Looks like they have their foot in the door, anything can happen after the decision becomes political. Getting it would be a boost for the share price.
This might hit the news wire soon

If you have been reading the achoo board, there are comments that good news is nothing if not certain by a certain tigerpaw. Wait for the press release, I guess
Gol, Merry Christmas to you and boots and of course the whole family!!
The probability of good news goes up with each passing day.
Up-chuck, I presume, please detail .31 for cptc and ETA
I'm still holding, don't want to lose my chance to participate in the derivative with those long term shares if I sell now. I guess anybody with shares from '05 or '06 or before can join in.
Sorry to say, he's in denial about CTC and how the lawsuits are going, otherwise he would not be able to sleep at night. Today's news found:
http://www.cptclitigation.com/cases/Case5/Order%20on%20CTC%20Application%20to%20Amend%20&%20%20Inj%20(12_07_09).pdf
and a imposition of sanctions against CTC in the FKI suit of ~$51k (attorney fees) plus $1k/day daily fine until paid, starting, I think on 11/19/09 (available thru pacer)
slanderliar
cloak & dagger
Does anything ever change with you guys?
Beacon power has just announced their first big order. BCON
I missed the initial boosh, but it might grow legs.
I've been hearing that there might be some middle east cable news coming. On the other hand, I've been hearing the 18 windmill deal might be typical CTC smoke and mirrors instigated by insiders - until it gets published in a couple of 10q's. But in the meantime, it's a daytraders heaven. If you're so inclined to type directly, add @yahoo to me. Steve
Another CPTC'er here. Which technical breaks would you expect on that one? I already sold half at about 1.35, maybe prematurely.
Also, heads up on HDTV. big run-up today. They lost their big (only) customer last month. Might have another customer lined up or just MM's playing games today, but I doubt they could manipulate it that much.
About a month ago, I had the same problem. I thought lapdog & abcable TOS'ed me. I e-mailed RB, and within a day it was magically working again.
Are the acronyms ACCR & ACSR refering to the same product? Thanks
hido
Still got any hdtv? They had a promising CC today. Maybe it's ready to start moving again.
That one works, thanks
Cptc, cptc.ob, cptc.bb, bb.cptc all are not working for me on RB. can someone post a link to whatever works. thanks
Anybody else having a problem on RB? CPTCQ not working right now, cptc not working (yet) either.

The one we are looking for has a CEO and a lawyer.
Hudsonville, MI is divided between 2 townships Jamestown and Georgetown. Neither of which has any online listing of Cornerstone Composite Corporation (other than churches by the name of "Cornerstone"). Today, being a holiday found both these township offices closed. My local accessor, also an accessor in one of these townships, should be able to shead some light on their "supposed" 80,000 sq/ft facility. Someone found a Illinois incorporation, but I really doubt they moved to Michigan. 12/31 will find them having to report personal property tax liability to the township they reside, and the assessor will not let them be if they have so much as a fax machine. This DD, I can do, as Hudsonville (part of the local bible belt, along with Zeeland) is 15 minutes from me. (yes, I heard about this due to the Holland test wiring). "@Yahoo" me, if any questions.
