Financing production will be looked at in ways that benefit the company. It's all relative to how each deal helps the company. It There might be debt with convertible options, traditional bank lines, and on equity deal. We are only discussing equity deals with very strategic investors right now who can make an impact on the company. I'm not looking at capital for the sake of capital, there are also purchase order financing options available. All will be carefully considered. We will be posting Q2 financials soon.

Thank you for welcoming me and for clarifying the purpose of this forum. I respect that purpose.

I will also do the best that I can to answer questions related to the company - as often as I can. Obviously I may not be able to answer every question for a variety of reasons. For those of you who are shareholders, know that I am working diligently, along side what I consider to be a "dream team" of CPG veterans to make this company and brand-line an iconic success. I have extensive experience in consumer goods, across many categories and distribution channels. With that said, I will try to refrain from "pitching", although it is difficult for me as this is such an exciting brand and company to be a part of.
