Which are the best chatroom(s) for trading penny stocks?
If you are holding the stock when this happens and you sell your shares - who is buying them on the way from .28 to .13?
Do the MM buy them and hold. This is what I don't understand - who is buying the shares as price keeps going down?
Thanks for response QServus
Whom do most of you use as a broker?
I was one that got bite when it ran to 2.70.
Tried putting in a mkt order for 50,000 and didn't take it - had to call my broker to get me out - unfortunately waited too long to do this and lost quite a bit of money.
Will someone outline what was best way to exit this position to get my position close?
Do I exit in 1000 shares/5000 share / 10,000 shares at a time so MM will take me? What should I have been looking at to prompt me to start exiting?
Thanks
What is front loading.
How does one tell when they are going to start selling.
An earlier post mention “the market makers” are
sitting on a lot of stock.
Are the market makers the one who owns the stock
and are selling as price is moving up.
How do pump dumps work?
Example:
One has 50000 shares at .10
The stocks price goes to .50
At first the stock is trading 250,000 shares/avg
As the stock price rises the trading goes to
2,000,000 shares.
Stick promoter says stock will go to 1.50.
How does one determine what price to exit?
How does one exit 50,000 shares and get filled?
Am looking at RETC and IMUC to possibly trade.
Thanks for sharing your insight in trading penny stocks.
If you had not read past posts -
retc was a pump/dump starting in June as
dvggd whose symbol changed to retc.
Market insiders report pumped it to 2.70 and then
dumped it To .02 in two days.
I believe you asked me what phone number I called.
718-865-9616 and 718-865-9632
the person's email was samvid77@yahoo.com

Market Insider Report -
Riverkid - the IR phone number given at the bottom of the announcement I read
when you refer to an uplist - do you mean getting it listed on the Nasdaq?
who did you speak with - the phone number is to a real estate office

pump/dump?
I would call TD Canada - tell them to sell at market -
they are holding the stock - they should be able to sell them -
Call TD Ameritrade and tell them to close out your order - that they can do!
how are you determining the next target when it hasn't been above .10 from Apr 2016 to now
Did the actual company put out the news there were going to do a dividend or is that what the email from the company that contacted you said.
Tim only shorts - so doubt if it was him
I saw this symbol posted in a different chatroom - not in his chatroom.
Same movement RETC had -
Lost $$$$ on that - TD Ameritrade is my broker - probably why they wouldn't let you trade this symbol. See it as a pump/dump
do not hold this over the weekend - they may start a mild pullback on Monday
keep your eyes open for pullbacks - use your STOPS
if this is being promoted by Market Insiders Report - they pushed RETC from .97 to 2.70 and then short sold
told people it was going to go to 3.00 - 3.50 and they would tell you when to exit - scale out in 3rds.
be careful around 2.00 -2.25 area
Who is promoting this stock?
Is is Market Insiders Report?
The phone number I have for Market Insiders Report
Sam Goldstein - 718-865-9616
Tim Drake - 718-865-9632
his brother (so he said) Theodore Drake, Ph.D.
They did say they have offices across the US - Los Angeles was another location mention during a phone conversation
thanks - that's what I thought it may be
what is r/m acronym
I sent an email to the CEO asking didn't he wonder why the stock went up so fast in a few days?
Also asked how there could be 5M shares that were exchanged when RETC took over 12Japan but profile shows 78.7M outstanding shares?
This is from TDAmeritrade - RETC Profile
Pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreement, the Company will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding equity of 12 Japan in exchange for Five Million (5,000,000) restricted shares of RETC Common Stock; and, (ii) Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) shares of RETC Series A Preferred Stock. The Agreement contains customary representations and warranties. Additionally, the Agreement required that concurrently with closing, the Company facilitate the cancellation of Five Million (5,000,000) of RETC Common Stock currently beneficially owned by the Company's officers and directors; and the cancellation of Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) of RETC Series A Preferred Stock currently beneficially owned by the Company's officers and directors. Collectively, such shares shall be cancelled and returned to the Company's treasury.

Tom - did the CEO not notice that his company's stock was going up so quickly? What did he say prompted this quick increase?
What i didn't realized and was told, articles that you see published in the wall street journal are created and provided by the promoters. WSJ is paid by the promoter to publish the article.
If you google "pump and dump" there are many articles available explaining how this works. One article I read descrbed my exact experience and others who posted their experience.

Yes, I noticed all your posts for RETC and under your icon.
Felt I had to ask after what I and others on this board just experienced.
You mention TS scanner - what parameters do you use for your scan?
Thank you for the bio - sure others may be interested - in the world of trading there are many scams - the institutions are by using upgraded to sell their holdings and downgraded to buy the stock cheap.
Heard that from someone use to be on Wall Street. I am sure you are of this as you have been trading many years.
The MRI did the same thing with SLDC but only took it up to .70 before taking it down. Call the company and goes into voicemail.
TSYTIGER - what price did you buy it at and what date?
How/from whom did you learn of this stock?
Good Luck trying to find them - no address is given on MRI's website
Read the disclaimer at the bottom of the email you received.
(the body of the email no longer displays)
On another website a person has been working more than 10 years to get the SEC and FBI to investigate a similar situation. They won't talk to him or respond to his correspondence.
Market Insiders Report (MIR)
http://marketinsiderreport.com/
Promotional Marketing Company who is paid $10,000/month to promote.
Story they give when you call contact number at bottom of email:
PUMP:
The company is an e-commerce, with iMirror technology and is it selling high-end clothes. The buyers of the apparel will be the Asian countries (Japan, China, India)
Company stock was bought out and shell company set up for the shares; they have applied to FINRA for a symbol and are awaiting approval of the symbol; the stock is going to go to 3.00-3.50 because the institutions they are working with agree to enter when the price gets to this price level
you call the person at the bottom of the email
the person tells you about the stock
this one was first sold under the symbol DVGGD
they tell you the price to enter (and ask you how many shares you are considering buying)
You call them back after you acquire the shares and the price you entered
** (this is to keep track of how many shares are sold vs how many they are holding)
they tell you once the FINRA approves the symbol they will call you with the new symbol (which auto changes in your trading account when it happens)
you enter at that price - they tell you they will call you 3 times to scale out 1/3 of your shares each time.
last scale out is when the institutions start buying at certain prices (in this case it was 3.00 and 3.50)
the stock keeps rising as more people contact them and told what price to enter
price keeps moving up, emails keep coming recommending the stock with a contact at the bottom of the email
DUMP:
Price reached 2.60's
the price drops .10 or so
you call your contact person and he says there is some profit taking to be expected
the next day the price drops another .50 or so cents - still profit taking not to worry
then prices drops another .50
WHAT IS HAPPENING - THIS PROMOTIONAL COMPANY (MIR) AND NITE and CSTI ARE SHORT SELLING THE STOCK
the stock continues to fall down to .03 within 6 days
You call the contact person - but.... the phone number is no longer in service all the other numbers provided also no longer in service
what happened:
Market Insiders Report(Tim/Theo - if that is their names)
has sold all the stock (.05) that was created for the company and set the price that is going to be provided to the people who called
Once the have sold the shares they have and price is at a level they have identified to exit - the short selling begins.
Basically:
they create a shell company, place the shares orginally created in the shell company's name
Beginning selling their shares to those who call
told they are waiting on FINRA to approve the submission and approve the stock symbol
they sell the stock which they are holding to people that respond to the email
Majority of the Shares they hold originally have been sold to respondents (they make money from the initial stock price created every time a respondents buys)
price reaches the level they determined to start short selling
They keep exiting at different levels - They made money both ways and those who followed their directions loss some, if not all, of their invested money
stay away from these penny stocks - make sure it is a real company with lots of employees
