"In clinical trials" the elfabrio site states 29% experience infusion related reactions. The fabrazyme site says 59% of its patients do.
That's correct, they gave up some potential milestone % for a debt related financial consideration, over a year ago if memory serves.
Two years ago I had a nice fat profit at 7+ just before the FDA pulled the last minute rug under PLX. I'm surprised with both the EU and FDA pending that we're just now even hitting the 3's!
I just found it very interesting that Cheisi has this whole info page set up about Fabry - have not seen anything about it here or ST etc. To me it says they are very confident they will have a product to advertise and sell.
After a good few years in the wheat camp I find myself enjoying the rye forward mash bills more these days and some of the higher proof ones at that. The bourbons touting evaporation in the barrel remind me too painfully of the evaporation of certain stock profits, lol
Dylan's Heaven's Door straight Bourbon 2 oz Carpano Antica 1 oz and a splash of Peychaud's for tonight's Manhattan. Cheers!
Once the PR was public and the stock began to plummet, Geert had many opportunities to cash out, at 18, 15, 14, etc. exercise options and warrants, and sell them. Instead he watched 25+ million $$$ drop 75%. Makes no sense if the trial is a bust and unlikely to pass the FDA hurdle. I'd take the money and run. Plenty of valid complaints about everything here, that are certainly troubling.
Stands to reason at least some of this freefall is anticipation of Geert and Co. bailing out of a sinking ship. If they don't, that will lend credence to the results being worth pursuing with a BLA. Fingers crossed but not expecting you to be wrong.
No, I can't recall any poster or pundit considering that, and great point, why was that not addressed in the P2 trial????

The overwhelming consensus for as long as I've been invested has been that this would be a binary event. While I'm crying about having to delete my Prime Location saves of homes for sale in France and Italy, at least my shares did not go to $1.00 either, and I'm still green. We play the cards we're given. I am asking myself why it didn't occur to me that chemo toasts the immune system and might negate M's benefits.
Good question to submit for the 6/29 cutoff for the ASM - and very sharp an d important observation by Mr. B!
Yeah, I'm not sold on the idea her comments relate to Multikine. We don't know and I discount the whole thing.
No volume, no action. I expect more of the same on these dud Fridays. #2. Should expect some Russell buying at some point, shouldn't we?
Cheers - there's too much analysis and too little Bourbon spoken here!
I just hold the bulk of my shares, and trade a hundred shares here and there to make some boutique guitar money, lol. I sold 100 shares today at the exact high, 22.71. What is weird is it was about 7 transactions, 19, 22, 1, 11, - how does a dinky 100 shares take that many trades? Of course I'm also bragging that I nailed the high of the day trade, lol.
Through all the frustration of the past year since the magic 298 hit, the one thing that keeps me invested is the fact that Geert and Co. could walk away with millions, Geert in particular with his million plus shares and options, and no one has really sold dime one. They have to believe.
It's an acoustic instrument, a resonator - that's what the mental disc does, tech from the 20's to project sound before amplification. Called a "dobro" back then. Big in country and bluegrass, and blues, played with a slide very often but can be set up to play like an acoustic guitar. Hoping ATNF pays for something else my collector buddy wants to sell, I don't have the cojones to trade more than a couple hundred shares of CVM, been in since before the arbitration settled. Thanks for all your DD.
Thanks, no, I'm 67 and do play slide on some of my recordings, on electric the last couple albums. Basically blues rock but lots of variety. I'd post Dark Horse Flyers' website but I'm not trying to sell CDs or vinyl, just happy to report I made a couple bucks on that early AM hours run up. You can find the website or plenty of Youtube vids and Facebook if you dig pretty much classic rock tunes. Cheers!
I wonder how many of us, blinded to the data, but owning a million + shares and warrants to boot, would watch our net worth jump 25 million plus, and not take the money and run because we believe it'll be worth a couple hundred million when the data comes in. That's some mf'ing belief. I passed up a measly 100K rise and held, so I guess I believe as well. Crazy world.
On TD Ameritrade I was able to sell a token couple hundred shares premarket in the 30s, and able to buy a few low 20s regular hours today. Don't have the cojones to play these 5 and 6 figure swings I'm seeing yesterday and today with the real stake. Crazy.
LOL! Best post of the month.
I think these Oct. 28's will tell us how long we have to go. If we have enough $$ to get to the finish line they will expire. If not, we'll see a replay of those other warrants that were rolled down.
My thought is the previous warrant roll down was to ensure there is enough money in the kitty to last through any data delay due to the pandemic, not to reward any investors. The fact these recent ones are just expiring lends credence to the idea there is enough cash to cover the burn rate until the data is released. It also shows confidence in the end result. Wouldn't it make more sense to raise capital now at this price level to hedge a bet against a negative outcome, than to try to raise money after a failure with some Hail Mary "we still have Leaps in the pipeline" offering?
What I wonder is who is selling these huge positions and why. Above my pay grade that's for sure. Stayin' pat here.
Curious as to your "gut" impression. Did Geert strike you as someone who was just looking for the big payoff and walk away after decades of effort fighting to make his company a success, or someone who would want to run an incredible ground breaking enterprise that sets a new paradigm? It can be hard to give up your baby after all that struggle.
Empirical.
Thanks. I figured the previous roll down made sense to ensure there was enough money to make it to the finish line, just in case that was further down the road than most folks surmised. Will be interesting to see if that applies to this batch of warrants.
Is it today some of those warrants expire?
As someone who has put his heart and soul into an admittedly no account little business, that business does become a big part of how you define yourself. I don't know Geert, but it's not beyond reason that after achieving a long sought after goal, he would want to stay involved with and captain it to the next stage, and after. Just a thought, it might not be that attractive to him to just take the money from a buyout and walk away from his "baby". We will see. Soon I hope!
Several years ago, pre reverse split, I bought some shares at .79 and sold at 1.10 when it went to 1.40. Long before all the current positive results and some analysts were suggesting 4.00 as a target. I bought back in at .90 and all the way down to .19, and post split the target seems to be around 10.00. Pre reverse split, that's only 1.00, not even the 1.40 it hit back when. I just find the current targets puzzling given the potential in the pipeline.
At least you are not on the beach in Boca Raton, where apparently masks and the pandemic are the work of the devil and witches and warlocks and those pesky devil worshipers. According to some folks at a city council meeting, anyway.
Short interest is listed as 1.15 as of 5/29 - not sure there'd be much of a squeeze unless that really went up the past two weeks. What I'd like to see is some DD on projected revenues and the split with the marketing partner to get an idea of a realistic share price.
Yes, these folks are pretty sharp and creative.
Yes, thanks Johnny. Two albums, even high end vinyl, some sales here and there. Half the boys gig for a living at various things so never that easy to nail big dates down with any frequency, and that's what mostly sells records today, performing. Some nice live performance vids on youtube though, and stuff at darkhorseflyer.com I need CVM to pony up for the third album and to finish a solo project! Lol. The band member who financed it all finally said "no mas!" so I have fingers crossed here. We play for love anyway, don't we?
Thanks lightrock. I owed a lot to Little Feat's Spanish Moon, writing and arranging it. Go CVM!
I do. However teaching probably pays better, lol
I would say the nut has a much greater damping effect than the bridge does, certainly as far as bending a note - it's not more difficult at the 20th fret than the 10th. Interesting thought though.
