I don't think anyone has deposited shares yet.. or even can make a deposit.. no attorney will write a legal opinion until the delinquent 10K is filed, so the question is when will they file the 10K?
Seems nobody wants to part with their PTNL shares
Very cool tech for cannabis storage. Flower mold and waste is a real problem in the industry.

Interesting article, but these transactions all took place in mid-January, while Plantation was a privately held company. FINRA didn't even issue the PTNL symbol until 3/31/2020 and Plantation just started trading publicly.

My thoughts as well. Appears to have managed a few public companies in the past.
Agreed.. it was well done.. and a real shame they didn't put the trailers to use on youtube or social media.. a lot of new investors may have come in
I agree.. looks much better than the vr site too
What exactly were you watching LOL? This stock hasn't traded in weeks
I wouldn't hold my breath. I contacted the company's new IR a month ago, and I still haven't received a reply.
Twitter coverage is way up, so that's good...
Sadly, TD has rejected every attempt to place an order online in 2018, so I called them and had a broker put the order in for me, and then watched his order be rejected too. He said TD's trading desk (which handles over 40% of the OTC action btw) is blocking All WHSI orders. He finally had to reroute my order through CDEL to get it accepted.
TD assured me that everything was fine with WHSI, and this was only happening because it was delinquent and volume was so weak for many months, but it would explain the apparent total lack of interest. I imagine it's tough to promote a stock that nobody can buy.
I will attend CC
It depends on how you look at it. This dilution is all due to convertible equity loans at a 50% discount to the lowest posted bid over the last 20 days (toxic debt), so as of today the lenders could take their next payment in shares at only $.0005 each. But they will have to spend $$ on IR to find new buyers for those shares, and each time that happens the stock pops up for a few days (and I sell).. that's what I'm betting will happen again.. I've been trading this stock all year, and done well buying in the dips.
* Just my personal opinion, I'm not a registered advisor.
Happy Trading
If you want to monitor dilution day to day for any otc/pink, you can find the latest data on the exchange website under the profile section.
IDDR is at 441Mil shares out, with 351Mil in the market.. that's about 100Mil more than what was out last week.. cap is down at $330K right now.

That's a good question.. I'd like to hear the answer too LOL
Heavy bidding at $.0013, but NOBODY is selling.. This stock will easily run back to $.002+
Nope, I didn't get any Friday. I'm guessing you were the 35, so whoever has been holding it down probably crossed them just above you.
Textbook example of how to quietly move a stock down without giving up a single share, and paint the tape with 220,000 shares of volume while you're at it. It is as simple as selling 110,000 shares back and forth between 2 accounts.
Let's say the stock is $.0065 x $.0048 (which IDDR was earlier today), and you want to bring it down quietly without giving away your stock at these prices. This is how easy it is:
Step 1 - Place a bid for 100K shares @ $.005 using account 1
Step 2 - Sell 100K shares to account 1 @ $.005 from account 2
Step 3 - Repeat with a bid for 10K shares @.0048 from account 1
Step 4 - Sell 10K shares to account 1 @ $.0048 from account 2
You have now moved 110,000 shares from account 2 into account 1, with 2 simple trades.
Next, you simply move the 110,000 shares from account 1 back into account 2, where they started.
Step 5 - Offer 100K shares @ $.005 from account 1
Step 6 - Buy 100K shares back from account 1 @ $.005 using account 2
Step 7 - Repeat by offering 10K shares @ $.005 from account 1
Step 8 - Buy 10K shares from account 1 @ $.005 using account 2
(-- DONE! Now all 110,000 IDDR shares are right back where they started ---)
The total cost was around $20 (or less) for all 4 trades.
The result = IDDR is now down to $.0048 x $.0035, but it shows 0% price movement on the chart because the last trade was at $.005, and there's also 220,000 shares of volume at $.005 to dissuade potential investors.
To a penny stock novice, this chart looks like a seller just dumped 220,000 shares today, and ended up knocking the bid down by 30%.
Trading stocks like IDDR when they are slow is like playing poker, and sometimes it's all just a bluff.

PRO TIP
- ALWAYS BUY YOUR SHARES FROM THE BID
- ALWAYS SELL YOUR SHARES FROM THE OFFER
- The spread is your profit, so don't give it away.
Best of luck getting a fill. I couldn't get anything until I finally moved up to $.005, and I believe you gave me those shares.
Did you see that 100K on the bid at $.005? It filled very quickly, then the 10K at $.0048 got hit, but it's stayed there... and now the 100K from $.005 is on the offer at $.006 (bringing it down from $.0065). A blind man could see what's going on here, but it won't stop without more bidders.
Someone may have picked up 10K shares at $.0048, maybe, but the rest of it was just shuffled between accounts I'm sure.. this stock is being walked back down again without giving up any shares to outsiders (all for the sake of painting the tape). At least we know they don't really want to sell at this price (they want to shake others out and accumulate, just like you and I), so that's good I suppose.
Based on what I've seen over the past few months, that $.0048 will probably be taken out or just vanish, the spread will open up wide again, and then your $.0032 may get tapped with a few hundred (maybe even a few thousand) shares, or they will just join you on the bid first and you won't get any.
To someone who hasn't been watching, the chart looks like sellers are unloading and this stock is steadily dropping, but it's all an illusion. It will be interesting to see if they take out the 100K at $.006 today, or settle for a 4% drop and wait until tomorrow to push it down further.
I kept my 2's and 4's, but I certainly appreciate you giving me yours at $.005 and $.0054.. After reading the last 8-K, it seems the vultures who pushed this stock down aren't getting anymore toxic shares this year.. and according to otcmarkets profile for IDDR, all but 5Mil of the unrestricted shares are in the market already. With a cap of less than $600K, and the news they put out so far this year, this stock is dirt cheap right now.
I don't think we will see much resistance from here, and I don't think they have much left to hold it down anyway.. a lot of big numbers being flashed on the offer, but nobody is going to unload 2Mil shares at $.007.. it opened at $.008 last Monday just because someone thought I was going to post an article about IDDR.. and I will shortly.
If even a handful of new investors come in, this stock will run like a racehorse.
