Our company takes care of their new products section of their website that we have to update almost daily and do it for vitamin shoppe too. so we get reports and updates every day. A quick email was all it took to see how is in the pipeline. But who knows, maybe he just forgot about this meeting this week.
I am a web designer and it takes me 5 days tops to put together a complete store with 10k products, but I can't do anything if it is locked down like the Intensity domain is.
I sent an email to Mr Herman at GNC to find out about this week's meeting and he knows nothing about a meeting with Len. Maybe it is a secret meeting. ;) From the DD I did, if Len put in the application 6 weeks ago, I am wondering why he hasn't told us any updates since after 4 weeks you get an definite answer. Gnc has a link called investor relations, as do most public companies. Yet, we are just supposed to speculate.
I look forward to seeing all the updates made over the last 6 weeks while it was down. I just checked WHOIS and the domain is still locked down. I guess this status will change today or it was a Go Daddy glitch. But, so far the CEO has come through with all of his PR promises. I can't wait to see these numbers go to .0004 with all he's doing! $$$ I heard we got into Gnc starting today too! Finally a CEO that does what he says he's going to do.

About ARHN and not the board or anyone on it. Who is waiting on company news when I keep posting what I am finding through DD. The company website, as of today is still on lockdown. I went to the Gnc website to see the process of getting vitamins into their stores and there is an application. I would love to see the application since our company stock prices are directly related to this happening.
My guess is they were offered after the acquisition. He owned them all at the time of filing. The debt securities went to Len who offered them to raise funds.
The website is not coming back any time soon ya'll. I told someone on here to tell Len that it is a simple and quick fix but he insists it is because of the coding. LOL Pants on Fire!

Tell Len to just contact the registrar of the website to lift the transfer prohibited status. It just takes one phone call.

We aren't some hack hoster. yes I'm out but I do go on other boards to watch my small investments as a hobby and like to stop by here to see whats up.
He should have let us host and rebuild his website. I personally built a dynamic and interactive site last week for a new client we brought over from Go Daddy with 10,000 products in their store, a lead generation feature as well as brought over 5 years worth of editorial content and thousands of graphics. It took me under 5 days and it cost them very little. Coding is not what it used to be. Most things are streamlined these days. A month to build a site is obsolete.
I think you nailed it. I did some DD on this guy Len. First things first. The website being down for an entire month is a red flag. Any company trying to get into any major retailer with a downed website will not even be considered. (didn't he say it would be live on Friday? But it's still transfer prohibited) So I don't believe the Gnc promise. Any consumer trying to look up their products and see they have a downed website will move on. By him tweeting to US that WE can buy these products at other websites doesn't help the sales, it was posted on the ARNH account. Only we know the 2 are related. There's more, a lot more. I'm out. So, it doesn't seem there has been any movement at all on the website since last month. But, again, I could be wrong. We do transfers in a few minutes, the longest is a week if it is more complicated and the store has several thousands of items and the system is changing. But, if Len said it will be up today we should trust him, even though they are still blocked from making any transfer. He is the CEO and knows what he is doing better than web hosting companies.

Most CEOs have a business plan in place before taking over as it is part of any aquision. They don’t just hand over a business to someone who has no plan. Going dark doesn’t instill too much confidence in shareholders. Since Len has owned Intensity for awhile, he should already know what he’s doing and share the info instead of hiding. But that is just my opinion.
Trust, but verify. According to our records as of today, these are 2 of the statuses of the website. There a 3. There has been no transfer of server. Since Len has been very transparent with regular updates to all of us, I'm sure our records are wrong.

I tried 3 of his emails addresses. One doesn’t work and the other 2 do but no response. The good thing about working for a server company is that we can easily access backend info because that’s what we do. The website isn’t down to switch servers. It’s just down. There are a few of us watching this stock and would like answers. Not sure why Len won’t share his alternate email address and only talks to you. You wouldn’t happen to be Len?

NO need to get your trunks in a wad! Last week you wrote that the new CEO said the site would be down for "server changes". I work at Network Solutions and that generally takes only a day, tops. But generally a few hours. I'm sure he is very busy and would not be available to take calls. I doubt his secretary or assistant would give out that info.
Anyone have any update on the downed website? It has been down for a week to "change servers". Something does not seem right about that.
