<< How’s that $1/share by end of June prediction doing? >>
That was just more pumper BS hoping to drive the share price higher.
<< Who believes the oil is there in MJ-1 it’s just a matter of retrieving it. >>
Commercial quantity, no.
Sorry to disappoint, but I am not a member of the Cult of KBLB.
Welcome to the Cult of KBLB....

And those are just a few of the MANY, MANY FAILURES that KBLB has had over the years….
<< The ‘hank’ she is holding looks approximately the same size as the XMAS hank CEO Kim is cradling, about 5 kg. >>
So the BS about the hank that the Douchebag CEO is holding was 25 kg has been officially put to rest.
It was around 5+ kg.
So after 15+ years, the company has produced 5+ kg.
And the Douchebag CEO has stuffed his pockets with literally millions and millions of dollars during that time.
What a joke....
Maybe in another decade or two they will "ramp up" and "double" and have produced another 50+ kg.
LOL
<< He has provided many outright false statements here over the years. He is also, often times, very careful with his wording. Will throw in things like “probably”, “more than likely”, etc to give himself some wiggle room but the intent is clear. >>
You must be talking about the Douchebag CEO....
<< was yesterday the best last opportunity to purchase Kblb stock at these bargain prices >>
Nope....
The Douchebag CEO better dilute soon or he will miss out on the inflated share price.
LOL
<< have you ever posted anything positive about KBLB? >>
I am positive that the CEO is a Douchebag and has been stuffing his pockets full of shareholder's hard-earned money for over 15 years!
<< We will finish green today, i bet on it......... >>
WRONG AGAIN!
<< With this news Schwab is pre market a lot lower on the bid and ask. Doesn’t make any sense to me. >>
It makes perfect sense.
KBLB has produced only about 25 lbs of silk over the past 15+ years, and today's PR states that they have reached "full capacity". LOL.
Shareholders are wising up and dumping shares.
<< That was the past. This is NOW >>
Yes, every year or so, we hear the same old same old....
For the past 15+ years....
"This time is different"....
LOL
Wash, rinse, repeat....
We have been told over and over again that the company PRs are the ONLY way to know the real "truth" about KBLB.
OK, well, let's take a look at that so-called "truth" from some of KBLB's PRs over the years:
- How about the PR that (falsely) stated that they were going to make their 1st delivery around Oct 16, 2022?
<< KBLB’s disease free Bam-1 mundane silkworms >>
More BS rumors and innuendo....
There is absolutely no proof for such a statement.
First, the trial was done under lab conditions, and not real-world conditions.
Second, it was a small trial that was only composed of a room or two.
Third, there has been no third-party proof that none of the worms died. It is worthless words from KBLB.
Fourth, the trial was for the parents, and not the hybrid children.
<< There is no justification for “probably” when it is based on nothing more than a hatred for Kim and Co. >>
It is based on 15+ years of lies....
But we all know....
"This time is different"....
LOL
<< Wouldn't the cocoons have to weighed with the worm? >>
Knowing how the Douchebag CEO exaggerates and lies all of the time, they probably weighed the cocoons after boiling them (while they were still wet and had dead worms inside).
<< if we are very near to revenue >>
KBLB isn't anywhere near revenue.
The last PR said that they are breeding eggs in the next couple of months, and then will probably take a break because of "suboptimal rearing conditions".
No revenue in 2024 means more heavy dilution by the end of the year.
According to Gemini AI, to produce one metric ton of silk, about 1,250 metric tons of mulberry leaves is required, and that would cost about $625,000. And that is just the cost of the mulberry....
<< KBLB job advertisement for a Silkworm Lab Technician >>
Another employee must have quit.
<< I really believe we have a disruptive company here. >>
Because the Douchebag CEO has consistently lied over the past 15 years?
LOL
<< The SEC Notice of Effectiveness of Amendments was only to incorporate the latest quarterly reports into the preliminary S1-A and did not mean that dilution was at hand. >>
That is totally incorrect.
<< CEO Kim is talking about multiple tonnes. >>
LOL. That douchebag has been talking out his ass for over 15 years trying to get investors to buy his golden poop in order to keep stuffing his pockets full of money.
5 years ago, he said that they were going to make more than 8 metric tons in 2020.
They actually made ZERO! NOTHING! NADA!
What a joke....
Once again, it wouldn't be the first time. There have been 1000s of cons over human history where many knowledgeable people were conned out of their money.
Here are just a few:
SBF (Sam Bankman Fried) / FTX Crypto
Theranos
Bernie Madoff
Worldcom
Enron
and the list goes on and on and on.....
<< An average cocoon weighs about 2 grams I figure our cocoons are probably twice that weight so I figured 4 g >>
Sorry, but that is incorrect. KBLB cocoons are no larger than normal silkworm cocoons.
<< Why the hell don't we break through 15 cents? >>
Probably because everyone knows that the Douchebag CEO is full of poop.
<< I'm assuming when they weigh these cocoons they're also weighing the moth that's inside the cocoon? .... Also are they weighing these after their boiled? Possibly still damp? >>
Yes, the Douchebag CEO is always trying to deceive investors into believing in unicorns and leprechans.
He is also setting everyone up to accept this way of weighing, so when he announces a "metric ton", the silk will probably be < 10% of that weight.
<< 325 pounds of recombinant spider silk cocoons is about 32.5 pounds raw silk. >>
Agreed.
I would estimate that there would be around 30-50 lbs of recoverable silkwork-ish silk.
<< Even less now after trying to claim Spydasilk is not a joint venture and just a trademark. >>
As I stated previously, Spydasilk and Spydasilk Enterprises are two separate things. Spydasilk is a trademark. Spydasilk Enterprises is a (supposed) venture between KBLB and Kings Group.
Either way it doesn't matter, because both of them have amounted to absolutely NOTHING.
No sales.
No revenue.
No customers.
No products.
NOTHING....
I was replying to your original post. Your original post stated "Spydasilk" and not "Spydasilk Enterprises". Those are two totally different things.
In addtiion, you added locations to all of the other companies. If you would have stated "Spydasilk (Singapore)", then I might have understood what you were referring to. We can't read your mind to know that you were talking about something besides what you wrote.
<< KBLB has formed Kraig Biocraft Laboratories (Ann Arbor, MI), Prodigy (Quang Nam, Vietnam), Prodigy Silk (Lam Dong, Vietnam), and Spydasilk. >>
WRONG AGAIN!
First, "Prodigy" is actually Prodigy Textiles.
Second, Spydasilk is a recent trademarked brand and not a company.
Third, Prodigy Silk hasn't been formed yet. KBLB hasn't received their business license from Vietnam for it yet That company name hasn't shown up in even ONE SEC document yet. And It has only showed up once in all ol the multitude of fluff PRs that the Douchebag CEO has posted.
<< There is no basis to believe that KBLB produced 25 kilos during the Spring Trials. >>
Agreed. The Spring Trials were to test the parents. The cocoons of the hybrid children are what is used to create the silkworm-ish silk.
<< Is this being produced at KBLB/Lam Dong? >>
No, that facility is much too small. It is only about 700 sq meters (or 7500 sq ft).

<< I'm hoping Kings cranks up a campaign prior to products hitting the market. >>
LOL
At the end of March, they had about $2 MILLION left in cash.
Total compensation for the Douchebag CEO and his top two minions was $1.4 MILLION last year (and that doesn't include the rest of the staff).
The company can barely make payroll this year.
MASSIVE DILUTION coming "soon"....
