rich...reverse head & shoulders?
does GRSR chart show a reverse head & shoulders?
This wants to go...
i dont know, but feel like this wants to go. If we were to just get a few traders from other solar stocks that little bit of volume could cause a rush for all the people on the fence watching.
Or we just sit here....who really knows. Just feels like it wants to go and key to watch bid...if bid starts moving up above .35 that could be a signal.
no realtime...but looking good
like to see it break above .40 and hit some trader screens.
GRSR - confirming move up (chart)

GRSR not piggybacked...
has unsolicited back on it. freaking pinksheets played with me this morning. ouch!
yes, finally
We were this.....
Unsolicited Quote
An unsolicited quote is one which represents an "Unsolicited Customer Order". Publishing unsolicited quotes allows a broker/dealer to meet an exception to Rule 15c2-11, which requires a broker to have in its possession current information, including financial information, about the issuer of the securities . To avail itself of this exception to SEC Rule 15c2-11, an NASD member firm must ensure that the quotation published or submitted: (1) is solely on behalf of a customer; (2) represents the customer's indication of interest; and (3) does not involve the solicitation of the customer's interest.
------------
Now we are this.....
Piggy-Back Rule
A "piggyback qualified" security is one that meets the frequency-of-quotation requirement described in SEC Rule 15c2-11(f)(3). The frequency-of-quotation test or "piggyback" exception is based on whether a broker/dealer has itself published quotations in the security in the applicable interdealer quotation system on at least 12 business days during the preceding 30 calendar days, with not more than four consecutive business days without quotations. Once this criteria has been satisfied, authorized participants may register on-line in a security. As long as the security remains piggyback qualified, any participant may quote the security without a Form 211 submission.
weeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!
15c2-11 must be done....
only way to get the unsolicited status taken away is to file a 15c2-11....if that's the case we just need our filings to be on OTC...wow. May this actually be true?
Also, being piggybacked means the spread will now be much tighter....hold on kiddies!
weeeeeee
guys, if we're piggybacked that would be BIG!!
If GRSR is now piggybacked that would be big for the stock. here's why.
1) By being piggyback market makers will longer have to jump off level 2 if they have no orders to represent, and can now represent themselves on level.....tighter spreads.
2) only way to get piggybacked is to complete a 15c2-11....which is if the case means the 15c2-11 is done...and OTC BB may just be waiting for filings to make final approval.
OK...OK....let me just hold on here for a bit. It may just be a pinksheet issue not showing it as unsolicited....but if this is now piggyback this could be big. Hoping this isnt a
techincal issue....keep an eye on pink sheets website to see.
Is GRSR piggybacked?
This may just be a early morning glitch, but on pinksheets they have GRSR as a pink sheet company, and no longer have it as unsolicited?
Maybe just a morning issue, but if GRSR is piggyback that would be BIG!!!!!! But have learned not to get my hopes up....we'll see if it stays that way up to 9:30am EST.

Vietnam seeks China vaccines
Vietnam seeks Chinese bird flu vaccines urgently
HANOI (Reuters) - Vietnam has sent officials on an urgent mission to China to buy 50 million doses of vaccine for poultry after two people died of the H5N1 bird flu virus.
Vietnam only has 15 million doses left, jeopardizing a nationwide campaign to vaccinate waterfowl and chickens, Wednesday's Saigon Giai Phong (Liberation) newspaper quoted government officials as saying.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved an order to import 200 million doses of vaccine to stop the spread of H5N1.
International experts hailed a poultry vaccination program and other measures Vietnam adopted from late 2005 as a model that helped keep the virus at bay. However, this year it has spread nationwide in birds and humans.
Five people have been infected by the virus since May, two of who have died, the first human casualties in the Southeast Asian country since November 2005.
The World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed only the first two cases of infection, both in men who subsequently recovered.
"Bird flu is now on a declining trend in the northern region but in the southern region the risk of bird flu recurrence is extremely serious," Agriculture Minister Cao Duc Phat was quoted by the newspaper as saying at a government meeting on Tuesday.
The Animal Health Department said eight provinces and Haiphong city, all in the northern and central regions and which have detected bird flu outbreaks in poultry in the past month, remained on the government's watch list.
Globally, the H5N1 virus has killed 191 people out of 317 known cases, according to the WHO, while hundreds of millions of birds have died or been slaughtered.
The H5N1 virus remains mainly a virus of birds, but experts fear it could mutate into a form easily transmitted from person to person and sweep the world, killing millions.
This week the virus infected a wild bird in Germany and is suspected to have spread to swans in France, officials said.
APYM = Chinese credit card play
As more Chinese get money and get online they'll need credit cards to shop, and APYM is structured to be one of main Chinese credit card processors.
Ground floor of China credit card industry
APYM = .06
Flu revenues = Q3 and Q4
from my understanding is that CBPC makes most revenues on their flu vaccine in Q3 and Q4, as the Chinese CDC like america buys their seasons flu vaccine stockpile in autum, before flu season hits.
If it's a hard flu season they may come back and order more. From my research last winter was pretty warm in China and thus had a weak flu season.
If avian flu breaks out in China that could change everything. Chinese CDC will tap CBPC's distribution network to get vaccine out to market.
Bird Flu news (it's only a matter of time)
http://news.search.yahoo.com/news/search?p=bird+flu&c=
CBPC = China distribution network
US drug companies may tap CBPC to market their drugs into China.
Hainan CITIC Biopharmaceutical Development Co., Ltd. ("HCBP") has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the interest of Beijing Tiancheng Haixin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("BTHP"), a regional distribution company headquartered in Beijing, China. The company believes that the acquisition will expand CBPC's presence in the Northern region of China with BTHP's well established distribution licenses and logistic facilities. The acquisition would also add direct distribution channels into 175 hospitals in the region. Currently, the main customers of HCBP are local Chinese CDCs. This acquisition would bring $3 million additional revenue in 2007 and $6 million in 2008 into HCBP's current revenue source.
has FDA approval for one product...
their goal is to sell this product in China and need approval from Chinese FDa first, but they already have US FDA approval for the product so i dont see any problem getting through china's FDA.
This product requires a clinical study and an approval from the Chinese SFDA before it is sold in China, though the product already has the FDA approval.
The approval process may take about two years and once approved it would bring up to $20-30 million sales revenue every year.
They have an flu vaccine...
already in the market, and the sales for that is usually in the fall & winter as China CDC buys some for upcoming season. So, they already do have a influenza vaccine in the market place.
APYM - Chinese credit card play!
