H360 teaming with GrowGeneration GRWG on projects. The PR is put out by GRWG
Good deal, thanks Numbmonk!
Awww yeeeahh!
The Tarheels are playing ball...old sports injuries will need medicinal cbd for sure
Thanks numbmonk, informative article has layers to bill passing and what the road to becoming a law might look like.
For sure Tarheel. I will definitely be watching and know this bill passing opens the hatch on money benefits like cheaper loan cost and greater access to funding. Plus the awareness to more investors in general, especially to those who are moved by laws in place before buying.
That is a big deal vote for sure
Thats good follow through to the Pink!
Good morning. Great way to start the day with BLDV H360 update and future!
A big thanks to you and yours, had grandad and father in the wars and big hopes for medicinal protocols to ease PTSD and more for those who need it
I noticed Joshua said on the call that there were collaborations not made public yet, which is good. Also that BLDV-H360 is not looking to compete with farming (growing) based companies like Canopy, Aurora and Tilray, but positioning to collaborate with companies like them. I wonder if a company like the ones mentioned would like to sponsor the Athena Protocol? Nothing was mentioned about a buyout or bidding.
The land is ripe to harvest!
A surge of interesting communication and filing action happening before the conference call.
Good deal. A great team. Liking the Athena Protocol with everything else
Thanks for doing that. Good to know
Wonder if Roey Fishman on the panel is related to Barry Fishman of Vivo Cannabis (Abcann). Vivo is where Raphael Machoulam is on advisory board and we know his connection speaking with Cannx conferences.
BLDV client captures 1 of only 5 licenses for the whole state of Virginia!
Reign, that's a pretty valuable 2 cents you shared there. Makes sense.
And Quality Green's Andrew Spasiw is also speaking...

Good insight. So if BLDV could own a cannabis farm in Canada then a merged Cann10 NA/BLDV could own one or two and such.....it is something to think on.
Thanks for highlighting potential connections. The global aspects are of great interest.
Interesting find, JPS...it is in the works.
Looking forward to the rest of this month. BLDV
The Canadian fields are green unto harvest!
Great points. To me the equity partnerships involve others who see BLDV’s - J Alper as important teammates for goals.
Good report. Shoring up the business. Driven by licensed Israeli technologies and collaborating with USA and Canadian Tech firms.
Good info and thanks for putting these resources together.
Yeah Jeter I'm thinking there's business activities and deals working right now that nondisclosure agreements are tied to. So they can't release the details yet. Looking forward to when they do.
Hi Yogi, looking back on what Joshua wrote to you - this part sticks with me
"The relationship with Cann10 started just over one year ago and today we are joint venture partners in Cann10 North America. Cann10 NA owns 13% of BLDV stock and BLDV controls 49% of Cann10 NA. This deal was closed on December 31st 2017, just 4 months ago."
and this
"Our partnership with Cann10 Israel is based on their confidence in our abilities and the integrity of our family and company.
This deal will bring BLDV into the BioTech world, real targeted therapies, Customized Formulations, Professional Education and Lucrative Consulting at the Biocannaceutical and Pharmaceutical Level"
Thinking just of SEC reporting and mergers...Imagine all of the business behind the scenes required aspects that must be identified, valued, negotiated, coordinated and legalized between different business entities...takes time and is wise not to act prematurely about anything involved. Especially as the industry represents unchartered, competitive waters in a new, emergent business space.
volume is starting
BLDV firming foundation..smart people never tell everything in the works until those important things are signed and tight.
Cannareet! Nice.

Alright alright alright BLDV is working
Yeah I had similar thoughts from reading that but for AMS...not anything I know, but a recurring thought when they talk about "technology" and R&D. Be interesting to learn who it is. Even if it's not AMS or QG then stronger Israel and Canada ties only helps further opportunities among BLDV's established Israel connections, imo.
Strong long connection with BLDV
So in the interview Josh talked about Cannabis Clean already working with 10% of Canada’s producers and then piloting the sanitation protocol with growers in California, Canada, Michigan, and Florida and that does take time to produce the action results that will be proof and solid confidence for the market needing the total front to end CannSan program. This also means BLDV currently has a working relationship with all these producers in all of these important places for future, increased business. See the pieces, see the potential.
Get Ready here comes BLDV and forward thinking cannabis sanitation compliance!
That's a nice post Captain!
