Shortly
Worked that flame thrower very nicely. Bravo!
Elementary I’m afraid. If there is a scintilla of righteously good news, at least as far as shareholders are concerned we will be hearing about it “shortly”. It’s logical to assume that if we don’t hear anything “shortly”, “shorts” may likely enjoy increased prosperity while this gets ran down into the 4’s.
When you’ve eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.
Anybody ever play “Scenario”? Two scenarios. 1. Audits hit by deadline. 2. Another missed deadline
Again I sincerely hope I am wrong but I believe the deadline will come and go without a peep.
Warm regards.
Thanks for the pick me up. I let myself get a little grumpy sometimes. So many positives that it makes the negatives seem so far out of place it leaves my scratching my head seeking the reasons. That said I’m in it to win it. I’m not a fan of the otc markets but I had a little mad money to risk. Unfortunately I lured a couple of friends in.
As to the Cohen research group report that was just a little fishing expedition and also in a way highlightsthe fact that Amfil doesn’t pay or hasn’t paid for fluff since then. I read the report a few years ago and am quite ok with what Cohen does. Someone responded bad mouthing Cohen. I don’t know the guy but I know some people that do know him and they all say very nice things about him. Just a light fishing trip though. Thanks again for your response and have a great day.
Anybody have this report? Just general curiosity; I’m assuming the report was paid for which is fine considering Amfil hasn’t been actively paying for any type of exposure that I’m aware of. Wouldn’t be surprised if the report coincides with the run up. Again just general curiosity, not saying or hinting at anything, just nosing around.

I wish I knew. On their last extension filed they stated they would file 18 as soon as they were ready. Hard to think 18-19 would cross the finish line at the same time. Sucks, lotta good stuff with this company but this deficiency is troubling. If we do slip quietly past the looming date with nothing solid the pps will continue to get squeezed for everything it’s worth on down to .04 or even lower. Then looking at another year minimum to get on solid footing. Maybe
One day closer and fingers crossed. Darn, it it’s pretty sad that is what it has come to, especially for the folks who have been hanging on for a couple of years now singing the company praises. At the end of the day, despite all the praises, DD, bustling restaurants, etc, none of it mounts to a hill of beans without recorded numbers that are publicly available. The continued slow walking down of the pps demonstrates just that. To add insult to injury, someone is making money but it’s not those who are holding. Gonna find out how faithful the longs are real soon. If you’re in it to win it buckle up and pack a lunch because “fully reporting” is still at least another year out. Audited fins are not coming any time soon or shortly. I sincerely hope the voices in my head are wrong. I also would very much like for the naysayers to be wrong, unfortunately they too often have been correct for the past two years. Am I the only one tired of being LOL’d as my acct value continues to shrink?
Ya he’s got my head squared away in that area. It’s just these little nagging things. Reality though the man himself can’t share info related to that, I understand that. Just frustrated in the sense seeing the great potential being stalled and powerless to do anything. Can’t even do anything about the rotten air floating around here at times.
Sounds quite reasonable to me, especially counting the stop sign. It’s probably notated in red on the Pink Laminated card on someone’s computer screen. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the replies, all sounds good. We are sailing the same boat.
I agree. I never considered this a “mj” stock. I came aboard solely for what I saw in the S & L biz and their states goal to acquire subs and spin them off as a reward to share holders that would be treated as dividends and potentially preferable tax treatment on the gains. Amfil announced plans to become fully reporting with the goal of moving up the exchange before the run up, pre sub penny I thought. Idk would have to double check. Matters not though I have a different take on the pps run up and subsequent painful decline but can’t say here. Again no matter, what does is they get their boxes lined up in neat order. Hey any guesses what was up with Summit Global? In short order they averaged in around .14 and out around .07. That whole thing makes no sense to me either. What do they know? Only a million shares and not a lot of money for them was it just biz?sumptin funky there too. Not sweating it just kinda odd I thought
Confirming receipt. As to the wag, both of those are what I consider heightened concerns these days. I’ll refrain from blabbing in an open forum, as the default is to always take anything that could be perceived as negative and take it in the worst possible way. That said as of today I still see a good company with a good biz model S&L with a good guy in charge. I am still perplexed with the pr’s and tweets of the past, a couple in particular not coming to fruition over a year later. No real recap and solid explanation we are hung out listening for anything solid. Bad things can happen when companies have unnecessary loose ends hanging around, especially when it involves $$ and greed. Down to darn near flying on faith. I still have mine but know in the back of my head “faith” isn’t the best strategy. Anyways best wishes and I’m happy to roll along your line of thinking for a while.
Yes every tidbit of information and or education is always appreciated. Thank you
I hear ya buddy on all points. Just wanted to put it out there as a reminder it is possible to make shorting problematic if enough people that hold shares lock em up. I still have faith in the powers that be but I’m struggling to reconcile these missteps along the way. For the life of me I can’t imagine why 18 has taken up a year and still not completed. They cannot sell a franchise without up to date numbers to show. Thing is I’ve seen good companies that for various reasons, including missteps, and even factors beyond their control get shorted into the cellar where some remain indefinitely. I have a small window of insight into some things but the reality is anyone in position to know anything is not going to say anything that even has a remote chance of causing em grief. Goes without saying. Im frustrated not so much from the stagnant pps but the feeling a door is being left open that could wreak havoc on the pps for years to come. Lastly up listing is no guarantee the price will move to accurately reflect the companies value. Heck it might slip, not unheard of. This company needs to get in high gear and move up and outta the otc mkts all together. I fully believe it’s doable.
I hope all the true FUNN investors have taken one minute to lock up their holdings and do their part keeping em out of the bears paws. If you haven’t locked em up please do so immediately.
Is that a forward looking statement
I have no idea why and can only guess. It’s a valid question and point under normal conditions. Something keeps nagging at me though. Nearly one year ago the pr was released, the “long arduous journey is over” multi year audit complete and signed off. Amfil submits required paperwork with otc to up list. On that news the pps steamed north quickly and just as quickly lost steam and retreated when people started to figure out that the requirement to up list was not met because the audit was short one year. Did the ceo make those statements not knowing they weren’t eligible to up list? Is there not one person at the company to say “hey Rog hold up on that uplist talk we aren’t ready? Idk but I wrote it off giving him the benefit of doubt as an honest misstep. That pr is a real stinker and some very fine line walking. Was he playing us relying on “safe harbor? I didn’t think so so I let it go figuring soon released fins would smooth over that hiccup and have the company switching to glide with shareholders strutting like kings. Nope, nada it’s a year later and this beat goes on. I really would like one good explanation for that pr
Re most recent, that’s a negative. Killing time on the lake, the fish are biting pretty good but they get lockjaw occasionally.
There’s more. I’ll try to pm happy hour.
I really hope you are right. I heard “shortly” quite a few times two years ago so maybe you can understand my reluctance to off handedly dismiss something I heard from folks who know a bit about this market. That’s all, wasn’t enough to make my put in a sell order but it’s been a long ride and if nothing by eom I’m cutting my position in half and I’ll stick around a while longer with that.
So let me ask ya something. Who put up the $$ for the build out of the last location? I wonder if that individual is left in the dark regarding his investment?
Not my mo to pop in and fling it and unfortunately I have to give notice to what I heard due to the accuracy of past 2.5 years. Maybe they are getting lucky and luck has run out so of course I hope you are correct not them.
I don’t have PM but I don’t mind repeating what I heard. I hope I didn’t come off as too dramatic. I’m sure there are some who would be unfazed if it turns out to be true. The only reason I mention it at all is because that particular breeze has been annoyingly accurate. “Things still look good with this company but still a year or two out from audits, fully reporting and up listing off the pinks”. Hopefully they missed the mark this time but I won’t be shocked.
My 2 cents of I may. I believe Roger did the company audits before seeking to make the move to a better exchange where audit compliance is stricter. As to a private company I’d guess that often there are private investors and I cannot imagine they would blindly plop down a nice chunk of $$ and sit quietly for two years or more without being provided details on the company’s overall status including finances. Think people who invested two years ago and are still holding or continue to accumulate deserve certified updates? I do. The information available to investors currently is lacking. We can surmise S&L is making money but cannot be sure. IK holds its own and a tad more too but what about the others? NSI what happened there? They could all be so far under they are dragging the ones making money down into the red. The thought of that is getting more troubling the longer these delays continue. Then what if something outta left field? Forward looking statement protections provide a lot of wiggle room but they are not a green light to say whatever you feel like saying. If the wrong person gets pissed off enough there could be some serious headaches coming. Then there’s the delay selling franchised s&l. They can’t until they are current reporting so are we missing oppo possibly getting swooped? Who knows? I’d like to think they are sitting on several “done deals” just waiting on the green light. No way to know and I’m certain it would be a bad move to leak info like that. I still really like this company but fatigue is setting in. It’s past time they start dropping some solid info. We the shareholders have that coming. Sorry maybe that’s four worthless cents. Oh and one more thing. I caught wind of something I wasn’t exactly thrilled to hear. Not horrible over the long run, say the next few years but short term quite aggravating. I’m hoping this breeze is wrong for once.
Obsolete? Would you mind elaborating?
You laid that down very nicely. Thank you once again.
I agree and to harp on it just a bit I go back to the mission statement “management has taken a new direction in 2013”. Sorry if I’ve relayed some confusion re div talk. I thought everyone understood it would be awarded in the form of shares of IK. That was spelled out more than two years ago. I’ve never had the impression Amfil would pay out regular dividends like CAT. Just using Amfil terminology assuming everyone was familiar with it. I haven’t been blindsided by growing pains but honestly I feel the longer we stay down here in the pinks hanging with stop signs, no fins the greater the chances become of something very unpleasant happening. I think it’s clear s&l is a winner but what about the others? I have no clue what’s going on with that energy drink. Grow in the red? Where is Morning sitting? It’s not easy getting details.
Im all ears and would love to know what I am mis interpreting but gonna pass on the pm. Pm me at gmail
Thanks but I take the “dividends” right off the company mission statement. I’m not much interested in penny flipping.
Yeah man that’s a stinging tune I’ve danced to before.
I hear ya amigo I’m still in the marathon but man I’ve got a rotten side ache. Goes great with this hard head. Thanks for the reply
I understand and take no issue with what you’ve laid out. A little clarification though re defenseless. I meant from a shareholders perspective that gets to watch the pps languish. The current situation doesn’t bolster confidence overall. I can’t sell anybody on the company any more.
Re fulfilling the mission statement yes and no. A very important part of that mission statement, at least to me is “growth and dividends”. That div has been talked about for years now with nothing to indicate it is going to happen anytime soon. I currently have 2.5 years of a fairly sizable investment sitting idle. It has now slid to the cellar of all the stocks I hold as far as % gains. Now I’m not saying I’m bailing, I’m not,but brother it’s time we start getting something to cheer about. Fins? There’s an old saying “if it ain’t on paper it doesn’t exist”.
Please understand I don’t take my position as bad mouthing the company, I really do like many things about it including mgmt. it’s time buddy. Best regards
Amfil Jeopardy! Remember to phrase your answer in the form of a question. Q1. When was the following phrase first uttered and who said it? “Audit, uplist dividend”.
Sorry folks two+ years now of faithful share holders being defenseless to the negative market pressures. How long can faith hold up? How many quality share holders have walked away disappointed? Many have tied up significant amounts of money, defended and pitched Amfil for over 2.5 years. Amfil it is high time to live up to your company’s mission statement.
Oh hey thanks, I guess.
Thank you sir, good stuff.
Yes they did.
Yes sir. Stepping back looking at the big picture the current pps is a fire sale. The market spoke some time ago valuing the company pps around .23. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on how one looks at it things didn’t come together as fast and fluidly as many had hoped. Some that were holding have sold and moved on. Now the good, fire sale, the company continues to grow. The not so good, door hangs open for , uh certain types of people that can do things to manipulate the pps driving company stock into oblivion. More good, pps battered but weathering a nasty storm, worst kind.
Personally I’m not a huge fan of forward looking statement protections. I believe the powers that be went a little overboard. However I’m certain those protections do not cover a company making claims of hiring auditing teams and being actively engaged in the audit process. All the proof anybody needs to confirm audited fins are coming. When they do the pps will rip past the old high. Won’t even slow to say hi and by to .23. All of a sudden the company that hasn’t been using a lot of shares to grow the company is sitting on a gold mine to cover rapid expansion. Barring rotten luck or some unforeseen events something really big will happen practically over night. Can hardly wait but I will.
Thanks Bernie for sharing that lone complaint you filed two days ago.
Hi Plow, thank you very much for the advice and info, greatly appreciated. As you know I’ve been in it for the long haul. There is more than enough positive information readily available that far outweighs the nuisance of growing pains. I imagine if up listing was a piece of cake everyone would be doing it and that would not be a good thing. Thanks again and I’ll continue to look forward to what you bring to the board.
Hi amigo. Hey sort of a request if or when you have time I’d love to hear your take. Your thoughts on Amfil starting with the quick rise from .01 to its high and back to where we are now. Specifically thoughts on how, what, who and why. I have my own but it involves a few things I wouldn’t mention on a public site. I don’t have pm unfortunately. If you can respond, great. If not, no worries you’ve been plenty generous already. Best regards.
