Let’s hope for another up market close like the last 3 days! Low volume from investors holding rather than selling their shares with daily modest gains (even if only +.0001) is good!
“One is free to google earth the triangle and will see many interesting things.... ;)...” ROFL!
Will do! Another great post! Thanks!
Who/What is BH and MO?
I met some nice people too tho’... I wonder what kind of black market will still exist with nationalized legalization...
That’s what is nice about legalization. It limits the amount of interaction one even has to initiate/maintain with the underworld! Waiting on and associating with others one never would in an other scenario! If they don’t have you dancing for it they’re trying to steal your money or short you! I went to Seattle and it was amazing to just walk into a shop and buy it without having to smile in some trick’s face for it and/or worry about getting caught! Dudes making me close my eyes en route on some “I’m going to take you to the spot” like that grow operation... So I couldn’t tell where it was... I remember that! ROFL!
Over two decades ago I went to an illegal grow operation on Chicago’s southside that took up an entire abandoned building! I’ve seen a huge black market operation before! A guy I was “dating” wanted to show me where my weed came from! That’s when I was a wild street queen! ROFL!
I’m sure you can see how I thought most were greenhouse/hydroponic when you yourself also say “a large portion over the last several years have gravitated to greenhouses for purpose of dep's (light deprivation allowing for earlier crops, quicker to market avoiding the fall/winter glut of product and price drop), followed by indoor operations, which are far from clean and compliant.”... That said I stand corrected. I was focusing on the many that switched...
When the Nevada judge cleared the way for expanded distribution I thought that was both intrastate and interstate where it is legal.
Apparently, A shortage won’t be an issue anyway! There is a glutted supply...
“As part of the new regulations California will officially ban exporting the drug as of January 1, 2018...” I assumed if they were able to export they’d be able to import too...
The entire operation is illegal under federal law so I wasn’t aware of any state level legislation prohibiting it also yet! I never have an issue with being corrected or respectful debate. Some of what I say is fact based speculation/assumption!
https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/9kwxkp/californias-pot-growers-are-worried-the-state-has-too-much-weed-vgtrn
Someone needs to calculate what percentage of the farms were lost in relation to what percentage of the expected supply will be gone to see what kind of potential shortages it will create! With tri-state distribution routes they should be able to cover the shortage while creating a nice increased bidding/competitive sales environment for operating growers in the process which those crops otherwise wouldn’t have had!
The article references lack of insurance/financing and how some may not recover. Although, if you follow this thread another poster recently posted a large list of various providers who will cover/fund marijuana businesses if they meet certain requirements. Regardless, any uninsured farms experiencing problems due to the situation may be able to get up and running by offering a percentage of the sales in exchange for financing/products (ie. going to the same seed providers and telling them they’ll pay them after the replacement crop with interest/financing charges added). That’s what I’d do/recommend. It’ll be interesting to see what happens!
I know most of the grows are indoor greenhouse hydroponic but wildfires serve a natural purpose by improving the soil and making it nutrient rich which is excellent for farming because all the ash is from other plant life and animals! Depending on how they do their grows it could even be a good thing moving forward. Most illegal operations south of the border are outdoor... That would be the best bet for those growers who lost entire facilities with hydroponic equipment. They can still utilize their land to farm without waiting to rebuild and as the average grow take 3-4 months they could still be ready for the increased demand created by the implementation of recreational sales in Dec/Jan... As Nevada, Oregon and California border each other and all have legalized recreational/medical marijuana they can probably ship product to each other without any problems from the DEA!
Two different things... Hahahaha! I’m TOO distracted for proper grammar/spelling! Just like the president sometimes! You get the idea... I should start proofreading BEFORE I post! Hahahaha!
Stock for TRTC is doing a standard low volume to average yet modest daily rise at close indicative of the stability and growth that only longer term investors NOT trading at the sight of a penny up can create! That’s nice! I’m back up to 3.05% in unrealized gain. I couldn’t get that in a CD! I bought my first few shares in January of this year! If I were to cash out I’d have twice what the $15,000+ would have made in interest in a CD and it’s been as high as 56.73% but I didn’t sell! So I don’t agree with company/stock detractors!
That doesn’t sound fair... How can they grandfather in those kind of restrictions for some yet allow others in the exact same position to do it? That doesn’t sound right. Don’t get me wrong... I think there are some positions which should restrict and even prohibit the use of any controlled substance known to have a psychoactive affect INCLUDING prescription medication!
Great info/Post! “Will be” and is are too different things! I wonder when that will be out and in use. Sounds just like a breathalyzer for alcohol! Outside of those parameters of recent use an employee really shouldn’t be able to regulate/restrict recreational marijuana usage any more than alcohol usage for employees. Although, in an employment at will construct anyone can and often will sign away rights (ie. no weapon at work with a license even in a legal concealed carry state) just for a damn job!
It will be interesting to see how employers in states with legal recreational marijuana deal with the legality of testing/penalizing what is now a legal substance there. Although, being under the influence of any substance AT work is able to be used as grounds for progressive discipline including termination what one does on their own time is another matter when not breaking criminal/civil laws in the process! Marijuana/THC evaluation doesn’t really test levels accurately enough to tell if something was 8 hours ago or 8 minutes ago in relation to the difference between if someone is literally high on the job OR merely has used in the past few days and even weeks! I see a lot of potential litigation in regards to an employee’s right to a private vs professional life and the use of legal recreational marijuana in contrast to an employer’s policies.
The very nature of an LLC is that it protects both the limited liability corporation and other business entity from unwanted responsibilities/damages (hence the limited liability... Hahahaha!). It’s the same thing with another post I read about a supposed smoothie shop TRTC has purchased. Remember, it’s about expansion right now as they go into different companies for limited partnerships to then buy them out for their retail space, intellectual properties, and current smaller operations. THAT is most likely what is occurring just like the other recent acquisitions and partnerships with growers! Sooooo... What is otherwise being inferred?
He bad man! He talk mess! He need go! Hahahaha
Tell it! Hahahaha!!!
They want to churn and burn sooooo badly but we’ve got low trading to average because investors are actually holding their stock like on the big board and unlike what usually happens in the OTC/penny stocks!
What we see... Is stability with a slow rise in pps which started yesterday. Fewer shares raise the demand and price for the ones that remain while creating exclusivity for the brand/company. All without an r/s. The Blüm increased revenue due to recreational can be applied to expansion while being a selling point and attraction to new investors once released and projected on in relation to CA’s adult use implementation in January!
I’ll be at one year in January! I’ve seen unrealized gains of $8000+ and unrealized losses of $3000+... It’s exciting!
They didn’t have the option in 2017. The vote didn’t pass that time from what I heard. Can you post the link where they posted the results on SEC Edgar from then? Then In a conference call (which I attended) the CEO referenced how now this time ALL shares would be affected by the r/s prior to the vote.
Thanks for the info! Just watched and ordered more products!
There was a recent proxy vote. Unfortunately ,the amendment passed. I voted against it! You can go to SEC online and check the Edgar system and you’ll see the information.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1451512/000147793217004740/trtc_8k.htm
“Our stockholders approved an amendment to our Amended Articles of Incorporation to implement one or more reverse stock splits of the Common Stock at an aggregate ratio of not less than one-for-five and not more than one-for-fifty, within the discretion of the Board of Directors, at any time or from time-to-time prior to September 25, 2018.”
It’s nice to see how the stock went up yesterday without a lot of volume/trading... There was less than 50% volume to average! That means there are more long term investors than usual for a penny stock actually holding their stocks making less available in the market increasing price through limited supply based demand! Some of not many negative posters are dime store day traders who try to trade every 5-7 days for the quick money while avoiding the $25,000 day trade account requirements. What they’re trying to do is create fear based selling AND steer investors towards other companies where they are often in a hole they want newbies on that stock to fund them out of instead! So long term investment in what’s the usually pump and dump quick trade OTC market disrupts their usual technique! I saw a day gain of $545.10 yesterday! I’ve seen over $8000+ in unrealized gains... I don’t think I’ve been ripped off and my biggest concern is a r/s... Nooooow I’m done! Hahahaha...
Okaaaaaay... ROFL!
Going around saying they have stole investors money could literally put them in danger as crazy as people are about some money! I’m saying do your due diligence before making allegations! Take THAT under advisement... I wouldn’t want to be him as much mess as some disenfranchised investors and others trying to bring the stocks credibility down for various reasons talk! It’s dangerous!
It’s not personal... I’d have to know you and/or care for that! It’s about money/business. I’d ask that negative posters substantiate what they allege or at very least pose a question we can ask TRTC... I like to say before tricks start attempts at personal attacks that the deep/dark web has hackers that will find out a posters ISP for $100... So say what you would as if your name and address is also posted! My name is my screen name. You’ll find it on everything from my ISP to firearm card! ROFL!
Run yo’ mouth and I’ll run mine! We don’t know WHO is invested how do we?!? They don’t look at who has how many shares in relation to any organized crime or anything else which TRTC may know nothing about but talking mess and running off investors or making unfounded allegations of fraud which may cost THEM financial liability is a no! I wouldn’t talk mess like that unless I knew it as a fact and that’s why I recommended we collectively make a list of questions/concerns and give them an opportunity to address them! What’s wrong with that?
At some point they will subpoena or payoff iHub’s IT department for the ISP’s of those making slanderous/libelous claims against the company/board members and wage a civil suit that could sue the computer/smartphones others are talking/posting mess on right out of their hands as part of a civil suit settlement! ROFL! That’s what I’d do AND have done in the past! I’m no stranger to court or street justice! That’s why I’m careful what I say ESPECIALLY when it comes to accusations of fraud/mismanagement! You’d have to be able to really substantiate those claims which is why I suggested collectively getting a list of questions/concerns together from posters , reviewing what applicable information we already have to try to answer them from previously released media then presenting it to them for a reply. Some of this drivel on here is transparently duplicitous and worth less time than it takes to read.
I think what we should do is compile a list of questions regarding how certain things are arranged and ask rather than cast aspersions and make unflattering insinuations which could if inaccurate be slander/libelous! I bet they’ll answer actual investors! I’ve always gotten prompt replies from them/investor relations!
You’re talking about before recreational sales and we have yet to even see a full quarter with them to know what kind revenue that will generate with what affects on the P&L tho’... Brick and mortar ESPECIALLY in tourist traps like Vegas/Reno are huge money makers regardless of if they rent like most retailers or own. It’s good for them to have retail outlets AND a product line to promote in them. I think going forward rather than harping on the past one would have to actually see what affect NV and CA recreational has on the sales numbers and P&L and THEN talk about “buying/selling a dream”. It’s a completely different construct in somewhat uncharted territory. The states that had legalized recreational before NV/CA are reporting record tax earning as companies report amazing revenues simultaneously. Sooooo... it’s not unreasonable for older and newer investors to have certain hopes for the stock. There are a lot of posters that simply want and even NEED to talk down the stock because the more others hold their shares the fewer are available while decreasing volume to keep the short term traders doing their weekly/monthly sell offs and buys without having a $25,000 day trade account or getting others to invest/diversify into other stocks they’re trying to do the same thing in! It’s all speculation with any potential validity based on what has occurred with other adult use states and the companies operating within them! However, brick and mortars are a must with ownership vs leasing having the same pro’s and con’s for each they always have.
Never said it was an unnecessary expense... Also, it’s impossible to be up on everything professionally or personally. Ultimately, I just care that they have the information and coverage if they don’t which is why rather than just sitting and backbiting I actually forwarded them the info just in case. All I care about is my money... Know that... Hahahaha!
Maybe the quotes were taken out of context. IDK...
I just forwarded them the information! I bet the premiums are higher than a Vegas whore’s miniskirt tho’! Just like the stock is up and down more times than a Vegas whore’s panties! Hahahaha! Thanks!
We need to get this info to them if they don’t know it already. They can’t be up on everything!
MediFarm already IS a subsidiary of Terra Tech...

That’s nice of them!
There was bad news too in relation to the affects the hurricane had on business which may have caused some to sell and others to be wary about investing.
Who?!? Please share.
It’s going to greatly affect the cost and availability of wine too... Sonoma was hit hard! If they’ve put some of the Edible Gardens grow in with the marijuana they can recoup some losses based on retail price. One is insured under the other somewhat although I’d never say they should/could lie on the claim... Remember, they are still listed as “Engines and Turbines” with the SEC on Edgar tho’! Hahahaha!
Are any of the other dispensaries associated with publicly traded companies like Blüm is to TRTC?
