Thanks Doc for your thoughts.
It is now on their website.
https://www.nwbio.com/nw-bio-announces-5-million-bridge-funding/
So Doc, now that we have this additional info regarding funding from Bigger and the obvious no updates in November are you still convinced that the SP will drop to .05 cents before data release?
OK Doc, please enlighten this board why you believe the SP will be decimated to .05c in early December if the company has not shared any news at all. The only difference between now and early December is rumor mongering on this board and pure speculation as to when the Company will be ready to present the Data if they are in the midst of unblinding. What you are saying is that the markets are following this board closely and act on speculative theories to determine a companies valuation. If the share price is decimated on absolutely no news then we all know that we are being duped.
Let me ask you this, if as you say the company is extending the trial until next years refresh why have they not shared an ounce of data from this years Spring Refresh. Last year they shared some data at ASCO followed by promise of an article but this year complete silence on all fronts. This silence would seem to indicate that the company is in the process of a different goal rather than the round robin Spring Refreshers you allude to.
Well said, and to boot you have the SEC supposedly camped on their doorstep so if as the shorts say the trial has failed and management are hiding the results they must be doing it in plain sight of the authorities. Silence is golden and whatever is brewing will taste like no other when it is finally time to lift the lid.
They are very close and it is still interesting that they are moving into what will be one of the leading BioMedical centers in the world. I have been following the developments here and the UK is looking to corner the market in cell manufacturing. The UK is certainly banking on the growth of immunotherapy and Sawston is in a great location to take advantage of the expansion of this technology.
Are they not moving to this center and not Sawston.
https://cambridge-biomedical.com/
I think that data collection has been ongoing since Spring and hopefully these last few patients reaching 36 months are the last few to be gathered.
I think you are right but a slide of 40+% reveals something more sinister even though I also think they are grossly overvalued. Prescription count is down and that is a large factor too. Still I think that if the massive bailout continues it may be a sign of what is to come. IMO.
Novocures slide continues even though their results were not that bad. Interesting.
Here is another person looking into immunotherapy in the UK most likely DCVAX-L.

Agree with Flipper that 36 months should be the endpoint as many people out there are desperate for this kind of treatment. It is time to unblind as statistically the data is as mature as it can get to be approved.
Now if you want to really understand the rigged market a site mentioned many times here is obviously Deep Capture. This will give you great insights into how the markets I believe really work and it is not pretty.

If you want to fight back here is a great article and link back to the SEC.

After reading all about shorting here is some advice on how to identify and handle shorting of a stock you own.

Here is some reading material on using short sales to manipulate share price, something we see everyday with NWBO.

Here is a detailed look at how Illegal naked shorting is used to destroy companies.
http://counterfeitingstock.com/CounterfeitingStock.html
As we know the company controls whether or not it's warrants can be shorted. If NWBO allowed shorting across all it's warrants over the years then they are giving permission to all investors with warrants to play games with the share price and basically short the stock. In other words NWBO are simply not interested in allowing the pps to rise and may use this to benefit themselves immensely and at the same time cause a great deal of pain on long term retailers.
As we all know in the shorting game the warrants can be used as insurance to those investors shorting a stock and if these games have been played then you can be sure that there has been a coordinated effort to drive the share price down and if and when the pps reverses significantly these same investors can use these warrants to cover their short position.
I have always thought that Roche would be a great partner and being centered in Europe they would be pushing for the best QALY figure possible.
Hi Flip, it would appear by this article that Susan Bayh is receiving cutting edge treatment from Duke that involves chemo, radiation and one of their experimental immunotherapy treatments.
The Bayh's selection of Duke's treatment over UCLA's treatment may just be due to location but we cannot be sure what immunotherapy option she has chosen and any selection of experimental treatments would have been carefully looked at by the Bahys. This may or may not have included DCVAX and again I am sure they would have received opinions quite possibly from NWBO before final selection was made.
Would NWBO disclose the reasons as to why a former BOD did not choose their treatment option, not sure, but the question as to why she chose DUKE over UCLA is a legitimate one and concerning to many longs.

Maybe NICE timelines for NWBO were used as a tactic by NWBO to push forward a potential partneship/BO with a suitor dragging their heals.
The NICE documents reference NWBO but if there is to be a potential partnership or even buyout the process would need to be changed to fit the new setup.
We all know that November was a critical time point for NICE and with the recent BMY activity and NWBO conversion of preferred it would make sense to suspend NICE activities until after said business activities were set to conclude. Just a thought. We will see what the recent activities really mean but I am sure they are all connected.
Sorry to hear about your husband but glad to know that he is on the mend. My best wishes to you in this trying period and I too hope that we finally start seeing some positive traction. Thanks for all your work on the charts as well.
I think what we are seeing here is some weak hands getting spooked and some fortunate buyers or indeed those looking to cover some short positions profiting from that fear.
If you have some powder then there would be no reason not to buy at these levels as I see this bouncing up and down while confusion reigns.
One could say silence is golden for both those in the know and any shorts looking to cover at lower positions.
The tree will be continually shaken between now and news and any person on the fence will have a hard time, those that succumb to the FUD will be the losers. IMO.
Incorrect Statement, Les has responded many times to me directly by e-mail and has answered many questions I have had.
I am sure he will only respond to genuine investors who have made meaningful contributions to the company.
Well it looks like another BP jumping into the immunotherapy space.

This tech is some years away from approval/commercialization but it has certainly had a massive effect on the share price.
It makes you wonder why has LP not managed to get some form of a partnership to help take this technology to the next level instead of continually diluting shareholders for pennies to the dollar, or is she in the process of doing just that aka business news comment at ASCO.
Time will tell.
Nice find Tilt and thanks for sharing. I agree that we are a lot closer than many expected to some great news. It is laughable that the antagonists on this board are still grasping at straws with regard to the bs SEC investigation. The sun looks like it may be rising for NWBO, looking forward to the next few months.
Looks like they are informing shareholders that a number of issues highlighted as under investigation in previous 10Q's are now solved. They only have a couple more to complete. Of course the shorts will make noise over already disclosed SEC investigations no doubt started by promptings from the shorts themselves.
And here is the statement from previous 10Q
As previously reported, the Company has received a number formal information requests (subpoenas) from the SEC regarding several broad topics that have been previously disclosed, including the Company’s membership on Nasdaq and delisting, related party matters, the Company’s programs, internal controls, the Company’s Special Litigation Committee, disclosures and the planned publication of interim clinical trial data. Testimony of certain officers and third parties has been taken as well. The Company is cooperating with the SEC investigation and is hopeful that it is reaching its final stages.
Compared to today's
Quote:
The Company has been cooperating with the SEC investigation. As hoped, the investigation is winding to a conclusion. After investigation of a broad array of issues over the past two-plus years, the SEC Staff has informed us preliminarily that they have concerns in regard to two issues, relating to the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting and the adequacy of certain disclosures made in the past. We have previously disclosed material weaknesses in our internal controls. As for disclosures, we believe our disclosures complied with applicable law. Despite our belief that the Staff should close the investigation, there can be no assurance that the Staff will not recommend some action involving the Company and/or individuals. Given the stage of the process, the Company is unable to provide a current assessment of the potential outcome or potential liability, if any.
So is the rumor true that LP is trying to raise $30m at 17/23 1:1 warrants. If true then we are in for a long cycle of toxic financing and the stock stagnating at 17c. This type of raise would indicate that they are taking advantage of shareholders once again as they now have an endless supply of shares to sell to any willing player while they kick the can endlessly down the road.
What we should all be asking is who exactly is on this new SAB that now has the power to extend this companies trial for as long as they want. It seems that 3 years survival data is not considered important enough to unblind and the company has now decided to wait for as many patients to event. This just seems pointless and this only serves the interests of BP's who are all now trying to catchup with DC vaccines.
Maybe I am dead wrong but the silence from the BOD does not help anyone and only drive's the SP lower as it only confirms that the information they would need to share is not positive at all when it comes to important decisions like unblinding.
It also sounds like LP and LG were hoping for a large gain after their dog and pony so they could raise at higher levels so they are now forced to trade millions at ridiculous prices that only hurt current investors.
All IMO. hope I am wrong.
So it begs the question why are you still on this board spreading your FUD. Your countless hours trying to understand this medicine has obviously cooked your brain because it sounds like you now know so much more than all those scientists who penned their names to the recent journal. What I can guarantee is that you would not be able to articulate why you believe UCLA's approach is wrong and in your convoluted mind will fail PH 3. You will also not pen your name to such an article because you know you will be ridiculed for your total misunderstanding of the science by real scientists. My guess is that you too have a political science type degree and not an ounce of understanding of true scientific study. Some peoples ego's on this board are so over sized their ramblings are pure comedy.
What is even funnier is that you now refer to Avastin as that brand.
Just posting a link to a tweet referenced by Sojo. Cheers.
As always Flip thanks for your tireless efforts on this board.
You are correct, people need to listen to the presentation again. Linda Powers refuted the cost of manufacturing portrayed by some as 250000 pounds but also stressed that the manufacturing process was still by hand.
Her appeal was for technical expertise and monies to fund improving the manufacturing process to streamline it and therefor bring the cost down substantially.
The cost to automate this procedure will be huge but an obvious benefit to all future patients and if it could be achieved prior to commercialization what a bonus as they fully intend to tackle all operable and inoperable cancers with L and D.
I expect some positive news shortly and by the way the news from last week and now the survivors stories will start to have an impact over the coming week.
Lets be real here, ASCO is a forum for upcoming biotechs to showcase their technologies with the primary goal of raising money.
NWBO showcased their technology and showed the world through actual survivors and users of their vaccine the true potential that this technology has for so many victims of this terrible disease.
Linda Powers got up and talked to all who would be listening that her Biotech still needs funding and therefore help in getting across the finish line. That is the reality and being a Biotech in development that still relies on outside money what else is she meant to do.
All Biotechs in development at ASCO were after one thing and that is funding.
So let's all be real on this board and understand the business at hand.
In the meantime the naysayers will spout their BS and try to get investors to close out their positions at a loss so they can continue to quietly try and bust up this little BIO.
It is time to stay strong because the message was loud and clear at ASCO, we have a product and real survivors are telling us it works.
The shorts have nothing but FUD but it amazes me how that FUD trumps real truth with many on this board.
Boy China you are wrong, look at the market cap and the recent potential as established by Linda Liau and her 69 peers with the recent article. Remember this as well, this vaccine is not only for GBM but for all operable cancers. Why is there such fear amongst all competitors. The answer is plain and simple DCVAX L and D attack all cancers, even blood cancers. Now tell me if the current market cap is realistic when the vaccines on offer are a paradigm shifting technology. Billions are at stake here and the powers to be right now know it.
It looks like Linda Powers wants to replace the greed prevalent in BP's with a company that will be committed to scientific research and advancement and that will be willing to use it's profits for the benefit of mankind.
We are on the cusp of something truly magnificent.
What we have seen since yesterday confirms NWBO's suspicion that their shares are heavily manipulated. Now these forces are desperately trying to keep this under 30 cents because let's face it who in their right minds after seeing such positive results apart from traders would be selling at these levels considering the potential of further news at ASCO. This is a fiasco and I am sure NWBO is watching these developments closely as well as the SEC IMO.
Any investory interested in profits would not be selling at these levels considering the potential revealed in the paper yesterday and the current market cap of this company. How many other biotechs with this type of revealed potential are trading at this level.
JR, please post your credentials as well so we validate your expertise in this field of medicine. Please also let us know how many publications you have in your name.
FYI here are DR Marincola's credentials. Looks like he may just about have a bit more knowledge than you. Right?

This has been discussed many times in the past and those shorting the stock will always tell you it is purely supply and demand which is totally BS when it comes to this and many other penny stocks never mind the manipulation MM's get away with on Nasdaq. Manipulation can also be coordinated by teams of shorts trading small amounts between each other to drive prices down.
We are talking about stocks right and believe me nothing is as simple as supply and demand, why else would they call this the biggest casino on the planet.
Here is some reading for you.
Reading Market-Maker Signals
The signs they send each other to move stock prices.
Many traders believe that market makers will "signal" moves in advance buy using small amounts of buys or sells as "signals". The "signals" are from one market maker to another.
• 100 I need shares.
• 200 I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down.
• 300 Take (or I am taking) the price down so I can load shares
• 400 Keep trading it sideways.
• 500 Gap the stock.
This is a theory put forth by a lot of penny stock and non-penny stock traders. This is not a guaranteed trading method but can lend some insight to comarket makerunications. It can pay to watch a few market makers of your favorite stock over several days or weeks to see if they follow these or other similar signals. That way, you can divine what they are going to do and jump in ahead of any move that may come.
Personally, I have worked on the Nasdaq Market Maker desk of a major firm and while the folks I worked with did not use any signs like the ones above, they did know what certain other MMs were about to do by watching them move their bids and asks. One example - When I first started and was sitting with one of the MMs, he said "See that? He dropped his ask and shows 1000 shares. He's a buyer." Say what? -- It wasn't even a minute later that the bids dropped lower after his 1000 share ask. As soon as the bids all dropped away, the asks from other MMs and internet brokers all fell below his. He then bought thousands of shares about $0.25 lower than where the bid was before his fake ask - on a $7 stock. These things happened ALL of the time. That market-maker then gave the shares to a broker for his client that placed the order $0.25 higher than he just paid, keeping the difference for himself.
Why signals? Why not just message or email?
One simple reason... calling/emailing one or more of the other market makers and telling them to "take the price down" or "I am going to gap the stock" would be 100% ILLEGAL. Collusion at it's finest. If caught, handcuffs could replace their Rolex for a trip downtown.
We've worked on OTC/Agency (Nasdaq and OTC-BB) desks and worked with many actual market makers. We can attest that many market makers will use certain signals. Some will use fake bids/offers to trick individual investors and day traders. They are still responsible for those bids/offers and would have to buy or sell there if their bid or offer is hit, but they post those to make others think they have an order and do not really want to buy or sell there.
When 100 Actually Means 25,000
When watching larger stocks, market makers from large firms will often bid for 100 shares when they actually want several thousand shares.
Market makers are in the game to make money as well as execute orders for their firm's clients.
If you do see a huge bid or ask - thousands of shares where it's not usual it's often a fake. That is, they really don't want to execute that trade but are actually trying to scare others and to move the stock the opposite way that their bid or ask would indicate. If the stock happens to trade closer and closer to that larger bid or ask, it will usually disappear. Smaller stocks and penny stocks are rife with that type of dishonest manipulation on OTC markets.
Market makers will almost never show their hand to let others know what order they are working. For instance, let's say a market maker for at a major firm receives an order to purchase 25,000 shares of a stock at a $5.00 limit for an institutional client. He will never bid for the full 25,000. He will place a 100 or 200 share bid at $5.00 or lower. Why? If the market maker places all 25,000 shares at the bid at $5.00, another market maker with shares to sell could "hit" that bid and sell him everything at $5.00. The trade is over; the bidding market maker has just bought all 25,000 at $5.00. However, using smaller bids and some patience will usually mean he can get shares a bit cheaper. With a 25,000 order, a difference of just a few cents can result in thousands of dollars.
The market maker with the bid will put up only 100-200 to see if any fish bite. If they do, he'll remember who sold him those and move his bid down to $4.95, $4.90, etc. and see if he can get more there. If he does, great, he'll keep working the price down as far as he can go to get the shares as cheaply as possible.
Perhaps he now has 25,000 shares with an average price of $4.80. Now that the market maker has 25,000 shares, he can then sell them to his customer at $4.90. At $4.90, the customer is happy because he would have paid up to $5.00 and the market maker is happy because he sold the shares to the client $0.10 higher than it cost him and he made a tidy profit of $2,500.
Market makers will almost never post a bid or ask for more than just a few hundred shares no matter how large their true need is. So if you do see a market maker from a large firm posting a bid for 500 shares, there's usually thousands of shares behind that. Unless he's selling signals and not selling just stock.
A Poem for Longs and of course NWBO.
Don’t Quit
When things go wrong as they sometimes will
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill
When the funds are low, and the debts are high
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh
When care is pressing you down a bit
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.
Success is failure turned inside out
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt
And you can never tell how close you are
It may be near when it seems afar
So, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit
It’s when things go wrong that you mustn’t quit.
It all depends if the Summer financing is done off the back of the publication and other announcements.
Financing on no news at all at these levels will drop this back to .14c in a heartbeat as it will indicate they have nothing except a very large can of old longs and new investors who may or may not like being kicked down a never ending road again.
My bet is that we see publication closely followed by further financing, closely followed by announcements of new trials i.e combo and Direct, closely followed by new data on L and possible announcement of unblinding.
We all know that news is imminent and the only people nervous about what it will hold are the FUDsters and shorts. We as longs are quietly confident of the future and that future in my book is bright.
