Mass Megawatts (MMMW) Announces 160 kW Solar Project with Virtual Net Metering and Brownfield Advantages
BOSTON, MA -- November 2, 2021 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Mass Megawatts (OTC Pink: MMMW) www.massmegawatts.com announces today a 160kW kW project using the patent pending solar tracker taking advantage of the finance incentives of developing on a brownfield area or location with environmental challenges. Although this project is outside the designated opportunity zone which would also provide incentives for low-income communities, larger projects are being planned in the same neighborhood that are inside in geographical location designated as an opportunity zone. Those projects would take advantage of government incentives for selling to low-income electric users. Most importantly, the use of virtual net metering protects the finance interest of the project by having the actual project at a different location than the residence of the low-income customer. If the electricity user cannot pay the electric bill, it would be easier to redesignate another user for maintaining the revenue stream of that solar power unit.
The project is projected to have a pay for itself in about three to four years based on Massachusetts electric prices with current federal and state incentives. The 160-kilowatt project is designed to be able to reduce the cost of solar power by employing a furling technology borrowed from wind technology for protection in the case of high wind events. The technique improves the efficiency of solar arrays without adding significant additional expense. Mass Megawatts is responsible for the site development, fabrication, installation, and the interconnection obligations of the solar project. The solar project is in a low-income area in Worcester, Massachusetts.
The patented pending, Mass Megawatts 'Solar Tracking System' (STS) is designed to automatically adjust the position of solar panels throughout the day to receive an optimal level of direct sunlight. Unlike other solar tracking technologies, the Mass Megawatts STS utilizes a low-cost structure that adds stability to the overall system while also improving energy production levels. The STS also uses a proprietary mechanical innovation to limit dynamic and static loading on the tracker, which can occur during periods of high wind and extreme weather. The technology reduces wind-related stresses and system downtime. The STS allows Mass Megawatts to lower the cost of material and reduce the number of solar panels needed to generate the rated capacity. Due to this advantage, Mass Megawatts can deliver more solar power production at a price similar to lower-capacity, stationary systems.
In other news, Mass Megawatts announced plans to have two small solar units to explain the cost and output of the additional solar tracking features. The two units with one unit demonstrating the tracker and another unit being nearly identical without the tracker should help sell the new technology to many potential purchasers who would not easily be convinced to get involved with a new technology.
The key driver to future sales is the use of solar trackers being known to reduce the cost of solar powered electricity. Although Mass Megawatts is aiming to achieving a very small fraction of global demand of this specific solar market segment, the solar tracker market is anticipated to be worth more than $3 billion by 2025 expanding from the current market size of about $2 billion. Mass Megawatts sees an opportunity to be part of the growing solar tracker market with a lower cost product than the trackers marketed by other solar tracker companies in this high growth segment of the solar energy market. A solar tracker is a method of tracking the sun throughout the day for a photovoltaic (PV) system for increasing energy output throughout the day. The market is anticipated to have substantial growth due to the growing need for renewable energy.
With its patent pending, Solar Tracking System, Mass Megawatts believes it is well positioned for expanded production and supporting its revenue generation goals in the longer term.

Mass Megawatts Increases its Manufacturing Capabilities for Solar Tracker Production
WORCESTER, Mass., July 30,2021 — Mass Megawatts Wind Power, Inc. (OTC:MMMW) announces its increased ability to manufacture and improve the delivery of a small and steady amount of solar tracker sales. Much of the additional equipment in the delivery of its product is existing equipment of small production companies and facilities in Massachusetts. Using the equipment during the nights and weekends when it would not ordinarily be used by the other companies gives an additional source of revenue to the owners of the equipment and avoids capital expenditures by Mass Megawatts. The ability to use other equipment improves the ability to maintain a sufficient cash flow for delivering sales. At some point in the future with an anticipated larger amount of sales, Mass Megawatts plans to have its own equipment if sufficient sales justify the operations of night and weekend shifts in addition to a regular weekday and daytime shift.
The purchase of solar trackers with the solar units for many businesses is an opportunity to save money for the commercial users of solar power. It can use solar trackers to save (or earn) money on the cost of electricity with the growing number of utilities implementing time of use pricing plans. The power companies encourage customers to consume energy during off peak hours when electricity is cheap and discourage energy consumption when the cost to produce electricity is high. As an opportunity to save (or earn) money, the solar trackers help generate more electricity than stationary solar panels in the late afternoon when the selling price of electricity is higher with many time of use plans implemented by utilities in places like California. The peak electricity paying the best prices happen in the afternoon and early evening when air conditioning use increases with people returning home from work. The movement of solar trackers throughout the day can avoid the reduction of solar power production of stationary solar units in the late afternoon. The increased power production during these critical higher cost periods can avoid some of the strain on the grid during those critical hours.
Additionally, Mass Megawatts with its solar tracker has larger benefits of solar power output in the northern part of the United States and Canada. Mass Megawatts patent pending solar tracker has its highest output in the northern climates in relation to commercial horizontal single axis solar trackers power output on the market, It would still have a higher output than commercial horizontal solar trackers in the southern parts of North America closer to the equator. In summary, the Mass Megawatts tracker is most competitive in the northern and colder climate. The taller profile of the Mass Megawatts tracker is not parallel to the ground unlike commercial horizontal single axis trackers. The Mass Megawatts trackers maintain a constant angle of solar incidence when the sun is lower in the sky. The Mass Megawatts tracker also avoid the need to space units for the limiting of shading and energy losses which is an issue with vertical single axis trackers and dual axis units.
Mass Megawatts is continuing its efforts to bring a new Solar Tracking technology with more electric cost savings for its customers in comparison to its stationary units. The patented pending, Mass Megawatts ‘Solar Tracking System’ (STS) is designed to improve solar-energy production and at the same time reduce the cost of materials and installation.

Not my area of experience- but still here for the long haul... gltal
Nice find efood
With you for the long haul!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday all!
My guess is they used the previous data from safety studies and since they were done the FDA safety criteria changed resulting in a need for newer studies. I don’t know how long it will take but safety studies are usually short - you dose the animals and see what the response is. The variable is how many doses are needed since CIAB stays in the body for duration of treatment. Good luck.
Do your DD - all the release testing they did with Eurofins was for their master bank.
Yes they do.
Master cell banks last for many years- they’re stored in liquid nitrogen- the working cell bank is made from one or two master bank vials and can last a few years- 2 years only applies to cells encapsulated and processed into product.
1234 yes I imagine a treatment where people don’t have to refuse to finish or even receive treatment.
My dad died of lung cancer on Second diagnosis and didn’t want to endure it twice because the side effects are so devastating. A friend who survived bc twice but couldn’t finish second round treatment because she was too sick- God Bless she beat it anyways. We have to find better.
We’re on the countdown folks - hold tight ... I am. We lost yet another to this horrible disease- God Bless Ruth Bader-Ginsberg
Amen Tulla the winds of change are blowing....glta longs
Can we all be mindful for a moment and remember that John Lewis is lying in state in the capitol tonight - another great human being we lost to pancreatic cancer.
Depends on how much manpower they have- which I don’t know- but I feel confident it will be filed when they’re sure it’s complete. In a well organized pharma this is done in 6-8 weeks- but this is a small startup- no one but the company can answer that question. Good luck and keep the faith. I am.
cGMP only applies to the Thailand manufacturing site. Austrianova moving Singapore development labs and administrative offices has no impact. Glta

Yes I’m still all in. If I remember correctly the cci test is being run by a testing lab in the states- I’m guessing Eurofins and Austrianova is handling stability testing. Good luck to all longs!
FDA has no reason to show up at AN until this gets through clinical and if results are good marketing approval - then they will do a PMI - pre-market inspection.
Agree 1234
Pancreatic Cancer treatment is proof of concept. Because the mortality rate is so high it’s also a fantastic gateway to fast track if it shows that it can move even some of the patients to operable. For their sakes let’s hope for a high percentage.
Shouldn’t be more than a week to 10 days to get Quality Assurance approval.
Patent numbers under Austrianova
14902539 - patented case
16131639 - new ready for examination
Repeat your search using first applicant name Austrianova.....
From your lips to Gods ears! Amen - so shall it be.
Just hope you’re holding enough to profit from your loyalty- keep the faith a bit longer.
Truly hope you still hold shares my friend...even though you are frustrated as many have been here from time to time I pray for your reward for many faithful years.
Milestones.....agreements.....funding....results......partnership/buyout.

Merry Christmas everyone!
Sounds like they got stuck in a queue for those last three tests. Can’t control a testing back log.
Very possible....good luck to you and all longs!
And the FDA and EMA have been lock step in standards for many years....
Time really doesn’t matter if you have solid data on your testing- the chemistry is the same just the equipment to refine the bead pores and cell line purity has improved- FDA takes into account the standards at the time- SG Austria were ahead of their time - happens more than you know in science.
Phase I - FDA: is your treatment toxic or life threatening?....no. I think we or our partner/buyer is going to get fast tracked because people die from this cancer....I know for a fact that cellulose sulfate is immune inert and the cells are contained.... I’m all in.
FDA has seen the data as of pre IND - they would have indicated then if they wanted phase I repeat.
They will approve- phase I is safety- and yes they have cleared that hurdle with flying colors - Good luck Pete.
IMO the functionality and safety tests can be concurrent. From the list of tests in the PR none should exceed 4-6 weeks based on my experience. That of course depends on if Eurofins started upon arrival of samples or if we had to wait a week or two to get in their que. I’m expecting a PR very soon like many others here. Glta
