I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt, and PCT Ltd may be at the mercy of accountants to prepare this information. With the state of things right now disruptions in business are to be expected, and I to will be elated by success.
Let's keep an open mind,

Well said Beer$$Money and that’s also what Gary the CEO said in the podcast
Whole-room cleaning company sees dramatic rise in clients

PCT has just installed a hypochlorous acid-based system at another New York City hospital and discusses business implications of coronavirus
PCT has installed its Annihilyzer System at another New York City hospital. Annihilyzer Infection Control System is a whole-room cleaning and disinfecting system for hospital and healthcare facilities.
Gary Grieco, CEO, said: “Due to current events, the last few weeks have seen interest in our company rise dramatically.”
The CEO explains that the company has developed cleaning and disinfecting protocols, utilised with its patented RFID material tracking system, for the proper use of solutions and electrostatic applicators being used in every area of the facility.
“As a result of the capabilities and benefits of our products, many companies and municipalities across a variety of industries and geographic locations are engaging in intense discussions with PCT. We believe that this hospital will be the first of many installations during the coming months,” Grieco explained.
Grieco explained on the Stock Day Podcast that the company believes it has developed a unique type of disinfectant system based on hypochlorous acid. “The core technology, which is hypochlorous acid, has been around for many years, but it’s had what the market has perceived as drawbacks - not because of its efficacy, but because it’s not a product that lends itself to storage long-term.”
Greico emphasised that their disinfecting system has demonstrated its ability to destroy various bacteria and viruses, without the noxious and other adverse side effects found with conventional chlorine solutions.
Grieco added: “All of our hospital customers using our infection control system and disinfectant are utilising the systems as a front-line defence throughout their facilities, including in all public area such as restrooms, lobbies, waiting rooms, elevators, corridors, cafeterias, etc. all throughout the day and night and in the presence of patients, staff and visitors.”

An article from March 2020, stated: “We expect to grow at the rate of two hospitals a month for the first part of this year and then to double that for the second half of the year. We have been dubbed a disruptive technology for hospitals. However, it does not have to be limited to hospitals. There are certainly other markets, such as assisted living facilities, schools, even companies and factories that could use this system to reduce sickness.”
Good idea Long Term, but I do not know anyone on that side of the pond. Hopefully someone does.

My head has been spinning every since Zomby and I spoke last night. Check out this link to a Smart Fusion Pole a solution provided by American Tower which is the leader in US cell tower management.

and it will not be long until coaxial cable is a thing of the past here in the USA. Replaced with fiber optics, all those flexible orange pipes being installed underground along the roadside. Also replaced with 5G which will also depend on fiber as its backbone.
https://www.wired.com/story/5g-is-coming-fortified-with-fiber/
"5G will happen in the airy realm of radio waves. To get there, big telecoms have to harness underused parts of the spectrum. But there's another crucial part underlying this system: lowly cable. Huge numbers of new transmitters will be needed to relay all that data to your phone, and many of those transmitters will still connect to the internet through fiber-optic cable...."
Leads to the next opportunities after UOIP/Chanbond finishes with the 13:
- Go after any other US cable providers before fiber optic takes over
- Go after the international market that can not afford the fiber infrastructure
- And finally thank you Zomby for pointing this out yesterday.... Who will get the contract to install all of these needed 5G antennas or what company will lead the manufacturing of them.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/stephenmcbride1/2019/03/20/this-stock-is-americas-5g-landlord-and-it-pays-a-3-8-dividend/#467c3dc76644
"5G needs hundreds of thousands of new cell towers. But they’ll be tiny compared to the 100+ foot tall cell towers you’re used to seeing.
A 5G signal can only carry about half a mile. So, instead of placing one giant cell tower every few miles, we’ll need to place small ones every couple thousand feet.
These small towers are about the size of a trash can. And soon there’ll be one on almost every street corner.
AT&T (T) says 5G will need 300,000 new cell towers. Keep in mind, there are only roughly 220,000 cell towers in the US today.
As you can imagine, building thousands of cell towers across America is a big, complex project.
Every state, city, and local government has its own ideas for where these towers should go, how much they should be taxed, and how they should be regulated......"
Let all of that sink in folks

It was expressed as a total royalty damages and not on an annual basis. They only mentioned a couple figures for a couple of the companies. I think it’s safe to say that the total for all 13 would be royalty damages in the neighborhood of $600 million

02/18/2020 Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Richard G. Andrews - Hearing regarding damages expert and scheduling conference held on 2/18/2020. Local counsel present for plaintiff: S. Brauerman. Local counsel present for defendants: J. Ying. Witness: David Teece. (Court Reporter Heather Triozzi.) (Text entry; no document attached.)
It is my pleasure and it was wonderful to spend time with LongTerm, Zomby and ZombyMomma ??
~Magnus
It’s was stated that not enough data was available at the time. I suppose this data will be made available to Dr Teece before the first trial.
~Magnus
Scheduling portion of today's process. Judge Andrews started by saying he would not consolidate 13 defendants into one trial. Saying it would produce a ridiculous mishmash of a case and probably can’t do it in view of the Severance Statute 35 usc section 299 (35 U.S. Code § 299), and even if you could do it he wouldn’t do it… 13 defendants does not simplify matters.
According to our expert Dr. David Teece’s the proposed royalties for the period of 2012 - 2018 :
Wave (less than Atlantic)
Wide Open West (less than Atlantic)
Atlantic Broadband $2.1 million
Cox $82 million
Bright House $28.2 million
Charter $75-$90 million
Comcast (the only one with a Willfulness claim and the largest proposed royalties)
The rest were not mentioned
The first trial was scheduled for Cox to start August 18th or 19th, no court on Friday the 21st and then carried into the week of the 25th. Pre-trial conference on June 25th at 9am
Judge Andrews asked both sides to discuss among themselves who would best to bring to trial for some time after Labor Day
Judge Andrews was asked if he would consider the first trial to contain consolidation to validity and he said no. The first trial is going to be a straight up trial us against Cox and this trail will give the court more insight on how to deal with the rest of the trials.
After the second trial, the rest will be scheduled as close as possible if that’s what everyone wants to be doing or not.
These are my notes from the public hearing held today.
~Magnus
Very interesting. I wonder if this has anything to do with the case not being on the court calendar.
Either way this is all speculation and assumptions, which do not do anyone any good. But what I do see is this water is beginning to boil, and next will be a good rolling boil before all this goodness will be done.

Let's break down coronaviruses also know as novel virus infections. Then look at killing the pathogens, slowing down the spread of 2019 Novel Coronavirus.
2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)
The virus appears to be a never-before-seen strain of coronavirus - a large family of viruses that can cause diseases ranging from the common cold to Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), which killed 349 people in mainland China and another 299 in Hong Kong between 2002 and 2003.
What are coronaviruses?
Coronaviruses are a family of viruses causing infection in humans and a variety of animals including birds and mammals such as camels, cats and bats. Coronaviruses are zoonotic, which means they can transmit between animals and humans.
To date, seven coronaviruses have been shown to also infect and cause illness in humans. When animal coronaviruses evolve, infect people and then spread between humans, it can lead to outbreaks such as what happened with MERS-CoV and SARS. These coronavirus-associated diseases have been less transmissible than influenza but are prone to large localised and healthcare-associated outbreaks.
Why should the 2019-nCov virus be closely monitored?
The 2019-nCoV identified in China is a new strain of coronavirus that has not been previously identified in humans. Outbreaks of novel virus infections among people are always of public health concern, especially when there’s little knowledge about the characteristics of the virus, how it spreads between people, how severe are the resulting infections and how to treat them.
Killing of bacteria/pathogens
Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) which is the foundation of the ANNIHILYZER™. HOCl shares the same chlorine family as bleach. Research shows that they both kill bacteria, fungus, spores, and viruses. Yet bleach is highly irritating to the eyes, skin, and lungs—and inhalation over long periods could be carcinogenic. In contrast, HOCl has a temporary and mild chlorine smell that dissipates quickly, it is non-irritating, and it does not have poisonous side effects.
Therefore it's safe to say the ANNIHILYZER™ will kill the virus and help reduce the spread of it. Bleach and alcohol will also kill the virus, but can also be harmful to humans unlike HOCl
Hope this helps,
~Magnus

NIH studies Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) kills microorganisms.
Hypochlorous Acid as a Potential Wound Care Agent
Part I. Stabilized Hypochlorous Acid: A Component of the Inorganic Armamentarium of Innate Immunity
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1853323/
Abstract
Objective: Hypochlorous acid (HOCl), a major inorganic bactericidal compound of innate immunity, is effective against a broad range of microorganisms. Owing to its chemical nature, HOCl has never been used as a pharmaceutical drug for treating infection. In this article, we describe the chemical production, stabilization, and biological activity of a pharmaceutically useful formulation of HOCl. Methods: Stabilized HOCl is in the form of a physiologically balanced solution in 0.9% saline at a pH range of 3.5 to 4.0. Chlorine species distribution in solution is a function of pH. In aqueous solution, HOCl is the predominant species at the pH range of 3 to 6. At pH values less than 3.5, the solution exists as a mixture of chlorine in aqueous phase, chlorine gas, trichloride (Cl3-), and HOCl. At pH greater than 5.5, sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) starts to form and becomes the predominant species in the alkaline pH. To maintain HOCl solution in a stable form, maximize its antimicrobial activities, and minimize undesirable side products, the pH must be maintained at 3.5 to 5. Results: Using this stabilized form of HOCl, the potent antimicrobial activities of HOCl are demonstrated against a wide range of microorganisms. The in vitro cytotoxicity profile in L929 cells and the in vivo safety profile of HOCl in various animal models are described. Conclusion: On the basis of the antimicrobial activity and the lack of animal toxicity, it is predicted that stabilized HOCl has potential pharmaceutical applications in the control of soft tissue infection.
....The biological effect of HOCl on bacteria has been extensively studied.22,25,26 HOCl has broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and is able to kill microorganisms very rapidly....

Stabilized hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is rapidly emerging as an exceptionally effective environmental disinfectant.
The Annihilyzer system produces an effective variable PPM hypochlorous acid solution that is created through an electrolytic process called Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA).
Hypochlorous Acid: Harnessing an Innate Response

Abstract:
Human pathogens are becoming resistant to antibiotics developed over the past century, and common infections once routinely managed by conventional antibiotics can now become fatal even with best-practice therapy. One method for addressing that developing risk is to attack pathogens before they become life-threatening infections using area and wound decontamination and disinfection techniques. Current methods for disinfection, however, can contribute to the development of resistance, prove toxic to tissues, and damage the environment. We review here an emerging technology based on hypochlorous acid (HOCl), with emphasis on a novel, stable form (Brio HOCLTM), that inactivates viruses, bacteria, endospores, and fungi, is safe for human tissues, is environmentally benign requiring no toxic waste disposal or hazardous material management, and is capable of degrading the infectivity of prions.

Introduction
Stabilized hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is rapidly emerging as an exceptionally effective environmental disinfectant. This development seems especially fitting amidst growing concerns about eco-persistence of synthetic chemicals, and antimicrobial resistance trends amongst newly resurgent agents of disease (Choffnes, Relman, and Mack, 2010; Coates, 2012; Gualerzi, Brandi, Fabbretti and Pon, 2014; Ventola, 2015)......

According to your RS example the stock price has gone up 7 to 8 times the before RS price. So the expected price after RS is $0.0007
My 2M shares which cost me $800
after RS will be 500 shares
Currently - 2M at $.0001 = $200.00
After RS - 500 at $.0007 = $0.35
The stock price would need to be $0.40 per share for me to get $200 back. I do not see that happening any time soon, so I will take my $200 now while someone is willing to pay that.

The 13 were trying to use a litigation value of the patents (The judges words). They were saying that the 3 inventors asked Sprint, Verizon... to buy the patents and they were not interested. The judge said something to the lines of "So if everyone does not make an offer, and when it comes to courts does that mean the patents have no value?" LOL
They referenced a time when the inventors were looking for investors and posted on a business selling message board that they wanted upper 7 digits.
The judge threw out this motion saying "Want and need" have to be factored in and their message board post was not relevant to the value of the patents because it was in the startup stage when they were looking for investors to help get it off the ground.
Come on LongTerm and Zomby..... you are leaving me out here alone :)
LOL!!!!
Long UOIP,
~Magnus
I was there and I am also awaiting the report from Zomby and LongTerm. I suck at reporting in written word what was said. I like reading people and the atmosphere of a room, but I will give another overview.
1. The judge dismissed the summary claim that the patents were invalid.
2. The judge dismissed part of the monetary evaluation that the 13 were using that extremely underestimated the value of the patents.
3. There was something else about precedent, that the case they refereed to was not relevant and the judge is giving them till tomorrow to submit something else. (I doubt they will, I feel like they came today with their best and it wasn't good enough)
I am sure I am leaving out a lot of good detail. However I feel very good about Judge Andrews, he is NOTHING like what some people would have you believe. There is also not validity to the Delaware courts having problems with patent trolls, as a matter of fact it wasn't even a slight presents of that agenda. Everyone should feel comfortable with the expertise of our legal team of Mishcon de Reya New York LLP lead by Robert Whitman.
Next hearing in January 2020 is the trial scheduling.

It was a great day for UOIP/Chanbond, 6 lawyers on our side of the courtroom and 14+ on their side. Judge Andrews is standup guy and a great judge. I really don’t know where people get off spreading flaming rumors about this judge.
Long and short is that today was a great day for us and the jury trial will be scheduled.
