In the FINS they report 4 rental apartments in NY valued at $19MM.
Are these multi family units or SFU? Any idea how they arrived at the value? They issued 625M shares at $2 ($1.25MM) for 51% of the Euro film festival in China. They value this at $5MM.

O/S is a concern, 176MM shares issued in ’18, 15MM in Q1 of ‘19. 399/500 issued as of 3/31. Only 17.5MM shares were issued above share price.

So that’s how that works ??

This thing holding is pretty amazing, usually this would crush an OTC Co.

Looking at the short interest...

11/30 it was 8,715, then went on a run .006-.0195 and eventually peaked at .0374 on 1/29

5/15 it was 13,493, I don’t see a ton of short interest here!

What the holy hell was that, step away for 1 minute and my phone and laptop start alerting... gifted maybe, stolen in plain sight!

A lot of people/a lot of investors... how many shareholders are there? There is not an overwhelming majority of shareholders who are voicing concern or angst about their PR’s/tweets. It’s only what is public through Twitter and iHub. I’ve followed this company for 2 years, through the ticker change, MOAS madness, R/S theories...etc. There are a few people I’ve encountered who understand this play and have played it well. I guess that’s true for 99% of OTC tickets though. Best of luck!

If you don’t like the company you’re invested in, sell. Goofy to buy in hoping your hopes change their ops. With that being said, seek, learn and decide. Best of luck!
