KyOil I can't help but wonder if the water they encountered (and had to cement) at the deepest level of MJ02 would provide a GREAT source of LIFT pressure helping that oil above it flow out easily... Recall that Saudi Arabia has to pump tremendous amounts of seawater into their Ghawar oil field to provide their oil lift - could the high pressure water at the bottom of MJ02 potentially be an extra "intentional" blessing from Him (I realize we were all praying it would be oil but...)?
U.S. poised to become net exporter of crude oil in 2023: HOUSTON (Reuters) -
The United States has become a global crude oil exporting power over the last few years, but exports have not exceeded its imports since World War II. That could change next year.
Sales of U.S. crude to other nations are now a record 3.4 million barrels per day (bpd), with exports of about 3 million bpd of refined products like gasoline and diesel fuel. The United States is also the leading liquefied natural gas (LNG) exporter, where growth is expected to soar in coming years.
But the United States consumes 20 million barrels of crude a day, the most in the world, and its output has never exceeded 13 million bpd. Until recently, the idea that it would be anything but a big crude importer was folly.
Last month, U.S. government data showed net U.S. crude oil imports fell to 1.1 million barrels per day (bpd), the lowest since record keeping began in 2001. That is down sharply from five years ago, when the United States imported more than 7 million barrels per day.
Factors changing that equation this year include sanctions hurting Russia's exports of oil and natural gas following its invasion of Ukraine, and Washington's massive release of oil from emergency reserves to combat spiking gasoline prices.
"Russia's invasion of Ukraine has spurred new demand for U.S. energy and should push oil exports above imports late next year assuming shale output accelerates," said Rohit Rathod, market analyst at energy researcher Vortexa.
To become a net exporter of crude, the United States needs either to boost production or curtail consumption. U.S. petroleum demand is expected to rise 0.7% to 20.51 million bpd next year, so that means production would have to rise.
The United States already produces more oil than any other country in the world including Saudi Arabia and Russia. U.S. shale fields are aging and production growth this year has been sluggish. Overall output should reach a record 12.34 million bpd next year - but only if prices are lucrative enough to encourage oil drillers to pump more.
European refiners have snapped up U.S. grades to offset the loss of Russian oil, and with U.S. crude's deeper discounts to global benchmarks, Asian refiners have stepped up purchases to 1.75 million barrels per day, data analytics firm Kpler said.
Export terminal operators are rushing to boost their capacity to better service the giant tankers that can carry more than 2 million barrels of oil.
"Russia has proven to be an unreliable supplier," said Sean Strawbridge, chief executive of the largest U.S. oil export facility, Port of Corpus Christi. "That really creates a wonderful opportunity for American producers and American energy."
Corpus Christi could see a 100,000 bpd increase in exports next year, Strawbridge said, on top of the record shipments of 2.2 million bpd in October.
Analysts said net exports could taper off if numerous countries worldwide fall into a recession, hampering demand, and if further relaxation of sanctions on Venezuelan crude oil boosts that country's shipments.
LNG HITS RECORD
The United States became the world's largest exporter of liquefied natural gas during the first half of 2022, surpassing Qatar and Australia, on the back of demand from Europe and surging prices.
LNG exports likely will continue to rise into 2023 as Europe scrambles to refill storage depleted this winter, said Matt Smith, analyst at Kpler.
Refining products exports have dropped due to plant closings and lower consumer demand. The U.S. exported an average of 3.1 million bpd of fuels through September this year, EIA data showed, down from the 3.2 million bpd in the same period in 2019.
One exception to that was diesel, where exports rose to a three-year high in July of 1.3 million bpd, Kpler data showed. Europe's upcoming ban on Russian fuel has driven diesel shipments to Europe to average 330,000 bpd in the first 15 days of December, more than five times its monthly average so far this year.
(This story has been corrected to fix paragraph 12 to say Corpus Christi's record crude exports were in October, not the third quarter)

Day 2 Happy Hanukkah! US Prophecy fulfilled. Israel soon and suddenly! "The United States already produces more oil than any other country in the world including Saudi Arabia and Russia"

wrong - ZN purchased their own and bigger rig for MJ2 (remember big DSPP whale buys?)
Plot thickens: This is very intriguing on so many levels. Notice that Russia is their new 50% partner in this oil discovery partnership. Hmmm... hooks being set even deeper. btw Turkey is up and coming on the world stage and already a very strong high tech military producer and consumer (they masterfully play both sides of being in NATO & friendly w/Russia). In my opinion Turkey is already superior to Russia based on their tech military abilities alone. Russia and Turkey will likely at least be equal partners in any future forays looking at Israel...

Going to be a very exciting 6-12 month extension to lease imo!
Agree! Every part of this press release is saying between the lines WE JUST NEED TO FRACK IT TO MAKE IT COMMERCIAL. The reservoir size and pressure is obviously very exciting ITS just that the formations needs a real deal hi-tech TEXAS size frack job!
Om MY you sir might be on to IT!
Do we know the depths of the Mohilla formation logged in MJ1? Any good seismic maps to re-look at the Mohilla formation?
Not saying this will happen but what if ZN decides to now partner with a MAJOR US player to revisit and complete MJ1 & MJ2? Their backs are against the wall so to speak and time is of the essence. Scenario: the 3D seismic results still look incredible and promising but Israel is hesitant and ZNOG could definitely benefit with cash infusion and big boy cred & expertise... In the past they may never have considered such an idea but now?
Friends anyone know off hand the depths of the Mohilla formation encountered in MJ1 and MJ2? Or better yet have a topography map of Mohilla formation under Megiddo? Thanks in advance
My thoughts and open question for the board with presupposition that HE is still in ZN and that we will soon understand the perfect placement of these two wells (no time, expense, energy wasted). With this in mind, any thoughts on how ZN's two well bores might/could work together to provide lift of oil if commercial flow is established? I'm thinking the location of the two wells will prove in time to be perfectly complementary. Possibly a truly ZION unique "siphon oil spring action" or recycling of waste water to provide lift under the potential higher producing reservoir? Have you brainstormed this idea or know of any exist
Denial? Like that river talked about in the Exodus account? We shall see...
KyOil I always appreciate your insight! I'm with you thinking HE is still in ZN and that we will soon understand the perfect placement of these two wells (no time, expense, energy wasted). Possibly a truly ZION unique "siphon oil spring action" or recycling of waste water to provide lift under the potential higher producing reservoir? Have you brainstormed this idea or know of any existing "two well bore design" high production oil systems? THANKS IN ADVANCE and blessings!!!
are you Aaron Kemble?
Is this bad check writing arrest real??? Sorry I'm new here and seeing crazy stuff lol
Does this board know the handle of this person "Aaron Kemble" on IHUB or Twitter? What did this guy post that was so terrible to get sued 28 million???? Seems to me he must have been convincing with substantial evidence shown to affect the PPS so greatly.
Is F&G International Group Holdings part of INTK? Sorry I'm new here dropping in.
U all see that very strong short cover volume today? 1.54 million shares on the nice dippees to .1402 all eaten up real fast
5M free float - Incoming company is Panzhihua Bingyang Technology, worth anywhere from 300-600M $ USD. They sell specialized chemicals & fracking sands/minerals in China to oil & gas drilling operators.
OS is 23.5M - Which means on the low end we hit ~ $12.5 and on the high end we hit ~ $25
https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/836675:CH
History: The vast majority of the restricted shares were held by Frank Neuperger and Simrex. This ticker was rehabilitated by Frank. Simrex (owned by Frank's wife) had large receivables against the previous company (AWSI) that went under. Frank petitioned for custodianship of the ticker, got it, and paid off those other companies with claims using shares. He rewarded himself with 15M shares and Simrex held 1M. Those are restricted according to filings. He then sold those shares to Hongmei Sang who now controls the ticker. Hongmei changed the ticker to BTNY and changed the name to "Beite Energy Corporation". According to filings, the float is only 5.2M shares.
The company that is anticipated to be merged into this produces sands and other products used in fracking. Website:

Not going to happen with current energy policy in Israel. NO new land exploration leases being issued unless already in process & promising. Its truly now or never for ZNOG and her big beautiful land lease.
Today was a very nice opportunity to purchase for those waiting on the fence. Actually today's fake short dump was rather funny. Hope all that could buy more did so. Shorty McMM is just tightening up the slingshot for launch and how do we know? Do you think many ZN investors panic sold today or already made their mind up to wait until final news. The fact is ZNOG has very few sellers or new buyers so the MM's are playing with fire. I'm content (after buying a lot more today) and will happily wait for my sign. His word & geopolitical considerations are simply too compelling to ignore. Soon and Suddenly indeed in perfect timing.
You all paying attention to the seismic activity pending around Israel and of course ZN's well? Natural fracking.
Am I not mistaken that our testing/production lease is set to expire at the end of this month (July)? And that we have applied for continued testing & also exploration license extensions?
Never has the geo-political drama been so perfectly poised for ZN to announce a major discovery. The timing would seem so absolutely perfect that many would even say prophetic.
so it seems the reason for the pump and dump is due to the natural gas news between Israel & Europe. amazing lol
we are sitting at 115 million w/480 million shares outstanding (likely over 500 by now tho :)
Nice price action. I'll take it!
KyOil is it ever wise to not plug a section of a well immediately after high water content is encountered due to the possibility that a water pocket may just be trapped under pressure and just needs to bleed out before oil reservoir can be successfully tapped? I know water is heavier than oil and it seems impractical but thought I would ask. Crazy siphon springs from the deep perhaps?
Question is how often does high water cut ever start to decrease as production is initiated?
Our best hope for ZNOG price movement (between now and July) is going to be cool pictures taken on drill-site... that is if they do some interesting testing and actually need to use that flare stack.
Seriously agree but we would loose one of our best insighters :(
You would think that Russia would have long ago partnered with Lebanon to drill for oil right besides Leviathon on Lebanese waters. Do the ruskies even have offshore drilling platforms? I'd imagine they are way outdated if yes.
lol did you hear what JB said??? Unless he is on a mission to intentionally thin Gideon's army U make no sense
Realism: Why did ZN management pivot to talking about the value of the company as a drilling operator (potentially leasing our rig to others)? Answer: worst case scenario is MJ2 is not a producer and Israel does not grant extension of drilling exploration license. Should this occur, ZNOG would not be "out of business" but continue to exist as a "for hire" drilling operator.
