This thing is roller coastering all over the place
Thats been there, m.
Most likely Gerry and the Gem Store. I've yet to visit that place. Probably a second class jewelry store. Plenty of those in the city.
Although thank google for street view. Woot. (scroll down)

"Cash flow from sale of common stock--> $510,000"
All I can say is wow.
OHHHH and 700 million shares issued since July 06. Nice, huh?
550m for cash?
150m for acquisitions?
What was the cash used for? (Paying the "miners?")
What was acquired? (Land?)
So do we have 4.5 million shares now? 900m / 200?
Check this out--> My correspondence with the SEC.
Dear Mr. XXXXXXXXX:
Thank you for the additional information.

the company was incorporated in Florida. You may wish to contact the Florida Secretary of State for any information that agency may have. Subject: Re: SEC Response - File HO1235340
That's what I was trying to figure out. There was a penny stock I purchased which was supposed to be a quick trade and turned into an investment. Foolish, I know. Anyway, one of the people who first alerted to me to this stock had a disclaimer page stating they had been given a certain amount of shares to pump/discuss the stock.
The stock is Prom Resources. I think the disclaimer listed that Cana Investments provided the poster with 3 million or so shares for the created interest. I'm not sure of the exact details. But soon after the stock crashed to seemingly unrecoverable lows. I believe a large amount of shares were then dumped on the open market. Yet, I am not positive. I don't have access to the transfer agent.
Anyway, I was curious who/what Cana Investments is and what interest they had or have in prom resources.

Michael XXXXXXXXXX

Nah...maybe around 002 or 0015 or so. I forget.
I just checked...0027. So, I'll get pissed at around 54 cents or so haha.
Ok, what the heck is going on.
I mean it's still only 00075 but still. Why hasn't it tanked?
I cant PM...I'll just ask you when I sign up. No rush.
Jimmy...can you PM me your email?
Can someone PM Shakerzz?
True...who is Cana Investments though?
I had Meatloaf fix the symbol for the board.
Gracias.
Meaty,
PMRX is now PRMO.
Thanks.
I just sent this as a suggestion to Facebook. Give me some comments:
--------------------------------------
I don't know if this is difficult for you all to do, but I think it would eliminate any potential problems or complaints.
I see a lot of people (including myself) complaining about the disorganization that has become our individual profiles. What used to be streamlined is now cluttered and almost inefficient.
It already is possible to add and remove profile objects on your own profile. You also are able to control who sees what.
Now, what about this:
Let's say I go to a person's profile and it's riddled with clutter. I don't want clutter. Is there a way to make it so that you can reorganize other people's profiles or choose which apps/objects you wish to see?
That would be a tremendous help. What if I only wanted the wall and contact information?
Is this possible?
Did I read the filing right?
Right now we have a few billion shares.
Then the RS? (tonight)
Then the shares get increased again? Great.
Listen Bride,
There are plenty of other opportunities out there that have a much higher upside than the POS this has developed into.
Have you read the filing?
Maybe you should start looking into options/forex. Or, just stick to an index fund. I think I'm starting to realize why so many of my investment "buddies" don't like the pinks.
This is a trade. Not an investment.
The share structure speaks for itself. The price speaks for itself.
There's no emotion involved in investing. There's no hope, either.
This is money. Straight capitalism. Either cut your losses or take some of that profit off of the table and move on. Keep hope and emotion separate.
NOW, this is just my opinion. But, I've been reading things about PMRX for about a year now. That's not too long, but what makes you such an expert?
Tips are for waiters. Keep em to yourself. People need good investment ideas or analysis in order to make money.
But you all need to make your own call. I sold out of this quite a few months ago.
I'm interested to know how many of the insiders were buying all of this time. Do you know? Cause if all they were doing is selling, that's a very bad sign.
-Mike
At this point...does it even matter?
Gotcha....I searched back, guess not far enough.
So, is PMRX scheduled for a RS and then a share increase?
So from billions to millions to billions again?
Sheesh. Or am I just reading it wrong?
Yeah...that's when I started. Shows my inexperience, huh? But I realize I'm still learning.
That was when it was trading around 1-4 cents or so, I believe.
So, that'd value those 3million between 30k and 120k depending upon where it was sold.
I never could find information about Cana Investments.
Thanks.
Remember Shakerzz's Disclaimer?
PMRX - 3 million free trading shares - 3rd party - Cana Investments

Where did you go to find it?
Are you using sec.gov?
...working on "The Little Book of Common Sense Investing" by Bogle.
Wait, what??
Yeah but that's from 02...and I posted that a while back.
Or I mean...the Dave/Gerald PMRX connection.
Remember the PMRX filing with Gerry's signature??
At least large enough for a RS. I doubt the short interest alone could bring us down to these current levels. Maybe coupled with dumping...idk
Yeah, and how many people are just going to sell into strength...aka the news that's released?
I'm not bashing. I'm not promoting.
I'm just confused.
It would make more sense that if they were trying to rip us off, they'd barrage us with PRs and then just dump and dilute.
Although shakerzzz was the one who got everyone interested in this a while back.
And, I did make a bit of money...but then got greedy. Smart, huh?
Yeah I'm watching...but I've been reading a lot lately. I started this blog to post some useful stuff. Maybe notes from what I've read? Or some good plays that I was thinking about. Or some investing/trading videos that I thought were interesting.
Idk, I'm still just learning. There's way too much information out there. Sometimes I think it's easier to relax and read the journal. haha
But I'm trying to get into Forex and options...but theres money to be made in the pennies...just need to be careful. I don't know how many of these are investment worthy. Date 'em, don't marry 'em.
I need to get back to reading. It's piling up haha.
Careful though-- Pros and Cons-->
Pros.
1) CMF is about to go positive.
2) Accum/Dist seems to have bottomed and rebounded (a bit).
3) Rumor of news (not enough...cant buy on hope)
4) Short interest...could be a con, see below. If there is a short squeeze, there would have to be a tight float to drive the price up. Even so, what's your cost average? Do you expect the price to go from 0002 to 02? Seriously? There would have to be a serious news campaign, PR of this short interest, maybe some naked shorting foul play?, and strongholders to keep the supply short and the price rising.
Cons.
1) Winmax did a RS not too long ago.
2) What's the OS? AS?
3) Yeah, sure...maybe a short squeeze? Not if there is a good supply. What if the OS is increased? Is there a reason for this shorting?
Batting, is it just me, or are these updates pretty much saying the same thing over and over again?
You know my email...contact me there if you prefer.
That's only true when dealing with widely traded/focused upon stocks. Stocks "off the beaten path" aren't necessarily priced perfectly.
However, that could go in either direction.
Could be tremendously overvalued. Or undervalued.
I doubt a majority of these pinkies are fairvalued.
Yet, I have no idea what's going on with PMRX, and I haven't really focused on it for quite some time.
I bailed cause my focus isn't OTCBB/Pink Sheets anymore. I posted when I sold PMRX, and I think it was a few months ago.
Options and forex just seem a lot more lucrative. And liquid.
But, I haven't given up on investing/trading these. Just have to realize that I turned my trade into an investment.
Ok...been reading a lot.
So far, besides a bunch of Investopedia tutorials (those were such a review it's ridiculous), I finished the majority of Cramer's books.
I've been taking notes on them...things I find useful, I'll post here. If I can summarize/quote the book without worrying about copyright issues, I'll post that on my blog (url in my profile or the iBox of this board).
I have about 30 more books lined up to read...some seem promising and extremely interesting.
Anyone who wishes to contact me...please do so. I'm interested in Forex, day/swing trading, and options mostly. Might do a bit of penny stock work, but I have a feeling it'll be on a very limited or short term basis. For example, I doubt I'll hold an OTCBB/Pink sheet for more than a few hours or days...at max. UNLESS there are some extenuating circumstances.
Hey all...I'm resigning as mod.
Feel free to keep in touch or check out my own board.
Even though I sold out a while ago...I need to "bite the bullet" and realize that I turned my trade into an investment. Bad call on my part.
Hmmmm...this whole legal age thing is interesting. Even though it doesn't apply to me.
I wonder if a person could set up a trust for their child and have the trust own the car. And have the insurance for the car be in the trust's name. Hmmmmm. Loophole?
Or, what if the parent (if they had the time/resources) were to-->
1) Open a business (one in which could own assets)
2) Have the business purchase and own the car
3) Have the business be the insurer
4) Add the teenager as a primary driver of the vehicle the business owns.
You still have a say if they live in your house...if I'm not mistaken.
