Lacy, you're not fooling anyone :) You can do better than that.
I tapped out or I'd take one for the team.
If we stay around these levels or a little higher, we may want to think about tapping us out a green day with a small trade at the end of the day. This would put us on not just a few radars.
Not that I'm in the same league as Jersey, but.....this is what we were pointing out yesterday....looks like some interesting short covering. A major PR would have these fellows covering like Michael Jackson.
Hubris. Frank probably feels the company will surely fail without his leadership. BA is hacked b/c their contract is not going to be renewed...at least for what we were paying. BA could be doing a "look what the PPS will do without our PRing and expert advice."
Frank and BA are aware of each other and each others' position. A possible race to the door by these two motivated by spite and wanting to get as much as they can before the other sells out first is why we're here. The company is far better than it was a year ago. The selling pressure that Frank and BA could exude on our PPS could have us way lower (i.e. .0001, etc) However, this is where our shorts come in. Recall a couple of months ago when they were completely crapping themselves when we were sitting at .07....there was a huge cover at .02 then Frank and Co. along with BA had us looking south again. This is a gift to the shorts as well.
One major PR and we'll have more than 3 days of green.
I agree.....however...004, .002, .006 or ..01, won't mean too much when/if we hit .10. This PPS is a gift if as Jersey stated a major contract with auto is done. We will owe Jersey big when the PR hits. Something tells me BA won't be providing the PR.
In drafting service agreements/contract/renewals, they're like leases. You don't wait until the "day of" to sign/renew. I think BA knew they were out of the picture about a month or two ago.
Jersey = Yoda
A wise man once said "look at the volume".....so I did. Take a gander at October volume compared to our trickle down from .05. I always thought that for a meaningful buyback and for the company to be able to afford the buyback, we were going to have to see a major drop in the pps. Well we got it.
I'm not much on conspiracy theories but....here goes...who would have enough shares to bring the price down where the company would be able to do a meaningful buyback, allow the shorts to cover and scare the crap out of all of us lowly peons.
Fellow bottom feeders....I think it's time to feast.
*&$^ you JERSEY!!!! How do you do it? .002.......great purchase!!! Thanks for keeping us posted. So about that major car manufacturer....hmmmmm.....
P.S. With a bid of .004 and an ask of .0045...how does an order for .0037 get filled? There's players behind the scenes messing with our PPS a tad.
While this appears to be a great buying opportunity, I've just been burned to badly to bring myself to average down here. Hell, I though .025 was a good deal a couple of weeks ago and now look at us getting excited over .0037. With Frank and Co. having the ability to unload 450M+....I just don't see bottom yet. I hope we have seen bottom....I don't mind getting in at .02.....my greedy side says buy now. If we drop of to .001, I'll be all over it :)
With Frank and BA looming, I just don't think we've seen bottom yet.
It's good to be back in the mix of things. This board is truly a fraternity of good people that care about the well being of each other. We're all here investing...but we've got each others' backs.
I'll put down the violin and get back to researching, but just remember...at the end of the day we may be down 96% in our initial investment but we're down together :)
....NOPE!....didn't work, still feel like crap holding 665K at .059. Still locked and loaded ready to average down. Trying to find the bottom. :)
Just a thought.....what of Frank - what a straight-up crappy job he did executing a business plan. His exit strategy has been stellar. He has dropped away without a trace and yet noone is calling for accountability.
Frank was our star....now Fred is. I never liked Frank...he was straight up red and slimy. Fred appears to be running this thing like a blue chip...however, he has been left with a pile of crap that he has to spin into gold. It's going to take some time.
I don't think we've seen the last of this bleeding. 450M shares is alot to get rid of. Frank will sell to keep a cap on this thing. What a prick.
The Fatarse had to stop for lunch!
Locked and loaded, ready to buy as much as I can.
Anyone know if BA or Frank are tapped out.....in other words, are their shares just converted or have they sold. I'm thinking BA still has some as well as Frank. Frank is our selling pressure right now......450M+ worth of selling is a crap load of selling....Average volume around 15M.....that's a months worth of selling if Frank is hitting the road.
When did his shares get converted?
I use to be jealous of all those that got in at .002....looks like I might get the opportunity to stir some envy when I buy more then. I'll still be averaged at .029 :) w/ 1.3M.
holy crap!!!....we only have until tomorrow to get the dividend for EVSY.....what in the world.....BUY! BUY! BUY!......
Why are they just now telling us this......oh..that's right, they have been in every single PR for the last three months.
"...patience and understanding." Fred...I've been more than patient....understanding I'm without. Looks like we're riding a lemon folks.
Averaged at .059 with 665K. How freekin' ugly is that. Down 74.?%.
No doubt we have a good product with no reoccuring revenue and the ActSoft deal falling through.....all in all, we're selling widgets. With our outstanding number of shares, we're bleeding ourselves dry.
Good Morning folks! It's been awhile since I've posted; still getting over the pain :) Still holding 665K @.059.....U..G...L...Y...
With an "apparent" buyback of shares around the corner, a dividend on the table...etc....why are we still dropping or going sideways?
I'm wondering if the fall-through of the ActSoft deal was a bigger loss that what we all anticipated. ActSoft would have brought us reoccuring revenue...right now we're selling units with no reoccuring revenue....any takers for this line of thought?
....Great!
Gread letter Snipe! Still holding (yikes!) with 665000 averaged at .06...........ugh!!!! Feel like I'm going down with the ship in the movie Titanic....only Frank and Fred are the ones sitting in the rescue boats and I'm sinking to the bottom of the ocean. King of the world...I'm not :)
Donald Trump....maybe...homeowners for sure. I can tell you from first hand experience that boarding up is a pain...you almost hope the hurricane hits so your work isn't in vein. There is no advertisement or push anywhere along the Florida Panhandle for a laminate that keeps you from having to board up.
This is an untapped market as far as targeting and advertising. If someone comes on the tube or radio tonight and tells me they have a product that will keep me from having to board up (showing the cost effectiveness along with the protection)...I'm sold.
Regardless of what the "drive-by" media is portraying, there's a crap-load of money flowing from insurance settlements and grants in LA, MS, AL and FL. The average Joe can drop $1,200.00 on windows without fretting.
CyberShield....I called around to some window tinting companies....Googled window laminates, etc....Looks like the Cybershield is in a category of its own as well (not just the CT).
Aside from the Middle East, what about our own Coast lines? Florida, Alabama, NC, SC, Mississippi, Louisiana.....whenever a hurricane is about to hit, there's nothing but coverage after coverage of people boarding up or screwing up hurricane shutters. Storing shutters and taking them out is time consuming....buying plywood or OSB year after year b/c it warped when a hurricane actually came through is expensive; cutting the boards and clipping or nailing them up is time consuming. Would the CyberShied prevent folks from having to do all of this preparation? You could lock the doors and leave or concentrate on getting groceries and gassing up generators as opposed to spending 2 days "boarding up"......
Not to mention...when the damn thing finally looks like it coming your way, you only have about two days to get ready or leave.
Seems like a huge market on the heals of Katrina, Ivan, etc.
BA...ugh!!!
"...the Company has received an export license from the United States Department of Commerce in conjunction with its previously announced $5.5 Million purchase of explosive detection devices to the Middle East..." Shouldn't that be "sale" of explosive detection, etc....
"...once they have established a new record date which will be further explained in a letter to the shareholders..." I call BULL$HIT.....This is why folks like Bad Dog have a leg to stand on - we have no credibility.
"...Evans Systems filed an 8K terminating the merger with Homeland Integrated Security Systems. Despite the termination of the merger agreement with Homeland Integrated Security Systems, shareholders of HISC will still maintain ownership in the New Nasdaq Bulletin Board Company and thus receive their dividend..." So what the hell is Frank doing now that he's the new man in charge of EVSI???
All we have to stand on the the CT. That's it. A General in Lebanon "with contacts".....to Hesbala (sp?)??? Who gives a crap about "contacts".
We truly are wading in pink....pink crap.
Chicken wing eatin' division.
Shot across? This was BA trying to match wits with Ian and they failed. I'm thinking w/ Frank aside, this is but one of the changes that "new" management was shooting for. I'm sure there is plenty going on behind the scenes....a paradigm shift is at hand and is hopefully as positive as the CC presented.
RCP :)....I didn't want to appear stupid or ill-informed. That was the first I knew of the Satellite version. I feel better now.
We're all lurking......waiting....lurking. We may see a little bit lower, but not much. If there are any bottom-feeders paying attention, this seems to be the time to start feeding.
I, like most, have lost a crap load. Nothing on the market compares to the CT; we have it, are marketing it, profiting from it....we're going to see greener pastures. We're just taking some knocks like most new companies do. I still see .28 to .32 as entirely possible by Dec. 31.
OT: I am a person of faith and know that Jesus took a burden that I'll never have to carry. While I admit most Christians appear blindly simple-minded exuding an arrogance that Dante's inferno could not cure, I consider life's "bumps in the road" - as painful as some are - of little consequence in the end. It's a given: we're all going to die. So HISC goes to $3.00 or falls to .00001.....when it's all said and done - you're dead. Gloom and doom....hell yeah....unless there's another Chapter to the story. I'm going to rely upon Christ to write that Chapter; others will look to Muhammad, Alah, or the cow in their backyard - that's their decision. To the Christian, athiest, Buddist, chemist and bioligist...attend a funeral and hang on to your thoughts as you leave. It is amazing how fragile humanity is.
To pray for a stock...well...simply put, it's time to sell.
Church has concluded...everyone meet at Denny's and we'll all act like we're going to heaven and the waiters/waitresses are demons from hell.
Frank's connections were works in progress; attempting to "wow" those he approached. We can all agree that the interest/demand for CTs and CT tech. is there, our new CEO has the connections to produce them and get them to market in a "more professional" manner.....HISC is taking on the look of an assembly line rather than a lemonade stand.
or sex changes.
My opinion of Frank was always the same and has been consistent all along the way. I just didn't voice it but for a couple of posts months ago.
The difference b/t Frank and our new man is experience with production/sales on a larger scale....not to mention connections. When Trump says he's going to build a casino next door, it carries a little more weight than Apu at the Kwikimart.
I think Frank departure takes a little "pink" out of HISC pinkness.
i missed the commercial...tomorrow's episode :)
So, all-in-all, Frank is in charge of a $hitty shell. He's in charge of absolutely nothing. Sounds to me like he inked a contract, has to make good or subject HISC to a specific performance type suit.
There is more going on behind the scenes. Kinda feels like we're about to watch one of the story lines of a daytime soap come to an end and, all of the sudden..."WHAMO"....Dr. Mike is leaving the hospital to become and opera singer while his wife is still in a coma.....the BA$TARD!!!!
This is what I was asking......did they say the merger was dead?
So ActSoft didn't get announced yesterday. Big deal. I listened to about the first 15 minutes of the PR so everyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Why would Frank be taking the healm at EVSI if he has nothing to rule over? EVSI is nothing but a shell unless ActSoft is merged into it, right? Did they say that the ActSoft merger was dead?...i didn't listen to enough of the P.R. to hear the answer.
None-the-less, yes, starting the PR off with end of the day trading news was not just cheesy but slimey. Like Google, IBM, MSFT or any of them ever start a PR off talking about trading volume and PPS.
Now, pick up your tomotaos and get ready to throw them at me.....this is nothing but my opinion.....HISC needed a new figure-head...other that Frank. He came across as "small-time"...a tad bit red...and unpolished. Like he took apart a transister radio and put it back together as the CT...."now buy some won't you please." I think we're in a lot better position to grow given the new managment spread. I never really liked Frank as the spokesperson. We looked pink. If you look at his presentation yesterday compared to our new CEO's - we've got a good one. Give him a chance...... P.S. Ian, don't use the word "cool" in a PR.
Still holding 665K. Not adding any for now.

Looks like the MMs tryng to create a technical indicator.....but it would be one of support?!?!?! Strange. Has a good chuck of the covering concluded?
Quiet b/c there's nothing worth discussing. We've hashed about every angle of this business model and now it's "go" time.
Frank and Co. have to deliver. Nothing less. The "exciting" news was postponed so we wait. The clock is ticking for management - come June they'll either be wearing egg or shining like my new grill (18K, bicuspid to bicuspid)
I think it's safe to say that all resist. levels just got stronger. For whatever reason, I still have faith in Frank and Co. and the product. There is still nothing like a CT out there and we still have patent pending status.
I guess I was looking forward to something a bit more substantive than the "same ole....next month you'll be happy." :)
I don't think we've had this much happiness since the pulling of the SB2.
