I Wish.....
I wish I could go back and find my old posts saying what a scam this stock is. (4 years ago).
I wish I could meet the cheerleading longs (who invested thousands) that pretended wrfx had a product, so I could offer my condolences on their losses.
I'm glad to have received my "Dividend" stock, because it sits at the top of my portfolio reminding me to make decisions based on facts not hype.
I'm glad I only invested spare change in this stock ($60) and glad I sold it for around $4 I think....Today it would be worth under a dollar I think.
I visit here every once in a while to remind myself that I'm an investor, and should avoid gambling.
2have:
Almost a year ago you emailed me a few links about sunk costs. I couldn't reply privately because I don't subscribe. It's hard to believe anyone is still buying this crap.
All they make are web pages talking about the things they're gonna make.....
A new product "Punchzee" will move this stock.....
Just kidding, it's another "Coming soon".. Paranotek is still not available for Iphone.
Glad I sold this pile of crap a long time ago. I just come here for a chuckle occasionally. The only thing WRFX can make are misleading web pages of "Coming soon".'s
But if the stock ever did pop, I still have my "100,000" share dividend stock that I can convert. I wonder, do the latest investors know about there are millions of these shares just waiting for the div stock to be worth the cost of conversion?
Lauri sure does make a good looking web site tho...THey have about 7 in the exact same format making the exact same false claims.
Is there such a thing as .0000x?
It's been a few years since the last split, where I bought some shares right after the split. Then, I bought into the hype (It's just around the corner! 3 more weeks!) and decided to average down.....
I own nearly a million shares, lost almost $200~, so it's not horrible. But I do wonder is there a point where the share price is so low it's just like "Ok, this didnt work out....Time to move on!".
Also, I have a 'dividend', which has $0 Value. If the company tanks, can I take the loss at the perceived value, or is there no loss because the conversion was never worth the cost?
It's been over a year, and it's been the same old song and dance. "I think next week...", "I'm sure by Christmas Brad is going to ......", "once the app is out of beta......" My 650,000 shares, along with my dividend stock which will be converted to 100,000 shares (for you newbies out there, if you really want to get a feel for how diluted the stock could get, do some DD on that!) are worth less than the average price of a single share of a typical S&P 500 stock. The only difference is that my average S&P stock has doubled in 5 years.
Anyone want to buy a "Dividend" stock?
“WRFX being my largest holding” is probably the scariest sentence I’ve ever read on this board.
A dime by the end of the year makes my dividend share worth converting.
A penny by year end makes me profitable.
A tenth of a penny allows me to at least sell at a slight profit.
I’ll hope it goes to .005 and id be happy.
CTvette.
Thanks for the private reply. I can’t reply without membership but; thanks
How does that number account for the dividend share that will convert to 100,000 common shares ?
I don’t think there really is anything else. The app is free, non monetized, not doing well, slim barrier to entry.
The silly ocean thing is just a web page. A cute idea. But, no.
The entertainment thing? Brad produced a movie a while ago.
I’d be calling P’tek a scam if not for the new CEO. After all, hard to believe two part time guys could make a viable product, but (I still have a hard time believing) it appears they got something.
The rest is just a sub, sub, sub penny stock Business.
Remind me again: was the dividend 10,000 shares of 100,000 shares?
The “speculation of potential sales”?
Look, I want you to be right, really I do. But you’re doing voodoo math. There are currently no sales, no proven/tested product. Oh, and you’re not adding in all the dividend shares... but that’s not important.
If they bring to market a product that matches the hype, you’ll be very, very rich. If they hype continues with no product, you’ll stay at .000x’s until they fold. Don’t speculate; wait for the product to make us richer, or wait for the company to self destruct. There’ll be no middle ground. If P does what they say it will do, sales will be $2billion overnight.
Why do you believe it’s debt holders? With ongoing expenses related to marketing, programming and office, isn’t the more likely reason for more and more outstanding shares due to selling in order to keep the lights on?
I? think you’ve bought $20,000 Worth of stock that’s “had potential” for over a year, but produced very little. (By the way, someone lost a bet to me about it delivering before thanksgiving).
At .0008, you’ve only got to get it to a penny and you’ve made a fortune! Wouldn’t that be great!
But I’m hoping that $20,000 represents only a very small part of your portfolio. Because if you bet the house on this one, I’m hoping you don’t get left with nothing.
Thank you.
I emailed Brad, he replied promptly.
I’ve (quite publicly) been a non fan of this stock and my opinion hasn’t changed but I realize a lot of you here have significant skin in the game (I don’t) so I’ll back off the beating and pray along with you all that the new CEO can make this a viable business.
Don’t know what the transfer fees would be, (maybe someone can let me know) but at today’s prices, it wouldn’t put me in the green. So I’ll just wait and see.
Good luck all.
When will the 1 share dividend convert to 10,000 shares? I thought the promise was November.
Thank you for your well thought out response.
Only time will tell which of us is the fool.
How would you know if Parontek is secure at all?
Have you seen it? Are yo qualified to make that assessment?
Wait until you see the dilution when the "dividend" is paid. My 600 shares (worth under $1) get what, 1,000 or 10,000? So the OS number doubles! (And then some)
Praying the longs are right and I can at least get $150 back.
That's from his LinkedIn profile. Pretty old actually. For an it professional, he has almost no social media presence
Will it go on our permanent record?
Someone explain to me;
If there's only about 100 million unrestricted shares: (last update in June) how have there been 180million shares traded in the past 10 days.
"Toxic lending" doesn't fly. Somewhere along the way the number of unrestricted shares has to have been greatly increased.
Also, since the "dividend" is due in a few months, it's pretty safe to say share prices will cut in half on that day, right? (Unless the company releases something like a product?)
For the sake of the people holding a big long stake, hope I'm wrong, but someone explain it to me.
Wait: I want to be clear I read that right:
The "beta" we've heard about for a long time now; no one is contacting you for feedback?
So it's not really being tested....?
It's the only sub-penny I own. Total mistake in my part, didn't do full due diligence. Believed a web site and a promise of "imminent" actions. Lost $200 on this turd. I'd rather eat the loss than mislead another person.
But it is funny... could have lost more!
I'm looking at American Green. Any thoughts?
Gloating over .0013?
That's hilarious.
Cause the only way out of a hole is to keep digging.
All Joking aside, what protection do shareholders have against the company releasing additional shares? When is the next financial statement due?
Someone explain to me how 110 million shares traded in 2 days. 70% of all outstanding shares. It seems to me like either additional shares have been released/sold, or a 70% owner said "screw it, I'm out".
Who would buy $100,000 worth of this stock?
This feels like insider trades, but since it's a micro-penny stock, who is gonna care?
The first lady has not done a thing about "Cyber bully" since the campaign promise.
She has no association with the product or the company.
All negative posts (on my part) aside, I do sincerely hope this stock pops for you.
I invest because I want to make money, and a rising tide lifts all ships. I won't suggest this stock for anyone, but for people like you, I really hope it breaks $1 and you end up rich.
Skin in the game:
I'm curious how much skin in the game the power-posters (those with over 7posts per week ) have.
I see down averaging advice, optimistic outlooks, and defending the product, but I curious: how much do you have invested in this stock. Not at current values, but how much have you spent on shares.
I don't expect real numbers, just an idea: are you exposed for hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars?
That's cute that you think there is a product to take private! Who do you think is selling all the shares? (if you guessed the CEO, Ding, I'm giving you a point!) . When the money runs out the CEO gets to shrug his shoulders and walk away.
Laurri and Johnesse (if they even exist) (They dont have much of a social media presence) get to keep their other full time jobs in Finland.
Do you really think two part timers have invented the most sophisticated encription system in the world. (It's so secret, no other company wants a piece of it!).
I'd hate for anyone else to fall for this scam.
If this stock ever rebounds to a penny I'll make enough to cover my cost of trading it.!
What wonderful news?
And now I am going to be accused of being "short" (I am not). And somone soon will post how they can't wait for it to go to .002 so they can buy some more.
I screwed up buying this stock. I'd rather eat my losses than cheer-lead a dying stock.
Maybe because it really isn't "Good News", maybe because it is "Same Olds".
The release is at the end of the day, 5:44pm, on a Wednesday, and really doesnt say anything new at all.
It is “time to take back your privacy"! <Nice opening line.
This is not only a mission statement from Paranotek.
<<<<Incomplete sentence. No one in the office proof reads the press releases?
Fortune magazine reports ..<<<Blah blah,
More than ever,...<<<blah, blah
WorldFlix this week is filing the patent.... This week? When? Because Wednesday is gone! A real story would be "Has Filed". This is what southerners say "I was fixin to".
WorldFlix is proud that .. first software launch is coming within weeks, with its new Swantry and Swanlock smartphone apps, <<<oh wait...So, there;s still no date on when the launch is coming?.
<<<So all in all, is there a single new peice of information?
Not news: Old news.
Quote:
WRFX has been aggressively marketing Swantry across the US and are now expanding our efforts into the UK and the rest of the European market.
Aggressively marketing Swantry? You mean the app that isn't for sale? Has no revenue?
"Expanding efforts to UK"> Wow, if they are only half as successful in the UK as they are in the US, the total sales will be in the Zero of tens of dollars.
I'm cool though, I read on the message board the Swantry App will be ready next week, so that's gotta be true!
"Not interested in the Past"?
The clearest indicator of future performance is past performance.
Those who forget the past are condemned to repeat it.
"Do you have any evidence it won't be?" (Released in a few weeks).
How about we make a bet? I will spot you the remainder of June, all of July and August, and bet there is not a release before September 1. I have no inside information. Just feel like I should win ~something~ having bought this stock.
A $10 gentlemans bet?
Someone explain the dividend to me?
I own 670 shares, with a value of $2.41 cents. I now have 1 share of preferred stock, that will convert at some point to 100,000 shares? When will that convert, and is there a lock in period where I can/cannot sell it?
Even if it only converts at $.03, I'm still making 2300% return.
(Still not a fan, wish I had put a few shares in each of my various investment accounts).
