Its actually not that bad. The below image (accounts receivable) shows they are due 200,000 dollars from a customer or customers. This means they actually sold something to someone.
And their asset number jumped way up. From 670,000 to 4,500,000.
Their net loss number stayed pretty much the same. So what? Most all new companies operate at a loss for years. They have to spend so much to get the company up and going.

BTW God_Father, a while back I noticed the Chinese gov't website only linked to the front page of the website so after a new article hit the front page the JBZY one went away. I found the article on a timeline within the website. We should be using this link going forward.

Hey. Least you realize that JBZY is a legitimate company if you're posting articles about their competition instead of just calling JBZY a scam.
Can we pin this, mod?
I clicked on the link to the Chinese gov't website that has been floating around (below), but it didn't work.
http://www.ggqt.gov.cn/News.aspx?id=84513
I was able to find it on the Chinese gov't website by going to a timeline of news articles and go back to 9/22/2017 when the article was released. Here is a working link if anyone missed it or someone starts claiming that the link was removed because the company scammed the Chinese gov't. Haha

FINRA just approved a ticker change for "AutoChina International" Maybe our Chinese car company is next. Haha
Thank you.
Hello,
Can someone link me to a report from the company or news article of when the company filed for the ticker change request at FINRA? I'm specifically looking for the date when the company requested FINRA to change the TICKER. It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
The Wyoming Business Center uploaded the name change as of 5/8/2017.
https://wyobiz.wy.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=217161243108068011203050228075228024036162237117
If the "60 day" rule applies to this stock in terms of when FINRA will approve the ticker change, we are saying 7/8/2017. So potentially Monday or Tuesday (Assuming FINRA goes off the date Wyoming uploaded the name change document).
Is there any way to tell if the "60 day" rule applies to all name changes or only specific companies.
Thank you.
Not that I don't believe you, but can you post screenshots of your conversations with RO? I think it puts some people's mind at ease when its a screenshot. Thanks in advance.
So I look at the ticker changes on FINRA every day and try and find the "timeline" associated with the tickers changing. Take Crown Marketing for example.
Their ticker just got approved today (from CWNM to AAGH).
The link below is of a 8-K they filed that specifically mentions
https://seekingalpha.com/filing/3554755
"On March 1, 2017, we filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Wyoming an Articles of Amendment to change our corporate name from Crown Marketing to America Great Health. The Secretary of State of Wyoming certified the name change on March 16, 2017. A copy of Articles of Amendment and Certification of Name Change is attached as Exhibit 3.1 hereto and incorporated by reference.
We also submitted Company-Related Action Form with FINRA for the name change and sticker symbol change from “CWNM” to “AAGH” which is still pending approval. Our common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “CWNM” until we receive approval from FINRA. Outstanding stock certificates for shares of the Company are not affected by the name change; they continue to be valid and need not be exchanged."
From this I can say that if they filed for the change on March 1st, it just got approved by FINRA.
When did DOLV request the change?
I think it takes a lot longer than people think for things like this to get approved.
I have been looking at some ticker changes made BY FINRA over the past couple days. One in particular is Grote Molen In which got its Ticker change made yesterday, 6/14. Ticker change from GROT to BRTI. The article below shows that the company was merged with BlackRidge as of Feb 22, 2017.
https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=105841254
This just goes to show how slow the process can sometimes be for a ticker change to go through.
What date did the request for the ticker change to happen with DOLV?
I was looking on the FINRA ticker change site and looking at some of the changes that happened today. One was for a company called Peekaboo Beans (below).
6/14/2017 10:39:00 06/15/2017 00:00:00 NORFF PBBSF Peekaboo Beans Inc Common Shares Peekaboo Beans Inc Common Shares Other OTC
I did some research and found this article from Sept of 2016 talking about the reverse takeover.
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/direct-sales-children-apparel-retailer-peekaboo-beans-inc-completes-reverse-takeover-2161197.htm
If the request made by Peekaboo Beans for the ticker change happened even a month after the announcement of the reverse takeover (Nov of 2016), that means it did not get approved by FINRA until seven months!
So to me, the long approval process seems legit (If my information above is correct).
Here is the YouTube video I uploaded of the conversation I had with the Guangxi Wharton International Hotel. I won't say anything here about the video, as it speaks for itself and confirms good details!
I uploaded the video "unlisted" which means the video will only work if you have the link, so I recommend saving the URL of the video somewhere if you want to refer to the video again at some point.
I tried calling the second number she gave and no picked up. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow night as it is nearly 1:00 A.M.here in NY.
I hope this clears up some confusion on if the conference is real.
Currently Uploading my conversation with the hotel to YouTube. She confirmed electric car conference and that it is presented by Jinbo. She also gave me the number and name of someone who knows more about the conference. Not sure if anyone will speak english at that number but I will try. I will also record that conversation.

I just called the hotel at 867712111888 and a woman speaking Chinese answered. I asked for a english speaking person. I was put on hold. When someone picked up she spoke English. I played "dumb" and asked what event is planned at your hotel this June 24th. She said "A new energy vehicle conference"I asked if she had any additional information and she said she will talk to her superior. I was put on hold and when she came back she said if I would like to know more about the conference to call back as she could not find her superior. I said how long should I wait and she said 1 hour. I plan on calling back and I will record my conversation. It is 11:25 as I type this. I will be calling them at about 12:15 my time. I live in New York.
I will upload my potato quality video to YouTube after.
No! It's new after the recent site maintenance.
The article states "TO FOLLOW THE PUSH" meaning the 14-15th already happened and now the event for the 24th will come. You can see the number "24" mentioned in the chinese text.
"To follow the push of belt and road concept by the central government, taking geographic advantage of ASEAN regions, Jinbo group, working with Jinbo operation centers in Guangxi, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and ASEAN, will held a press conference titled as China ASEAN Belt and Road Jinbo Group New Generation Electric Vehicle Press Conference at the Guangxi Warton International Hotel in Nanning, Guangxi. Invited guests include central government officials, Guangxi government officials, officials from ASEAN embassies, officials from Taiwan, Jinbo CEO and top management."
Is there a way to look at when these 11 companies originally requested the ticker change?
Quick question (sorry if I missed it). Is it common for FINRA to remove the ticker completely from FINRA while its undergoing change?
Just so it is a little easier to understand, can someone explain in "English" what the news means? Thank you.
Years ago it was a mining company, it got bought out in April...The whole stir of this stock is the buyout....
Think of the price drop this way. "We" see the value of this stock being .12 .15 .20 1.00, but there is no PR/news to bring the DD into daylight. I believe the face value of the stock is right around .08. This price increase is due to pumpers dumpers and shorties. The dumpers are selling em off and the stock is going to sit at .08 until there is some actual news/PR/ticker change(Or if a group of people try to pump and dump). Until then, I believe these pumpers and dumpers are riding the IHUB wave. If you look at the company as it currently sits in terms of news it doesn't look impressive (even though behind the curtain it looks like it could be something big). Until we actually have concrete news release no big takers will take this stock seriously.
If Pivo Associates, INC are truly DOLV'S investor relation company. This is their address from the OTC website.

This screenshot is directly from their website.

Isn't the referenced address in both screenshots the one that I have seen in a bunch of posts as what DOLV's address is?
I followed the link to Pivo Associates Inc. and went to their website (specifically the "contact us" section)
http://pivoassoc.com/contact/
If you look at the address of the company it is
277 West 11th Street, Suite 2F

The below link is a post for the address of DOLV?
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=131805966
Because they have the same address.
Do you have a link?
This info is awesome. I'm always curious how some people find information that may not be picked up all the time. How did you stumble across this? Googling ZJMY careers? Poking around a Chinese job board?
