Thank you buddy
Hello Hello, does anyone know if AFBG is a shell company or ever was ?
Not just yet. A few more months.
Good question Oldmusky
Hey bud, no not yet. Still working on the attorney opinion letter. Since these guys haven't filed their financials in a while, its a longer and much more costly process.
Good Morning everyone
When it hits $2.00 I'm buying drinks.
Would be great when they do update financials and become current with filings.
We like Bullish.
This is why no one will take it now.
AFBG American Fiber Green Products, Inc.
SEC Reporting -Delinquent
Pink No Information Warning
Hey Buddy, tried that, dead end as well. They said they are only the transfer agents and do not have any brokerage info.
Wilson-Davis was a no go, AFBG hasn't updated there financials in over a year, the reason they wouldn't take it.
Back at square 1...
I'll try them on Monday thanks. I personally haven't heard anything about the Tampa plant.
I wish it was that easy but it's not u fortunately.
Fidelity, e trade, Schwab, scottstrade etc. All won't take this penny stock. Believe me, I've called all of them.
Hey Bro,I can't send private responses. Can you email me at Seth@pssconsultinggroup.com
Thanks bud
That's a dead end, he never responds. Not dumping it just want a home for the stock, other than on a piece of paper in my safe.
Thanks for your reply, it's like I'm walking blind with this.
Can someone help me out please. I need a brokerage where I can deposit my AFBG stock CERT.
Thanks in advance
Well I hope it is. Looking forward to seeing everyone benefit from this.
I definitely am keeping a close eye now.
I can honestly say, I feel defrauded. 1 piece of Machinery alone was worth well over 160k. He said that things were on the up and up and they had big deals in the pipeline and that it would be in my best interest to take the stock. The one time I gamble, Geesh....Anything I recoup at this point is better than nothing. I wonder if I should consult an attorney.
dlewisfl: Thank you, no restrictions on the back. I'm glad I got some clarity about this stock.I had full intent to offload all of my stocks at once, without knowing how it would hurt all of the stock holders out there. Well, please pass the word that I'll take the bid price per share for my stock. To someone who is going to hold of course and not hurt the masses out there.
dlewisfl: I contacted the transfer agent and they can't do much because thats all they are, (Transfer Agents). They did send Ken an email CCing me requesting he reached out to me but no response and that was over a month ago. I saw that dip and was wondering what happened. Well if I do the same, sell off in the open market, then I would most likely crash the numbers....
I am new to all this, could someone just bye them off of me and I sign them over ? Again, to avoid it from going from 0.7 to 0.0...
By all means, I'm not an insider the least bit. Afbg (Ken) acquired some heavy machinery and large amounts of fiberglass from my company. I took the stock for payment and with the hopes that the stock would go up. This was a year ago and I rather use the funds from the stock, whatever the amount comes out to be, so that I can reinvest in my company, Better than just sitting on it, for me atleast. I'm no more an I insider as I am a stock trader,Lol hence me reaching out to this forum. If anyone can help me out, feel free to reach out to me at Seth@pssconsultinggroup.com....any advise or guidance will be highly appreciated.
Sorry for the late response but as a new member I only have 3 post that I can submit A day. In response to your Question I sold some machinery and fiberglass to Ken over a year ago and in payment he gave me shares in the company but they were restricted for 6 months I'm new to the stocks so I really didn't put too much emphasis on them until now. In response to your previous question, no local broker will take them I've been to all of them and they won't take the certificate on that penny stock. Only if I have an account establish for over a year with them.
From Kenneth McCleave a year ago the 15th.
I have 300k shares and I just want to liquidate. Any takers ?
Hello, I have a certificate of shares for this company, can anyone help me find a Brokerage that will accept my certificate ?
Thank you in advance
