It appears that all of PSI is included in the Comstock purchase. Are there any GERS Patents that are owned under the GERS umbrella?

Transfer of all Intellectual Property to Comstock is stated. Intellectual Property mentions cellulosic material to Ethanol (aren't these GERS Patents). Mention of graphite (doesn't GERS have Patents here as well)
