If you read report on Edgar filing you will find that they were the audit firm before and not new to this company.
“SEC”. Is there not away as a minority shareholder to voice concerns with the SEC?
Yes Kevin has been involved for years. Read Edgar files it all there for the reading.
Sold Volexum to Ambicom became President of Ambicom. Left position the sold voosh to Ambicom now CEO of Ambicom
No audit firm in the world can get an audit ready for filing in 10 days. There are three years to audit. Impossible to get current in10 days IMO.
Press release last week, "Our solution, Veloxum, has been proving this every day for nine years.” And still noting from a sales stand point???????

Edgar: Last 10-Q 4/16 when they wrote off the Impairment of intangibles,
$4,243,747.00 in 2015, the Company finished developing and integrating its automated optimization software applications into the current offerings of its sales partner, PC Driver Headquarters under the Joint Development & License agreement (“JDLA”). On November 5, 2015, there was an arbitration award allowing PC Drivers access to our source code. Currently, there are disputes on revenue split between two parties under the JDLA. Since acquisition of the Intangible assets in May 2014, the technology and trade names acquired have not been able to generate revenue. We determined that the entire carrying value of the intangibles was impaired, resulting in an impairment charge of $4,243,747.
Developed technology and trade names are tested for impairment based on the guidelines in Accounting Standards Codification Topic 360-10-35, Impairment or Disposal of Long-Lived Assets.
You are correct, review the old financial reports of Ambicom back in midyear 2014 on Edgar to see the original sale of the patient and software to Ambicom.
Everyone here needs to review all past Edgar sec filling and make their own determination. Imo
How about ambicom?
Please tell me much revenue would be required for a .01 to’.05 peer share?
So how much revenue does ambicom need to get to .01?
They have two years of filing due. Plus 2 quarters this fiscal year for the company. The one with a feb due date is for the quarter ending 12/31/17. All others are past due.
The last 10k filing was for the year end 7/31/15
Yes go look for yourself on Edgar sec filings
You are both wrong. Go to Edgar sec. ambicom’s year end is July 31. Last year end reporting was for 2015

Court Date set for October 2018 that is correct.
Terms between Voosh and Bravatek. Does anyone know what Bravatek is charging to sale and distribute the optimization product for Voosh?
Ask Alain at ambicom if they are still selling this product.
I don't think so.
I have done my DD. You need to read https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1444310/000114420416092505/v435965_10q.htm#a_009 and https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1444310/000114420415071999/v427425_10q.htm everything was ended of life other than Voosh Veloxum.
But only Voosh or their subcontractor, can sell. Correct? So Ambicom has no revenue steam outside Voosh. Correct? Royalty only. Correct?
Read contract between Voosh and Ambicom. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1444310/000149315217005909/ex10-1.htm I do not see revenue for Ambicom for a long time. Voosh makes 90% 80% and then 70% The Bravatek deal is between Vossh and Bravatek not Ambicom and Bravatek. very confusing when revenue will start. It appears to me Voosh is in control not Ambicom. Please explain if you know.

It's only the attorny's getting together with the judge.
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/driversupport.com?utm_medium=Trustbox&utm_source=Carousel looks like all consumer reviews to me.
I have checked pc drivers and driver support websites', driversupport.com and do not see any enterprise client list. Do you know of list? It would be very helpful. Also found this on BBB https://www.bbb.org/central-texas/business-reviews/computers-hardware-software-and-services/pc-drivers-headquarters-1-inc-in-austin-tx-57315 PC Drivers Headquarters has been around for along time.
It appears to me from these links and court docs PC Drivers has the right to sale in the consumer space. Ambicom is suiting for sales in the enterprise space. Does anyone know if PC Drivers is selling in the enterprise space or not?
