Just because you were born yesterday, you assume we were too. You're a fool, Fistoid. And something tells me you aren't going to stop posting.
Fistula/iota/fecal, your credibility is low enough. Pretending to be your own 'supporter' is laughably transparent. What a fool you are.
Skunk, is your "Business 101 expertise" telling you that? ;) Do tell
CFlynn, what's the reason Fan has given for not suing Olsen?
From Skunk's posts she's obviously got no accounting or finance training and is desperately hoping people think she's rich. Now she'll start begging that you leave her alone.
Your profits as real as your 'business' acumen. The truth is you're as dumb and poor as your posts. Isn't that right?
Skunk, if you say foolish things, you're going to be called a fool. After all this time, haven't you caught on?
You 'covered' nothing. And it's hard to take someone's opinion on legal matters seriously when they can't spell words like 'prosecution', don't you think?
Your experience is with petty employee theft. This is millions of dollars in cash and assets. Personally, I don't think Olsen has much. He was begging for money toward the end of this mess. I suspect Fan figures suing Olsen would be like trying to get blood from a stone. But with all the money Fan lost, I'm amazed he isn't pressing for federal securities charges. Unless this is a case of one slimeball getting screwed by another.
Great to hear from you, Jack. I hope all is going well.
I'm not sure, if Fan and Gouveia were serious about 'asset recovery,' why they aren't going after Olsen and Schenk. The blatant, documented lies Olsen told shareholders and creditors are actionable. Is Olsen dead? In the poorhouse? Disappeared? So strange. I've e-mailed Fan questions about Olsen and have never gotten a response.
Skunk didn't get the joke. Someone draw her a picture.
All this time, Skunk, and you still don't have a clue.
Skunk is in denial. It would be pathetic if it weren't so sad.
Has anyone who talked to Fan asked him why he has not sued Olsen?
Look everyone. it's Fistoid the psycho. The nice men in white will be coming after him shortly.
Fistoid, is it true Olson and Maheu hid Saddam's WMD?
Karzoid/iota/gaylover/fist is on RB ranting about the connection between Valcom and the Kennedy assasinations. What a nutcase.
Lot of buzzwords and tired demagoguery in that rant. You don't convince people through ignorance and hatred.
"I love you, honey. I love you very much. But, ahh.... I need two hundred thousand dollars..."
It was the sleaziest and most pathetic message I'd ever heard. Olsen had hit bottom.
On the plus side, I think we've pushed karzoid/iota/poopshoot over the edge. He's on RB rambling about the connection of Frank Olsen to the Kennedy assasinations and Bay of Pigs invasion.
Guys, you have to understand that QBID is the stock of a toxic shell. It will never have value again. There are 350 billion shares oustanding and $35 million in unsatisfied debt claims against it. Let's say someone bought the shell at $.0001 per share. That means out of the gate they're $70 million in the hole, and that doesn't include the M&A fee or the legal liabilities attached to the previous ownership.
Meanwhile, a clean shell costs $2-4 million.
Not gonna happen.
As for Fan, he's got to come up with $35 million to satisfy those debts if he wants to do something with the shell. (And he has to deal with any legal liabilities.)
Again: not gonna happen.
Unfortunate, but true.
I'm not sure why Frank H posts here. He's doing folks like me a favor because it's always good to hear from ex-employees who saw the rot first-hand. How he puts up with the paranoid nutballs who whine that he's 'in on the scam', I don't know. (Just read your own post, Redfisher. It's a classic example.)
Ignore the knuckleheads, Frank H! And thanks for the posts
Are you still falling for these stories, uw? C'mon now!
The resident RB paranoid psychotic karzoid/iota/gaylove/scooper has completely flipped over Frank Hagan. What a nutcase

Squiiirrrrrrrmmmmm Sputnik! I love it!
Squirmmmm Sputnik, squirrrrmmmmmm! LOL!
Squirrrrmmmmm Sput!
Poor Sputnik tryng to squirm out of a lie. I love it!
Try again, Sputnik. You know the post I mean. Squirm, baby, squirmmmm!
After reading something about preferred shares, go read something about corporate board procedure and minority shareholder rights. You've got a lot of learning to do.
Poor Sput. And you still haven't found the post you claim I made. Fancy that..... Keep trying though!
Your post speaks for itself. Better go back to school.
Who knows. But there were knuckleheads here claiming that the trading 'data and patterns' proved there was naked shorting of QBID and 'MM manipulation trying to steal our shares' and that was why the stock was plummeting.
Meanwhile, the simple truth was the stock was being diluted to death by Olsen and the company was cratering into insolvency.
You ask 'what gives?' I ask 'who gives?' :)
Yo Jack. Bishop Simpson (I think that's his name) posts under condor221. He's been posting here recently.
You're welcome getgreen. Worse than wishful thinking is people instigating wishful thinking. There are still people here posting that the shares might be worth something. They won't. Simple, sad fact. QBID shares couldn't be more toxic than they are. Even if there were another 350 billion more of them, it wouldn't make it worse; a share can't be worth any less than zero.
A shell usually sells for a few million dollars. Divide that by 350 billion and see what that means per share. Less than $.000001.
Moreover, the IRS doesn't allow bare NLCFs (ie, not associated with a purchased operating business or viable asset) for tax write-offs. The shell is empty: the channel business is defunct and the assets were sold.
Our shell is worthless. Our shares are worthless.
QBID are the trading shares of TMM, now an empty hell of a defunct company. There are 350 billion QBID shares outstanding.
No one will use this shell for anything. The attached obligations give the shares a negative worth, the shell is dirty, and there is tremendous legal baggage. Olsen turned QBID shares into toxic waste.
Thanks for the update Frank. People lost a lot of money, and some just really want to believe the Mafia was behind it, or the Illuminati, or the Masons, or hedge funds, or whatever conspiracy theories they can hatch. Human nature I suppose.
The truth was always simpler, and sadder, than that: this was a promising venture with an unstable, deeply-flawed ex-con for a CEO.
Once again Frank, thanks for your insights.
Carol Hinnant apparently did lie to shareholders, telling them Q had tens of thousands of subscribers. That lie allowed Olsen to rip off employees and investors for another several months.
Post something factually incorrect and you'll probably be corrected by someone. Deal with it.
