In regards to Defendants. Never have Any of the defendants declared their innocense
Wouldn't that have been the simpilest and quickest route to have taken in the court cases ? Apple tried to claim they invented the IIP first WRONG!!! VPLM did. Other defendants have said VPLM diidn't own the patents WRONG again!!! VPLM does own the patents 23 in total. Some defendants have claimed VPLM is sueing in the wrong Venue Well that will remain to be seen
BUT None of the defendants ever claimed they are not infringing or that they do not use the the IP that has been verified by the PTAB .
None have ever declared Innocense
WHY?

Fantastic post I agree 100% have been saying this for a couple of yrs
If the Bohemoth Infringers can not beat Vplm after a fight in court. The other infingers will assume they have no chance either. So one of the Big Guns buys VPLM for a couple / few billion. Then owning the patents, continues the law suits against all other infringers thus recouping their money and much much more.
The BIG question how many of the Bigs want to be in on the bidding for VPLM?

Think very hard about all the claims and actoins the big companies have made against and about VPLM .... Think about all the delays and appeals.... Think about the venue changes ...Think about the ptab... Think about the millions in leagal expenses and court fees...
Now think about the easiest and best claim they could have mad and haven't ...

WE DON"T USE VPLM's TECH . WE ARE NOT INFRINGING .

That said said does anyone know the schedule of the court cases for the remaining defendants in waco 2 have dismiss (and that is GREAT news) but I believe there are 5 remaining. Where are those cases? Don't we have court next week on the 2nd before Judge Albright on those? any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe we find out of something else at or after end of business today.... wishful thinking ???

As I sit here waiting for someone who thinks that their time is more valuable than others (doctor) I can only wonder about the reasons there are no orals tot needed day .. Some is sick, someone missed a flight , maybe they are not needed.... there could be dozens of reasons. It might be best to try and find out if they were truly canceled or just postponed
and even then it would still be purely speculation on any reasoning

The Bigs are fighting as they know it is cheaper to try and crush VPLM then to pay the damages. Also letting do VPLM to do all the heavy lifting. So if they crush them they win If they wait for VPLM to win the court cases and buy VPLM, They can then collect from the other infrigers, they win again. WE WIN AS WELL So by owning VPLM you are betting they don't get crushed and they win in court
