset/manage expectations or stop watching the intraday action all together. We all have to adjust our timeline expectations. Right now, I have zero expectations for intraday/week price action until the 10k comes out. All this intraday pops and drops is meaningless. It’s just low volume flips. You’ll save yourself a ton of heartache and rising blood pressure if you set your sights and expectations on the material events, next likely being the 10k. I view company Tweets, more as morale boosters, for shareholders benefit. These are not material events or meant to replace PRs, IMO. Just a little info to keep us excited and motivated.
Managing expectations is how people remain happy in life, but it also works wonders while investing in these OTC small cap growth companies! The avg intraday is all manipulation anyways.
Just a thought. Don’t take any offense to it. If it doesn’t resonate, then ignore it altogether . I know you're a long as I’ve seen you here for a long time! Hang in there. I believe it’s gonna pay off for all of us! GLTY

Rallyhouse stores are highly penetrated into the local markets. All they do is local team apparel and they have the widest selection of MLB gear in the market. I have been to a store in KC. The store that I went to is huge. It’s been there for years and it took over what used to be a Circuit City building. They have everything team gear that anyone could ever want. This will be great exposure here and then in the stadiums and convenience stores. Flood the market!!!
Your business Acumen is being exposed. What one person can do with a product is very different from the next. That’s why at every company there is a huge disparity in sales people at the top and those at the bottom, or another example of what a great leader can do with a company vs an avg or poor leader. We all know turnaround stories of how a dynamic person came on board and turned the whole company around. The easiest one to think of is Steve Jobs, at Apple. Another from history is Lee Iacocca who saved Chrysler from bankruptcy in the 80’s. These guys did a lot to save their companies, but they were dynamic in their approach, and they changed the products to fit the market or created a new space within that market, and in some cases created an entirely new market, but that always filled a need, whether perceived or real. Dynamic people can take a product and tweak it and reposition it and make it a success. That’s what we’re seeing happen with BLF MLB candy and ice cream. BLF did very little with their exclusive MLB license. I don’t know why, but I see a huge miss and major opportunity, which is what Anshu saw and why he jumped on it and any true entrepreneur would!
In a very general sense, any products’ success or failure is less about the actual product (though quality and other factors certainly matter) and more about how a product is positioned in the marketplace. What need it fills, the value perceived, etc, etc. A great product that no one knows about, won’t sell anything. A great idea that never gets executed is just that. BLF is now executing what they weren’t before. The products came out last year and are now changed to baseballs, bats, figures, etc, with great detailing and great packaging. But again a great product that no one knows about won’t sell, so stick it in a big box retailer! All of this was never done before Verus acquires BLF and since Anshu got his hands on it, the vision has not stopped growing. We’ll get our first look at BLF sales from Q4’19 and learn who the retailer is and what that volume will be like in 2020 and beyond. But Anshu has this ship headed in the right direction, you just have to see it from a larger perspective than intraday.

Sounds to me, MHM and Verus parted ways based on previously mutually agreed upon terms...lack of ability to complete the audit in an agreed upon timeframe. Just because they couldn’t interpret something the same way as the company (CFO is a very experienced Chris McCutchens) doesn’t mean either is right or wrong. It’s obviously something that is a gray area and open to interpretation. You see it one way, I see it another. We agree to disagree, but I think I’m right and you think your right. It’s a matter of perspective. MHM had a specified and pre-agreed upon time frame to complete the audit and they were unable to do so. Anshu stated that they had already reviewed past filings before signing on and they agreed to complete the audit in the specified time frame. Something in their interpretation changed during this time and they didn’t or couldn't get the audit complete, so no report was generated and the agreement was terminated, resulting in both companies going their seperate ways.

Like anything, this too shall pass. I am holding strong!! I did not sell 1 share! My opinion on the situation, goes like this: The pps hit was taken at market open, so why would I sell after that (rhetorical question)? I wouldn’t because I didn’t. Yes this is not a good look for the company, but it’s only a setback “for the moment.” The hit to the pps was taken right away. No time for anyone to get out and keep the small gains accumulated over the last week or two. So it is what it is, anyone can take the loss and go or stick around and see what happens, those are the 2 choices.
I think they will have this addressed sooner than later and get right back on track with the 10K and then the Q1 10Q. McCutchens and the Audit Firm obviously had a difference of opinion on interpretation of the reporting. We have a top tier CFO, who can decipher what changes need to be made or not made. He’s on the side of Verus which happens to be the same side that I am on. He’s advising Anshu on this decision, so the changes that need to get made will get made and all of this will get put in the rear view. Do, I like how this was handled, absolutely no. No one does, but do I still believe in the overall company, a resounding yes. End of story, that’s my decision and mine alone. If I’m right, I own it...if I’m wrong, I own it! This is the decision for me, not anyone reading this.
If anyone feels differently about the company after today (and no one needs anyone else telling them how to feel). Then liquidate your position and go.
The cards haven’t been revealed yet. This is classic Verus. Anyone who was invested in Verus at the end of 2018-Beginning if 2019 remembers how agonizing that quiet period was, but so much was happening behind the scenes that we didn’t know about, and all while the pps was not reflecting any of it. Until the news started flowing, then Boom - 5 bagger. This year is starting to feel a lot like the beginning of 2019. The pattern is setting up very similarly. This is when Anshu drops the bombshell!!!
Yes I’m tired of watching this stock not get credit for any of the business accomplishments over the last year. And please don’t say it has anything to do with the share structure. That’s not a rational argument. Markets react on percentages. It doesn’t matter, if the pps is represented in dollars or cents. An investor is going to invest what they are going to invest and buy however many shares that investment amount allows. The gain is the percent those shares increase that matters. Valuation increases the same way. VRUS is highly undervalued at these share prices. Mid teens are early 2019 pps numbers and look at all of the acquisitions and accomplishments that have occurred over the last year. It’s truly exciting, to wait for a proper valuation.
I’m holding out for the “Watch what happens” moment!!!
Just my thoughts... -C

This is a prime example of a false statement! You have no idea what the status of those notes are.
That’s hardly the point. Self regulation is a deterrent and the SEC is a mean momma when she looks your way. I would never wish SEC action on anyone, but I also would never intentionally drive down the price to line my pockets. So theres now a line on the sand. I cannot watch my investment be manipulated right in front of me any longer. It’s simple don't post false or fraudulent statements and you’ll be fine. The risk is up to you. I don’t think anyone wants the SEC looking into their business. Even the thought of that is unsettling.
Its not up to me whether they will do anything about it or not...I’ll just arrange the meeting!!

This board can supply the SEC with all the evidence they need. The SEC won’t have to monitor anything. All the SEC will have to do is decide what to do with it!
Spread the word! The fraudulent statements will be going directly to the SEC reporting website. I’m 100% serious about this.
I’m not tolerating it anymore. I’m not talking about negative or positive sentiment posts. That’s not what this is about. I’m talking about Fraudulent, Misleading, False, and/or Manipulative Statements.
It’s been said, they’ve been warned. They can post fraud at their own risk!! The link to the reporting website is below. Feel free to join in. I don’t know or care if the SEC will do anything or not. The risk is theirs to bear.
I’ll say the Posting has been amazingly appropriate today! And I truly appreciate it!!

Whether they do or they don’t is not up to me. I can only control what I can control. I said what I said and I meant it. I would never truly want anyone to get into trouble for spreading false rumors, but I also will not sit back and do nothing while my investment gets attacked with lies and deceptive tactics. Just because it happens all the time, doesn’t make it okay and I don’t have to tolerate it. If more people stood up and did the right thing, this wouldn’t be tolerated. The risk/reward assessment now belongs to each of us individually on this particular board. If you post false statements it will get reported. End of story!
