Nice little rally, but it's too early to sustain it. Needs real sales and real profits. I am encouraged by the new CEO.
Filing is out, I like this part
Gamosity, the games and vending division of Brandmakers, Inc. imports and
manufactures skill machines for amusement and redemption purposes in addition to
their line of vending machines. In July, the State of Georgia banned the use of
all games of chance. This included video poker, 8 liners and blackjack machines.
Consequently, it is estimated that in excess of 40,000 machines had to be picked
up and taken out of locations. This created an opportunity for our skill
machines such as the Royal Magic, reported Geoff Williams, so we requested and
received a legal opinion so that we can commence ordering the equipment
necessary to manufacture and place these machines.
WebBox introduced a new program on October 31, 2002 to help limit the increasing
flow of unsolicited spam by setting up junk mail folders for all users. It is
currently in a beta stage and soon users will be able to configure the
aggressiveness of the spam filtering and utilize a preference process that will
be available for different types of spam. This will lead to improved customer
service and increase renewal retention.
Orrin Fiandaca joined the WebBox staff as a full time programmer after receiving
his degree from M.T.I. in Sacramento, California majoring in Application
Development. His initial responsibilities have been to work out some of the bugs
in the WebBox system and to develop the spam program.
Michael Hudson, the chief technician and manager of WebBox has been responsible
for improving the overall service and introduced a compression program which
allows more space, helps avoid outages and provides more services to all
customers. The compression program was implemented on November 1, 2002 and it
has made quite a favorable impact on the WebBox system.

Several people have been told that the sales of slotmachines have been great in Georgia, the law changed and now video poker is outlawed, the BMKS machine has a skill element and is legal. The filing which was coming out today, now tomorrow, should make this official. The the MMs have no stock, no large sellers for at least a year.
The market is open, but I think the SEC is closed. EDGAR shows only Friday filings, we may have to wait till tomorrow.

Because of low volume MMs have been screwing BMKS investors for years, the $$$$$ are small but the percentage rip off is big. Hope all this changes soon. The company has to step up to the plate and get people back in. The three directors have the most to lose and the most to gain.

What about these numbers?
Share-Related Items
Market Capitalization $514.0K
Shares Outstanding 128.6M
Float 56.6M
Sales (ttm) $998.0K
EBITDA (ttm) $133.0K
We expect the last quarter to be solidly in the black, the recent machines sales may not show up in the numbers, but I would expect them to say something about them or issue a seperate PR about the opportunity to sell in Georgia, because the new law requires a skill element in a slot machine to be legal.

I have a new hope for our little stock and think we will have a burst of happy times after almost 3 years of famine. I think they are in the right place at the right time to capitalise on the change in Georgia gaming laws. Most time some incredient of luck is needed for a turnaround.
I'll vote on yours

They had to get rid of the 70% of the company for a negative value, because they couldn't support the negative cash flow to support the acquisition debt. What is left is being directly managed by the two directors. Bob at Mailstart/webbox which is a small "cash cow" and Geoff doing machines sales and assembly. If the holder of the KW machines debt continues to think it's in his best interest to nothing and wait and see, the company will continue with positive cash flow. What should the real market cap be, who knows? At the moment any buyer or seller gets raped by the MMs because it is not being actively traded.
RB has become a bashers graveyard, even a high flying stock like LGOV has come under attack.
Let's hope they will start moving up from this point.
From RB, looking good.

It's great, we find these little niche companies with solid earnings and sit back with a grin our faces, watching them grow.
It might be cowshit to us, but it's bread and butter to ENGY.
They seem to have a unique product, turning biomass into money. Anyone who has driven in to Calfornia from 1-5 North can apreciate the problem, you can smell it 10 miles away.
LOOKING GOOD SPORT, they have positive cash flow, picked up some more today.
Last quarter they earned $101,357, but the market cap at .001 is $124,000. The November filing should confirm this is not a one time event.Chance of a 10 bagger if you can get the shares, 100k forced it from .003 to .001 today, that's less than $200 folks.
It traded at .001, that put the market cap at $120k, that almost the profit from the last quarter, go figure.
We should get lift off after the Nov 14 SB10Q is published.
We are in the black

BMKS directors know they have to get the stock price up, but in the current market it's not the main priority, staying afloat is the main priority and coping with the effects of downsizing. LGOV is looking ready for a pop, stockholders meeting on October 18th, I will be there. I'm back in.
The 10QSB filed by Nov 15 should present a clearer picture, the numbers will be post-Zoom. They are doing about one million dollars a year.
