Or it could be that it is their director compensation.
Fine print.
ProscaVax and OvcaVax
That has to be the end game. With no revenue, debt is the only means to keep the lights on. With no cash flow, debt can't be repaid so dilution is an absolute certainty. I do not anticipate any significant upward movement with the loan sharks holding the cards. The upside is a sale.
Stick to what you know, which obviously isn't much.
Good luck with your $59.00 today!
Nice to have you back in the game, Cheeseburger!
In case anyone was wondering, the trend is to acquire toxic debt & dilute the shares to cover payroll.
Has the Board ever heard of performance based compensation? Hope everyone involved is proud of themselves.
New Capital of OBMP:
Pennyville
No. I just got a kick out of your $59.00.
So I take it take each time you "long live OBMP" and "buying more tomorrow" that you are basically investing a cheeseburger?!?
You made my night. Thanks, SG.
"I talked to Al today and am buying more tomorrow!"
Just saying you are setting yourself up for attention, but you are your own person.
I intentionally deleted it.
Oh, I don't know, having a conversation with the President of a publicly traded company in which no one else was privy and subsequently executing a trade on the open market.
I would take caution in doing so.
LC:
Looks like the SS deleted my post. Love how the Boiler Room censors this board.
I think I may have just found that article. It also stated that Phase II was scheduled to commence in early 2016. That worked out well.
Exactly, but no one appears to want to provide such update which is my gripe entirely.
Bottom fell out...nothing.
Vitel gone...nothing
Cash flow to support operations and trials...nothing.
Phase 2...nothing.
Nice redirect. Back to how many shares people own.
You are quite the baller!
Do you have anything to contribute other than "Long Live OBMP" and your acquisition activity? Bet you are a member of the boiler room.
Again, your Stooge references are tired. If that's all the game you have, best stay off the court.
Started in 2012 and results were just published. Go back to Candyland.
Took that long for Phase 1.
That's my point - perpetual problem.
All that volume and the needle never moved.
I appreciate your perpetual enthusiasm, no matter how misguided it truly is. You are an inspiration.
I meant Vitel's shares, but it looks like you are on to something also!
Great question. Not only are we fighting the MM's, but we are fighting that group.
Dilution squared!
Is that the best you can do, yet again. The Three Stooges references are tired and you need fresh game.
LC is correct, the vaccine has been around for a while and does show tremendous potential. I think we are all very hopeful and optimistic that it can help curb an epidemic among men. The reality is that it took five years to get Phase 1 data and Phase 2 has YET to begin. There are a large number of companies with positive Phase 1 data. If Phase 1 took five years, Phase 2 will take 10 at this rate. Don't you know this is a very large untapped market space and other companies are trying to capitalize also? I do not see a sense of urgency here. If the product is not very well tested to prove to the FDA of its safety and efficacy, then it's all assumptions and mere optimism at this point. In addition, the markets will respond in kind as has been proven. It will take more than "preparations are being made" to move the needle.
Before you even ask, yes I hold a large number of shares and, yes, I have held for over a year, and, yes, I will continue to hold.
Didn't copy the first time...

Your opinion. Going ash positive with Vitels line paying for the trials over the next couple years is also a vision.
I am just going to leave this here....
Yes you did and good for you with your purchases.
Boo Dog:
Absolutely.
Old news? Weren't you so hostile towards me when I commented on the impairment approximately 3 weeks ago? I think you basically insinuated that I was out of my mind....
Hey BooDog & Southern Gent:
There was an 8-K filed on 12/29/17 that may be of particular interest to you.
Well, we can agree to disagree. I would really love to know how you realistically expect any future financial benefit from the total write off of an acquisition, which just happens to be the major financial driver of the company in question?
Not opinion, fact. You will see.
Chasing what?
I think in due time you will see the answers are in the filings, but they are not what you would like for them to be. It isn't speculation, it's fact. Impairment is not peanuts, it is the entire acquisition which means there will be no future licensing cash flows. There is no expected cash flow from the recorded assets thus the impairment. Sheesh.
Let's be real for a minute. The company fundamentals are dreadful, Vitel is a loss, no incoming projected cash flow, defaults, forbearance, silent management (they do make good money though), death spiraling stock price, market cap is a fraction of what is was, with ongoing dilution by convertible stock.
it will take the better part of a decade to get through Phase 2 if Phase 1 took 5 years. Remind me again as to how you expect the stock price to soar once Phase 2 commences?
Shell company? You stated recently that it will take just north of $600,000 to eliminate the toxic debt? Well, that figure would about cover management's salaries for 2018 per the employment agreement on the 10Q.
Be careful with counting eggs before they hatch....if they hatch.
It baffles me that management is making the salaries that they are while this stock is in a free fall with no end in sight. It was just this spring that this puppy was bumping 40 cents. A lot of "good news" since then and now we are talking about sub penny. Just how does that happen?
In the meantime, they impaired the entire Vitel acquisition to the tune of almost $6 million, stock is bumping 2 cents, Harvard studies delayed again, licensing revenue is not happening, default on $133,000 debt due in October, more dilution from convertible debt, & management is silent as usual.
Also, didn't you project this would be $0.75 by the end of the year? Only
$0.73 cents to go with 18 days remaining.
Remind me where the micro cap nonsense is based?
It took five years to get the Phase 1 results. How long do you think Harvard will take once it finally gets off the ground. Can the company sustain operations until then??
