They will get it done. I imagine its harder than we think it is, and marketing a new product does take time, but the product is great. I have Netflix also (btw, its trading at $181 per share).. and we don't watch it that often either, except for the Blacklist, Better call Saul, etc, but we watched all seasons and now have to wait until next year for it to come to Netflix, so that is discouraging.

Yes, I agree, but I think my situation was isolated. It was "my" phone. I was making the point of the great customer service (and it was a Saturday). In contrast, when I had an issue with Comcast 2 days ago, I was literally on hold for 35 minutes (I actually timed it), only to get nowhere. But the app works awesome, watching tv now with no issues. They will set the hard launch when they are ready..
I have been loading the boat, at these prices, because when it jumps, it will fly.
Roku IPO also helped Viva.. Good things to come !

Yep. and I do appreciate everyone trying to help, but as mentioned it was my phone. Mike at customer service called me "immediately" after I put in a support ticket and walked me through restarting my phone for an hour.. (which was the issue), not Viva. 8 years in the making, this company is only going forward. Great things to come. This is definitely not a pump and dump. They are working hard to be the best in the industry. GLTY.
I agree. I don't usually run out and buy products of the stocks I'm in, but I needed to cut my cable bills. They were getting to be car payments. 2 homes, 2 cable companies, I was paying $460.00 a month for Xfinity and Charter Cable in NC. Now, I'm paying $144 a month, with Viva and internet, since I need fast internet for my work. Savings of $316.00. And the product is great. Customer service, Btw, was incredible also. Stock price will follow.
Thank you for all your help. Yes, Mike was awesome. Stayed on the phone with me for an hour and we finally realized it was the phone settings not the app which had nothing to do with Viva. Watching tv, clear as day. Great product. Thanks again
Trust me.. Viva is going places. Big places. May take time, but flip all you want for small gains. The long's here will pocket big $$ in time.
VIVA IS AWESOME ! Thanks to everyone for your help on setting it up, but the issue was our phone app, not viva.. Mike from customer service called me personally and walked us through how to fix our phone. Tv is up and running and quality is awesome ! Saved so much $$$ . Great things to come !!!!
Thats good.. We just got the 150mb the fastest and got comcast again, since we thought we needed it for Viva, for $64 a month but they wouldn't let us keep the cable.. lol. Best we could do for now.

I need internet. Got comcast for $70 a month.. because verizon was 15mb and way too slow, couldn't watch it.. so what internet do you use ?

They did get back to me right away about the box. Said they were running 7-10 days due to their order influx (which is good for us shareholders), so its day 5. I did contact them today (Saturday) about the Chromecast issue, but I do realize it's a weekend. Just wanting to watch on the tv before I go blind on my phone.. lol.
how are you contacting them through customer service ? I had to set up a support ticket. still waiting.
Is there a way to change it to screen mirroring, or are you saying that it should be taken off. Sorry, just trying to get this up and running and support hasn't answered me yet due to the weekend.
Thank you. Very informative video. I'll try it. The Chromecast isn't showing up on the Viva app, I seriously don't know what is wrong, but do I need the box ? Haven't rec'd it yet. Chromecast is plugged into the HDMI input.
TY. Wi fi is on the phone, and have the chromecast plugged into the tv which picks up Netflix fine.. but what do I need to change the input to on the tv ? Do I need the Chromecast in there for Viva ? I don't have my box yet, so that was the only way I was able to stream it but it was too slow with Verizon, so I switched to Comcast again, and still nothing.
Yes, we have 3 tv's, but one is a smart tv. Came with a few apps, but not Viva. Any idea how to Chromecast Viva.. I need help !
Hi (Kvr10) I'm in Florida also, and cancelled comcast... Got Verizon, but it wasn't streaming fast enough so I went back to Comcast. But their cheapest package was $64 per month (Internet only). How did you get it for $19.99 ? I needed fast streaming for Viva. Btw, Viva still isn't working on my tv, only phone and tablet. I don't have box yet, but it was streaming very slow on Chromecast, and now the Chromecast app is gone on Viva. Don't know how to stream it on my tv !
Yes it will. Any idea when they will have internet ? Also website is showing Chromecast but somehow it's not showing up on my App (it was before), so I don't know if the issue is with my Chromecast (which streams fine with Netflix) or the Viva app having a hiccup. Still waiting for box.

I Know it has been nuts. (plus we have a mountain home) and paying the same there. Granted it was Xfinity premium package but we didn't need it all, and Viva really has helped us cut our costs by alot. And we can take it with us and cancel the cable up north as well. but customer service answers you as well. Happy with service overall. Worth a try.
Yes.. You do have to enter your card information and I was billed for the one month, (plus the box needed) but if I go on Viva Live right now, there is a button to click "cancel".. so I still have 3 weeks. But I do like it alot. I was paying $230 a month with Xfinity and now $44.95 with Viva, so it makes a big difference in my bills. Plus the internet (which they will have soon).. I'm paying $60 a month with comcast. Still way better deal.
