There's been no news of Sipp's wholesale industry.
I wish they'd announce it.
What's up with the NY Fed pumping hundreds of billions into the overnight banking markets?
Seems like QE4.
The banks will destroy us again, and each time they do, the few survivors scoop up infinite more assets at low prices from foreclosures from us peasant class.
He posts often on his personal Instagram. Cushy (Kush-y) life.
Fed keeps injecting money into the system
Hey Sleek, you banned me from your board for saying regs are not coming soon, and now that's what you're saying. lol. lol. lol. What happened to October, fam?
#NeverForget
I talked to Rep Comer at a dinner and that's what he told me.
Back to the toilets after this lame news.
Merger seems strange.....but WILL THE STOCK RUN??
See you in 2020 with those FDA regs.
Hemp has a large demand anyway because it's such a versatile material used in a variety of applications. It's very sustainable and the hemp plant itself has many varieties that can thrive in a wide range of climates.
But CBD is has the potential to unlock tens of thousands of dollars per acre for hemp farmers if the Federal Government let's them sell the CBD oil.
Pharma....
I think this administration (and also the Boomers) are awakening to the perils of big pharma and how they've over-prescribed a frighteningly large majority of this nation within just the past one or two generations.
Please don't censor me from this board too, moderator.
Glad I sold before the reverse split.
Hemp moves are happening soon.
Fed is buying treasuries, but it's not QE.
Fed is lowering rates, but we're fine.
OKAY Powell, sure thing. Keeping my eyes on the precious metals.
Pharma will lose this battle.
There's never been this big a cultural pressure demanding for a product that's held up exclusively by the government, since prohibition.
Every generation is into it. The tabloids are into it. Elderly and athletes are into it. Farmers and urbanites are into it. Boomers and Millennial are into it. People worried about opiates are into it. Both chambers of Congress is into it. Both parties are into it.
FDA isn't......YET.
I sat next to Rep James Comer last week at a dinner and asked him about hemp and CBD. He's not hopeful that we'll get FDA CBD guidelines anytime soon.
The Pharma lobby wants CBD to be listed as a drug, which means strict guidelines and a time-intensive process [years]. Congress (bipartisan) would like it to be listed as a supplement, which is a bit easier.
Don't censor me for real life investigations that don't agree with your armchair stock picks.
You don't know the current distribution of VATE
I sat next to Representative James Comer at a dinner last week and he's not confident we'll get CBD regulations anytime soon.
Stand-by on buying.
The sector will come back, I don't doubt this at all.
Everywhere you look, there's CBD articles, magazine covers, etc. The boomers are really into it because their pharmaceuticals constipate them, make them borderline comatose, or they're getting old enough they don't care about trying the 'herbal remedies' that were immoral their whole lives.
Culture is not the roadblock. FDA is.
l m a o Thanks for keeping it real. I'll do better next time.
How's this:
The goal is to buy low and sell high, and we should practice that here in SIPC.
The entire sector is decimated right now. The question is, do we stay down here in the basement, or do we eventually swing back up to our previous rate of increase.
Bottom of the bowl appears to be rounding out...
What is the distribution network?
Cool now do distribution.
No one here knows VATE's distribution network.
Great advice. I check on the industry twice a week simply with a quick google news search of "CBD FDA".
The trend is down. February 2019 is the soonest the FDA will release something regarding the enforcement policies on CBD. But I have money loaded in the coffers ready to go when the time comes. But it's not here yet.
No one here knows VATE's current distribution.
What is the current distribution network?
I care less about the product line-up at this point, because I feel like it's already sufficient. FDAs delay on CBD is the main hold up for VATE. And when that damn breaks, we'll be relying on the distribution capacity.
The FDA has until February 2020 to determine the enforcement policies of CBD.

I wrote about it yesterday:

Where do they have distribution? And what are they selling in those areas?
I don't consider the products as 'distributed' if it's only online through their website.
The trend is down. The FDA has until February 2020 to issue a decision only on the enforcement of CBD. Stock up in the meantime, but don't expect a move.
Ah yes.
I forgot about the timeless tradition of the "11-month Hemp Beer Release Date anniversary celebration for a penny stock".
Why? This is 11 months old.
SIPC is stuck in a strange limbo mode. While they have a product out and it's selling, Hemp is still suspect in many states, and unfortunately the states SIPC has chosen to expand to. Things are getting worked out legally.
I don't think we see another new distributor PR for a while. I don't think we see sales numbers for a while because they'll be disappointing. I don't think they'll reveal any wholesale hemp news, because I don't think it exists, or else they'd have already told us.
If you have a position, I'd say hold. A miracle might happen down the road.
CBD is certainly not becoming legal in October.
Coors subsidiary to start carrying nonalcoholic CBD beverages
Citing increased demand for nonalcoholic beverages, a Coors distributor in the Denver area has started carrying two brands of nonalcoholic drinks infused with hemp extracts including CBD.
Coors Distributing Co., an independent LLC owned by Molson Coors, distributes beverages to more than 1,000 locations, including restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, liquor stores and events venues.
Coors Distributing announced Friday that it would start carrying:
Colorado’s Best Drinks, a line of hemp-infused sodas and flavored drinks; and
DRAM Apothecary, a line of hemp-infused sparkling waters combined with other botanical extracts, such as cardamom and lavender.
Coors Distributing did not say how many locations would start carrying its nonalcoholic hemp beverages, though a company press release cited “big demand … in the nonalcoholic space.”
A founder of Colorado’s Best Drinks, Moose Koons, called the distribution deal “a stamp of approval from one of the best beverage companies in the world.”

This goes down until we see CBD news, OR encouraging distribution numbers.
Since the CBD Beer is stalling due to the law, in the Land of the Free...
SIPC should PR about their wholesale hemp supply side of the company. There is supposedly more to SIPC than Major Hemp drank.
While Major Hemp is the 'sexy' side of this company, I bought in due to the advertised wholesale distribution to the industry.
I feel like it must not exist, because that would be an easy numbers to calculate, and an exciting client list to release.
Low volume gain here today. Good day to minimize your losses.
Seems to be a fair valuation in line with what SIPC's got.
Just toured Yards in Philly. Regional beer maker. They do 50,000 barrels a year.
