Curious why you continue to buy more shares?
You missed the question. The point is why wouldn’t Mikah pay the cash and handover the rights to Elite in exchange for stock. Hint* because it makes more business sense for Hakim to keep the 50% split with his personal company than take on more risk in the company we own (Elite)...
Pretty interesting coincidence that as soon as Weezuhl and other investors start calling for more transparency and oversight in the dealings with Mikah, that this “unredacted” version of a previous agreement is put forth. Pretty sure the company tracks this board since we’re the only fools invested and interested in the company’s performance. Hopefully management and the board is starting to feel some pressure and will begin effecting change.
Revenue does not equal earnings and way too difficult for the average investor to project a net income figure for this company
So you’re saying the buyout price is $1.37 per share as N2K eludes to? Would be nice if someone explained the math behind that.
AMA waiting for your answer. What’s your estimated buyout price assuming we hit the $100M in revenues?
Yes another question - assuming we hit the $100M in revenues what do you estimate that buyout price to be?
They also had nearly 50% net profit on revenues in 2015, the year before the buyout.
Where’s the correlation or substance substance in such a comparison? Two different situations. COLL is approaching revenues of $300M and has a float of ~33M shares, not to mention institutional ownership...
How did you come to EPS of .15-.25 on $40M of revenues?
Yes it is
What other MJ stocks?
That’s his job to create fear and shake the tree. Probably works for one of the MMs who profited nicely today.
Solid conference call. Partnership in place. If approvals come, this will be the lowest levels we see Elite at again. Nas ended the call with confidence.
Where would you hold to?
Do you have the same breakdown from say 3 months ago? Curious how the figures have changed, if any.
Is there any info available on the status, application process or milestones on FDA approval? I can’t find anything.
What a joke and scam of a company. How can you not be outraged by this crypto nonsense. What’s next? Natural gas exploration? POTN is the new Long Island Ice Tea Company
Thanks for your response
Well the Sackler’s seem to not care for being low-key these days...

C’mon, we can be bullish on the stock but making random predictions out of thin air dilutes the purpose of a constructive board. I’m all for being positive but let’s add a little substance and reasoning here.
Fine. But aside from these items you mention, what about strategy going forward? How would that differ?
Ok, what should the new CEO do differently?
Sounds like you should be buying up at this level and then .27 wouldn’t be so meh
Agreed!
Yes, of course available zoning is severely limited. The point is that the store is in a quasi cul-de-sac, flex industrial park. Very hidden and kinda creepy driving in there, especially in the evening. Not at all inviting.
Agree. Terrible location compared to others in the vicinity (e.g. People’s OC which is a stand-alone two story building that has great visibility off the 55). Haven’t been to MedMen but I have a feeling it’s probably better too. Employees mentioned they were trying to secure another location down the block but were having trouble with the city approvals or something of that sorts. Very disheartening to see minor foot traffic and empty shelves. Hopefully just a transitioning phase given the need to adjust packaging for edibles etc.
It’s there, third from the bottom
That's great news to hear...investors are still buying the stock. Now if he couldn't "dump" any of that $40M we'd have a problem.
