Here is one for the board- I was attempting to put a good until cancelled order for my PAIM shares at .30 with etrade and when I attempted to complete the transaction a header note says - because I used the funds from a recent stock transaction I was subject to a 90 day restriction on my account should I complete the order.

My last sale of stock was May 17 2006 and those funds were long since cleared.

All my shares of PAIM were purchased prior to the buyback and now If I sell I'm subject to an account restriction? Long on this stock but this smells of foul play on the part of brokerage firms. Can you say Dirty Pool? I can because that is what it is.

just bought with etrade at .0023 no restrictions of any kind. Scottrade has (IMO) some dirty pool playing going on.

Watch them MM's, they dropped this down since last week to accumulate...they're in the know before any of us are..she's gonna run IMO tomorrow or Friday....gut feeling and nothing more.

Gentric- no, just a part time investor that reads between the lines and sifts through the b/s to find a clue. I still could be wrong but believe this next PR will launch this rocket. April PR's indicated the plan and BKMP has followed through almost to a T. Time frame is right on the mark so good luck to all of us and don't condemn me if I'm wrong!....It's all my opinion and my own DD.

Been in BKMP since December, got my AMSN divi shares, don't post much but read the boards and monitor TFN everyday. IMO later this week thurs/fri don't be surprised to see a substantial PR that will bring us to new levels we have'nt seen in some time. The volume tomorrow would/could be a signal so watch it closely and if I'm right, hang on...it could be good...real good...for all of us.

Just my opinion so don't hang me if I'm wrong.

It might be possible we get one more hunny of a PR today before 3pm. Only my opinion, but some got stunned with the PR this morning that may cause a sweet squeeze...sure would be nice to see carrier news today and really lay a few MM'S down.

As a self proclaimed attorney ( can only go by what you have stated as I don't know you) I hope you would not resort to bashing.

So most here have money invested in several stocks hoping to hit a grand slam on one of them. Sandy, as CEO, and like many other CEO's I'm sure do the same thing only in a different league. No doubt about Sandy's track record in the past. Obviously his attempts to hit a grand slam...only...this time...with TFN, I believe he did and that means we in our league have hit one too.

IMO BKMP had no choice but to let MM's cover, they control what goes on here and Sandy knows that. When they do cover they will let it fly. There was no other way. Hold on for the ride it should be a good one.

Seems to me that if something intentional is occurring that would or could shake investor confidence it would have happened prior to the company name change and new affiliates.

Would have been the perfect time to wipe a slate clean and start fresh with little or no baggage. Didn't happen, company is following through on everything it has stated in their PR'S (impressive in pinkyland) Not going to worry here like I would/am with QBID.

IMO these guys are going to pull this off in a big way and I'll be there when they do

If it helps any here regarding dividends-

JPHC issued dividends last year for all holders of record to receive 1 share of VOXBOX for every 20 shares of JPHC. Shares were sent to "the Transfer Agent" on the record date and arrived in my account (can't speak for others as this pertains to me) 8 days later. The shares are restricted until October 1, 2006.

This talk that the transfer agent sent Suncrest Energy dividends back because they were restricted I don't believe to be true. I'm thinking it is common for restricted shares to be part of a dividend clause especially in pennyland. Any other way could cause some financial strain on a small company. IMO there's something else happening here...whether it be good bad...we just don't know right now.
