more about networking....
these events are more about networking for potential future joint venture deals together, and less about making sales. They've seemed to be attend a number of events over past months, but US side didnt want them to PR any of them, beause they are more concerned about the OTC listing and didnt want any news going out.
dont invest in non-reporting companies......
the old tale of dont buy pink sheets is not true. What it is was back in the day almost all pink sheets were non-reporting, thus were red flagged. If a pink sheet is reporting with their 10Q's and 10K's then it's ok, cause at least you get to see what the real deal is going on with the company.
With a stock like USSE we have no idea how many shares are out, or what kind of debentures may be being issued. Stick to copanies with 10Q's....even if they stink at least you'll know every 3 months how the company is doing. These non-reporting companies have just giving me stress and are just not worth it.
Not saying USE specificly, but all non-reporting issues in general.

.29 x .40 - selling may be over?
Those guys 'may' be out of their positions, and if any potential sellers could stand back for a bit we 'may' see the bid (slowly) creep back up into the .30's
We shall see

just warrant traders.....
some people were just trading the warrants fr capital gains, and not as a leveraged investment. Im sure alot were just trading them for a profit, and dont even have the cash to exercise them.
just my guess
WWEI is ready to pop
IMO, WWEI is setting up to pop really soon. We should be gettin data from the new turbince soon. that may send this up to around .50 a share, IMO.

could get panic selling....
not that CHCG is not a really good company, but if the overall Chinese market tanks it will be a once in a lifetime chance to buy a great stock, cheap.
Most important thing is to keep cash on sideline and wait....wait until you sell mad panic and blood, then place a bid below that, and hope to get hit. If you would have bought after the 1998 crash you would have made a killing.
CHCG has solid numbers, and these are the stocks you want to grab in panic selling.
SHORT MAYBE?
Ive never shorted a stock before, but if you see a panic bubble burst coming you may want to short CHCH, and when the full force selling is at its hight, buy back in. Can make money on the drop, and get in on a cheaper price. Just a thought. Anyone else ever short a stock....maybe someone can share some tips.
Greenspan spooked the Chinese market
if anything...stand strong, great buying opportunities will abound. If we get a crash in the Chinese bubble, which may happen sometime in 2007, stick it out, keep some cash on sidelines, then buy all the CHCG you can.

Ludlow China Downgrades CBPC to C Rating
NEW YORK--May 16, 2007--Ludlow China downgraded China BioPharma (OTC:CBPC), one of China's largest non-governmental human vaccine production companies, from a B to C rating.
COVERAGE SUMMARY
Ludlow China has downgraded CBPC from a B to C rating based on the most recent 10Q earnings report. With a total of $150,000 in revenues for Q1 2007, and the recent note offering, CBPC has not met up to their projected performance, and may find itself in a dilution mode with the recent note. Ludlow China is recommending CBPC as a 'speculative high risk' equity.

should at least issue a PR....
even companies that have bad quarters put out earnings PR's to explain what happened in the quarter. geez.
awful
Im long term - 1 - 2 yr hold
I have no doubt in 1 to 2 years ASTI will be $200+, which will make those warrants i hold a good investment. I look at it as squirrling money away for a long term return. Already made all my money investment back on the ASTIW's (bought at $1.00, sold at $3.25)
So Im just holding and have no doubt in the long term we'll see $20...maybe even by this summer.
20 day broken, but stocastics....
looks like the 20 day MA isnt gonna hold, but may dip down to test the 50 day MA, and also look at the stocastics, oversold. We may be nearing a bottom here based on stocastics. Any dip down to 50 day may be a good time to pick some warrants up.

DSTI is looking a bit more broken.
My other solar pick is GRSR. Only $14 mill market cap and about to report $61 million in revenue...way under valued.

MAD STEAL AT .12 A SHARE!!!
$13 mill mrkt cap vs. $61 mill revs
GRSR trading at a $13 million market cap vs. projected revenues of $61 million?
This is way out of wack.
good work...that's some good info
posted it on RB as well. Importnat to know this isnt dilution, but rather panic and frustrated selling.
So .10 = $180 million market cap?
How many shares are out in SSTP? These deals need to get audited to build investor confidence.
shares out just doubled....
..and no dividend on SSTP. How many shares will be outstanding in USSE now? Just curious.
ASTI heading back above 20 day MA
looking good. If we can close above 9.60 we'll be heading back above $10.00
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ASTI&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p64248946732
ha, that's an awsome picture
may have to mkae that my screen saver, lol.
.119 x .12 (tight spread)
This could be ready to move up as i dont see the massive amounts of shares swarming the bid as it did on the way down. Seller may be close to being donw, IMO. We shall see.
Im still here....
have been focusing on ASTI and DSTI as other solar plays recently....playing their warrants (ASTIZ and DSTIZ).
GRSR needs to re-establish confidence and the 10K will do that. We wait...could be anytime.

volume picking up...
this should pop anyday now. Great entry point...trying to free up some more money.
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=cbpc&sid=0&o_symb=cbpc&f...
from what I understand....
the company needed to make some sort of payment (not sure for what) and ended up paying in shares, and that is what we are seeing here. Have no clue how much for...but have the inquiry in. Not unusual to make payment in shares, but think they should be getting close to finishing up. Once I find out how many shares there are I'll post back.
Still, at end of the day, this company has some real deal people behind it, and once this is done I have no doubt this will be heading higher, and better liquidity.
Key thing is these are exsisting shares, not newly issued shares, so we are still around 85 million outstanding.

more I research the more im impressed with the background of the people in this deal. This is just under the radar, but at these prices and volume this is about to hit a bunch of radar screens IMO.
