My favorite non-sequitur topic: BITZIO
KK remains
- Chairman of BITZIO 12/2015-PRESENT
- Chairman of Greenshift 12/2014-PRESENT
- President/CFO Comstock Mining 09/2012-PRESENT
Looks like this is up-to-date:
https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/person/2395211
Maybe my 10,000,000 shares of BITZIO have a value !!
Don't believe that you can run far enough
It appears that KK has an Executive position in LODE
I've been drinking the GERS Kool-Aid for seven-(7+) plus years.
I'd like to welcome all of Comstock to the KK Whirlpool.
Rockhound, I suggest joining GERS Message Board
There is a lot of activity regarding Comstock transitioning away from its traditional business
nobody, you forgot to highlight Bitzio; an other:
Slash, can you decode this regarding to GERS
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2021/09/09/2294097/0/en/Comstock-Acquires-Plain-Sight-Innovations-Corporation.html
There is stuff about converting cellulosic material (woody waste) into Ethanol. David Winsness is a key person mentioned. Plain Sight Innovations (PSI) is mentioned. Attis is mentioned. It appears that all of PSI is included in the Comstock purchase. Are there any GERS Patents that are owned under the GERS umbrella?
Transfer of all Intellectual Property to Comstock is stated. Intellectual Property mentions cellulosic material to Ethanol (aren't these GERS Patents). Mention of graphite (doesn't GERS have Patents here as well)
This whirlpool is too much for me to dissect.
BTW, I trust you are enjoying your vacation (;-}
Byron..., Great link. Snapshot attached:
Excellent Link ... well worth reading
Thank you Joby. Your link to https://cleantech-alpha.com/ is a nice find.
I recommend reading the Technologies folder and the About folder
Slash, Thank You for Connecting the Dots
Your tenacity is outstanding. There is a lot going on here. I'm a firm believer that your factual analyses keeps the hot coals burning under KK.
Houstonian: To BUY Shares see Post #52181
I recall when the NO BUY / only SELL Policy was implemented. Investors could BUY; however, with Restrictions.
Back then, TD Ameritrade allowed a Broker Assisted BUY, whereby a Broker made the BUY on your behalf. The fee was quite high, probably to discourage Investors from using this method. [Maybe to "protect" the Investor (Ha-Ha)].
Slash mentioned something in Post #52181
Gut Punch: Collapse of the Ethanol Industry
Attis disappointed me when I visited their office in GA.
First question asked was: "Do you drive a Flex Fuel E85 vehicle"
Response: "No"
Much like you, I would like to recoup my ante for GERS, ATIS, & BTZO, in this high stakes game.
I'm not spending until I cash in .....
Just like the Income Tax Refund; don't spend it until the cash is in the bank. I'd like to get my investment back, then sit on Comstock (LODE). Looks like there is an opportunity with Comstock.
Here's a question for the more sophisticated Investor:
- Does the returned stock from Attis dilute the 20,000,000+ GERS Outstanding Shares?
I would think NO. The returned stock from Attis should have been included in the 20 MM.
8MM LODE / 20MM GERS x $3.00 = $1.20/GERS Share
8 Million LODE Shares for
~20 Million GERS Shares
@ $3.00 per LODE Share
= $1.20 for each GERS Share
For Whales that comes to $600,000 for 500k Shares
I'll take my Porpoise $$$,$$$
Who wants to secure a block of rooms in Las Vegas?
Slash, Looks like GERS v. CC is settled
Thank you for Post 52183. Although, I did not read all of the documentation; not that I would understand the Legal Jargon.
It appears that GERS has been in litigation to determine Final Payment to Cantor Colburn, LLP (CC). I'm assuming that the litigation has been holding up the Filing.
I have 400,000+ thank yous for the information
GREAT SUMMARY SLASH (Post 52173)
Your Post needs to be included in the "Tool Bar"
A much better analysis than we get from KK. However, I doubt that KK is permitted to provide such an analysis
Thank you for filling in the dots between Comstock, Tesla (Batteries), GERS, and all the ancillary companies.
Now, if only someone can sort out where the 20 MM shares are located and where they will end up. I trust a BUY OUT values the shares at more than $0.03 per share.
Slash probably knows about Hemp for Batteries .....
Attic Cable ..... Comstock Mining ..... Batteries for Tesla: connect the dots
Slash probably knows too much Confidential Information
I misread your response; that is a problem with email
Thank you for responding to my response.
I'm here for the long haul. Whenever the RECENT drops below $0.035 then anxiety sets in. I have been negative $$,$$$ for far too long. Seeing the RECENT below $0.035 puts me back into negative; I'm getting tired of waiting.
I'm not "allegating" anything; the intent is to thank whomever bought at a higher BUY near the end of the day.
This Porpoise extends a thank you to Pumpers
Thank you to the 3:00 - 3:25 Traders who revived the BUY / SELL from $0.0455 to $0.065
I haven't lost faith ; but, the last couple of days have taken its toll
Schwab acquired TD Ameritrade a couple years ago
If you recall, a couple years ago I started the "What companies permit BUY of GERS" dialogue. It started after I was denied purchase of GERS by TDA. Everyone else was thoughtful enough to jump in and advise others where to go to BUY and SELL. I backed out of the conversation after dropping the stink bomb.
TDA has always allowed SELL of GERS; but, not allowed BUY of GERS
Here is my journey:
- Scott Trade Account: BUY GERS / SELL GERS
- TD Ameritrade purchased Scottrade, my account converted to Ameritrade
- TD Ameritrade No BUY GERS / Only SELL GERS
- Schwab purchase TD Ameritrade, my account not converted to Schwab
- Two-(2) weeks ago, visit Schwab office with my son to set up his account. Asked the status of absorbing TDA into Schwab. Person rolled his eyes, laughed, and we had a good yuk-yuk about knowing nothing.
I'm still in for the long haul. Can't get any worse than my Bitzio and Attis Stocks.
Hemp for Batteries ... Attis Cable ... Comstock - Tesla
Connecting the dots:
- I've already post information regarding Hemp for Batteries
- Byronbud posted this on ATIS board:
https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/us/which-industries-stand-to-gain-from-the-1-2t-infrastructure-bill-and-which-stand-to-lose/ar-AANdqHI?ocid=msedgntp
oldrogue is uncomfortable with the findings
I'M CLUELESS
Slash, how about some help here
Slash quiet since the possible connection GERS and .....
..... the mix of Tracy Saville, Comstock Mining, Batteries using Hemp, and Tesla. Fascinating things could happen before the deadline. I can only hope that KK is taking better care of the GERS Patents as related to Hemp Production and subsequent Common Shareholders.
Hang in here Houstonian, this should turn out better than Ethanol and all the other ventures combined.
Slash, why the silence; please connect the dots
GERS ... White Buffalo (Hemp) ... Comstock Mining (Batteries) ... Tesla (Battery Powered Automobiles) ... GER$
How about:
GERS ... Attis ... Process Facility Reconfigured to Process Hemp ... Comstock Mining (Batteries) ... Tesla ... ATT$
Why the silence, Slash
Good Catch, oldrogue, this is interesting:
https://testset.io/2020/07/10/research-shows-batteries-made-from-hemp-are-superior-to-lithium-graphene/
It is my understanding that Tesla approached Comstock Mining for sourcing lithium in the USA, in lieu of China.
Looks like Tesla will be using batteries manufactured from hemp, in lieu of lithium; that would be "smoking", for GERS
twa... since you mentioned Seville's Academic Credentials
Obtaining Certificates from Harvard and MIT Sloan Business School look great on a resume; but, Certificates are not a Degree.
My experience is that Professional Certificates are usually handed out based on attendance, rather than extensive course work. This is not a knock on Harvard or MIT; both are fine learning institutions. I am sure that there is top notch teaching that goes along with attending a Certificate Program.
However, one must take off the rose colored glasses when looking at a Professional Certificate. Most professionals list the College Degree as the primary source of education. Certificates are listed as an addendum.
Graph is not too shabby, if:
The high volume Trading at $1.20 per share and above is investors.
Having initially buying before the $1.20; then accumulating after dropping below $1.20 per share puts me in a good position.
I believe this penny stock is on the right track. I'm looking forward to increasing value and ultimately collecting a dividend.
Wishful thinking on my part.
Why should we care about White Buffalo?
Haven't GERS moved on to the Comstock Lode ..... "There's Lithium in them thar Salt Flats"
Moved on from White Buffalo to Lithium Mining (via Comstock Mining) with a side track in mushrooms and a stop over on Mars. What I don't understand is the Parasip Environmental connection with Lithium Mining the Salt Flats.
How dare you say these guys cut bait
... with a track record like this:
- KK selling Filter Bags; to curb pollution ??
- GERS to take Paper Mill Waste and make encapsulated fertilizer for seeds (Re-package of mid-1990's effort)
- Paper Mill lignin plastic replacement that is environmentally friendly (bio-degradable)
- Paper Mill lignin as a source of environmentally friendly carbon fibers
- Funding a Women's Clothing Store
- Enhanced Ethanol Production from corn
- Unintended Bio Diesel from Wet Corn Sillage
- Unintended Premium Animal Feed from Wet Corn Sillage
- How about Hemp as an alternative to lignin for plastic replacement and carbon fibers
- Bitzio Crypo Currency because banks wouldn't accept funds derived from Hemp
- Me too CBD Oil from Hemp
- Multiple Artizen Flavors of THC Marijuana
- Hearing Voices from Mars to implement Marketing Strategy
- R&D funding for Psilocybin Mushrooms (Psychedelic Mushrooms)
- Obtaining 10,000,000,000 worthless shares for the mushrooms
- 1970's "Save the Earth" rebranding to Parasip [sic]
- Obtaining partnership with a Mining and Oil Partner
BTW, The Comstock Lode was played out in the 1800's
Houston, do you see a problem?
"Pumping at 0.0899 is fine with me"
Looks like 0.0899 - 0.0900 is some imaginary point to "stabilize the value". If that is what it takes to meet the September 28th deadline; then let it be for whomever pumps it.
BTW, it would be nice if the Financials were brought up-to-date "soon"er than September 28th.
Ice, I made some sense from your post
However, I have to take issue with a couple of items:
- "Save some trees": NO, "Support the tree farmers". Greenie-Weenies think big business comes in and clears a virgin forest to make 2x4's and paper. Incorrect, trees are grown on a tree farm and harvested; 3-years for paper then 10-years or so for lumber. THEN, replant and move on to different acreage planting. Weyerhauser, International Paper, etc. would not be in business if they slashed & burned. This is not Brazil.
Let GERS use the lignin "waste" and turn it into a useful product
- Problem with the VW Bus is that it will not run on E85 or Bio Diesel.
GERS has been in a free-fall for ... over a decade
Houstonian, don't leave us now.
At least get your initial investment back; but, keep the remainder so you can spend the weekend in Las Vegas ..... I am expecting a whale of a time in Vegas.
I'll give you a few Bitzio Chips for the Roulette Wheel
We can drive to Furnace Creek, appropriately located in Death Valley; I'll SELL some ATIS and fill-up my E85 vehicle for the road trip.
Nobody, you are correct about whales
YES, 100,000 shares does not make a whale
I recall that the "whale" term was defined as 500,000 shares for 5-years; there may have been something about being in at <$0.05/share.
That is when I became a self-proclaimed "porpoise" with 400,000 shares for 4-years and <$0.04/share. This happened after I was not allowed to BUY shares of GERS. I bought my first shares in 2014, so this is around 2018.
Subsequently:
- Harry (not his real name) started posting on this site
- Dutch SOLD his stake; we lost a whale
I struggle to find value with Pervasip news
Pervasip is a 1/10th of a penny OTC pink sheet stock, recent news includes:
- Receiving Stock for Consulting Services from Tamino; an OTC pink sheet stock that is searching for GOLD "in them thar hills" of Mexico
- Travelling to South Korea to explore Market for CBD
- Investigating the use of psilocybin (psychedelic mushrooms) for mental disorders
I don't see any hard cash coming in; prospects for cash look grim as well.
At least Pervasip have their Financials in order.
Darn, only 135,000 gallons to NASCAR
I'm counting on the Premium Animal Feed, Bio Diesel, and Carbon Fiber, as well.
I'm in for the long haul here. Got in when Scottrade/TD Ameritrade halted BUY of GERS. Bought a few thousand ATIS, before BUY was halted.
Will Fulton open when NASCAR reopens??
I understand that Attis purchased the Fulton Plant from Sunoco; I believe that Sunoco Agreed to purchase Ethanol Fuel for NASCAR.
Here's hoping that NASCAR gets up and running.
Slash, were is the substance?
The Products I Believe In Are:
Alternatives to Petroleum:
- Ethanol as a fuel additive or alternative
- Corn Oil as Bio Diesel
- Lignin as an alternative to plastics
Other Renewable Uses
- Premium Animal Feed from Corn Silage
- CBD for medicinal purposes
All for a number of personal and professional considerations; NOT political reasons.
NOTE: I am not a greenie-weenie
Sell at $0.44 ??
Doesn't faze me. I doubted if many sold at that high point. Someone may have caught some "lightning-in-a-bottle". Not me, I never looked at the volume or timing. The $0.44 is still below my initial strike point; $0.44 is chump change.
This whale is in for the long haul. I believe in the product, and patiently await dividends.
I can't disagree regarding Investor vs. Gambler
I still consider myself an Investor and qualify it as an Amateur Investor. I drank the GERS Kool Aid in 2014 and haven't given in.
If I were a Gambler, I would have gotten out at $0.44; then placed my bet somewhere else. Anyway, I'm sitting at the Gambling Table, looking for the Mark. I don't see one; I wonder why??
Post 51737, you are wasting your time
If Post 51736 is true to their word; then they would no longer be an investor. #51736 had made several offers to sell for a price. The price has been met; but #51736 is still here.
