Anybody can pull up legal documents on any publicly traded company, most if not all, if one searches deep enough will find some legal action pending. Then there's always the a reason or agenda for a person to exploit those, provided their opinion (in this case all I've seen is filling in the blanks with of whatever suits the fancy, and call anything else lie, even though through reasonable deduction it is clearly not)Go ahead, one could find supposed "dirt" of any and all. Not even a hard task. But not all have a few of the same posting 24 / 7 spinning these begnin typical documents. Only the companies that are worthy of doing so. Peeps aren't doing this to save "oh" the naive investor. Volunteering at your location local food bank, for example, would beyond doubt soulfully have more positive outcome for one's time. What waste of energy otherwise.

KT owns this argument hands down. One loses a ton, if not all credibility, if they don't check what they are posting when it comes to legal matters.

I just see someone trying to push a square peg through a round hole. Proof reading is definitely important in some cases, as with these recent posts with supposedly legal documents. But, your argument belongs in a totally different universe as the narrative doesn't come close to what appears to be be some sort of blind attempt to show a wronging of some kind.

So you chose to park here hoping to see the CEO go behind bars? Have you filed a complaint with the DA to assist you in your goal. Maybe you let the professionals handle that so you can go somewhere else and do the same and check with the DA later to get answers, see what they find. This is just a chat board, nothing is going to happen unless you take action. Nothing is going to happen out of your control and clearly you want answers, this isn't the forum to achieve that. Take action and report back. You'll sleep better knowing professionals are handling your concern and free up your time to hunt down the hundreds of OTCs you find suspicious. You could possibly clean the whole OTC from what you find nefarious. Spread your energy, help the whole OTC from bad actions as you see. Spread your wings. Be that person who cleans up the whole OTC. No reason to focus on just one, sounds like you're better than that.

I believe JF and his team are approaching this business plan very differently than most would expect. They're in competition with some big money. However, these guys (VIVA BOD) are unique and have a unique business plan with a unique relationship in Hollywood and are experts at making deals and promoting their objectives. They are going after a certain demographic, in which they have a huge advantages. They are looking to go global - some of this appears to be reflected in the channel line-up within the current OT base line-up (and, if course their talks in expansion of some or all of their services in currently in South America i.e. Colombia, Ecuador, etc.) While pursuing the OT platforms, they are COMING across additional and most current business propositions that they may attempt to capture to build on the VIVA Entertainment Media business plan. There appears to many tentacles that are opportunities to further expanse their objective (and thus shareholders, to get a return on investment and obviously, there are a million investment strategies on any stock.) It's up to the individual and tolerance to risk and their finacial portfolio objectives in how they approach OTTV as an investor/trader. JF and camp are not the normal Suit & Tie type of business guys (well, only when appropriate). There seems to be a heck of a lot of interest in this "little thing".

Unless invested in a Ponzi scheme, one must expect red at any given periodicity of a movement of a stock.

Short term is a relative term - let's be realistic and honest. "Short term" most likely, in this business model means counts, and not so much a time limit (although implicitly included in the plan). To me it means growth as in ability to obtain that of subscriptions, demonstrating the business to be a real factor as a recognized brand as a real consideration as viable quality choice for the services offered. Now, common knowledge is a media type subscription service, once being acknowledged (or branded) as a quality choice, will grow exponentially, which does imply an accelerated growth rate which is not linear, but "runaway expansion". This type of growth is "faster" than a straight one for one product per time type of growth. In addition, subscription based services that utilize a credit card auto re-occurring purchasing process, invariably has a higher retention rate as many credit based systems have many who do not take the time to stop services, even when not using the service as often as the beginning. This is an unfortunate consumer practice that benefits subscription based services paid by re-occurring unsecured debt instruments (i.e. credit cards), but benefits the income generation of the company. So, 250k subs, short goal term, certainly obtainable. If the VIVA sub count has begun to exponentially grow from the last count of 1100, that would demonstrate the viability of the goal of 250k subs in a "short term.'
