EEGI - Patiently awaiting news for EEGI, and the direction the new CEO will take EEGI.
EEGI - Yes. That was LinkedIn. Feel free to ask Steve. I cannot speak for what Steve Smith will be doing.
EEGI - Shouldn't the trial be left to the professional legal system? Just because a suit is filed does not mean someone is guilt of actually commiting a crime... A guilty verdict would. Thus far there has been no verdict delivered on the suit to my knowledge. Since EEGI does not appear in the suit makes it a non-issue here at EEGI with EEGI being sold 3 months ago according to Steve Smith. If another suit is ever filed concerning EEGI then it would be an issue.
Ready to find out who now owns EEGI, and what plans there are for the future of EEGI.
Patiently waiting for news.
EEGI - Who here in EEGI did Steve Screw and how?
Shareholders are still invested. Didn't lose any money... How did they get screwed?
EEGI was already in shambles when Steve bought it. How did Steve make EEGI worse? He didn't. He did clean it up to get it current for a while. How did that hurt EEGI?
Steve did increase the Share structure, but anyone else would most likely have done the same. Steve did not do a R/S to wipe shareholders out. Steve did not pump EEGI and dump to make a fortune.
Did Steve run off with shareholders money? Obviously not because the are still shareholders. He sold EEGI and everyone still has their shares they held.
Is EEGI not in better shape than it was before Steve Smith bought it? Tell me again how Steve Smith screwed.any shareholder here at EEGI before exiting...
Patiently awaiting news for EEGI.
EEGI - No. Feel free to contact Steve with your questions as I did.
Patiently awaiting news for EEGI.
EEGI - I do agree with that; even though I do not believe there is a legal obligation to do so.
If direct contact had been made with Steve Smith from people with questions; then that information would probably been afforded sooner.
Three months of nonsense because questions were directed towards others instead of the CEO himself. Maybe there is a lesson in that.
I myself have been content just patiently awaiting news for EEGI.
EEGI - No. The news arrived "Tuesday" May 7, 2019; which is when Steve Smith responded to my LunkedIn message. EEGI being sold would put the date of the EEGI sale in February (3 months ago).
Hope this helps. Feel free to contact Steve Smith personally for validating the date if needed.
Patiently awaiting news for EEGI.
EEGI - "Today" is May 8th, 2019. "Tuesday" was May 7, 2019. That would mean EEGI was sold in February 2019. As there is no date stamp with the time stamp; If other verification is needed then please contact Steve Smith directly.
EEGI - Will this do?
EEGI - Simplified would that mean you have no information directly from Steve Smith about EEGI?
EEGI - Yes! Can YOU?
EEGI - Maybe the others have heard directly from Steve Smith, and can post what they have heard from him.
EEGI - Can you share anything from Steve Smith about EEGI that he has told you?
EEGI - Patiently awaiting news for EEGI from CEO.
None of that other stuff matters since EEGI was not named in the documentation.
EEGI - Have you contacted Steve Smith lately?
I personally am not worried about any charges against Steve Smith, and I believe there is nothing that mentions EEGI in any of the posted documents against Steve Smith.
Might want to contact Steve Smith yourself regarding your questions.
EEGI - No news about EEGI directly from the company at this point.
Patiently awaiting news here at EEGI.
Good to see you on here PSWS!
EEGI - Already combed through the document, and unless it directly states EEGI being involved; then no... It does not matter at this point. There has been no verdict from the court posted for this document's charges; thus no proof of actual being guilty of said charges at this time. Again... No mention of EEGI in this document. If a verdict of "guilty" is handed down by a court of law (not a stock board) then that could change what matters here.
Patiently awaiting news at EEGI.
EEGI - I completely agree as well OTC Buyer.
EEGI - At the present moment it seems EEGI is in limbo, and those who have a stake in EEGI are patiently awaiting news to find out what will happen here.
Patiently awaiting news from CEO Steve Smith.
EEGI - Ahhh. Once again you misunderstand. I have made money in EEGI to the tune of several thousand. Just because I have shares riding from the last run does not mean that I have lost or not made money with EEGI.
EEGI - Documentation please....
EEGI - Sigh.... So much for documentation about MMG knowing more than CEO Steve Smith about EEGI.
Patiently awaiting news for EEGI from CEO Steve Smith.
EEGI - Ahhh. I see... And that is why you are here on the EEGI board? Just hanging around talking about documentation of MMG knowing more about EEGI than CEO Steve Smith himself, but yet not posting that documentation for others too see.
Unlike some... I do and have always posted documentation. Whether it pans out of not; I do post supporting information gathered here about EEGI. Screenshots, links, and even emails.
"If you know what I mean."
EEGI - to date no loss of money here at EEGI personally.
Seems that some documented information about MMG knowing more than CEO Steve Smith would solidify negative opinion here.
Anything else might just be considered stock board opinions for those who need saving from Pinkyland; as if they already didn't know the risks.
EEGI - Maybe sharing all that documentation since CEO Steve Smith took over EEGI might be helpful for anyone who is on the fence about buying shares would help them make decisions.
EEGI - Is there documented information showing that MMG knows more about what is going on with EEGI than CEO Steve Smith?
EEGI - Perfectly content patiently awaiting news from CEO Steve Smith for EEGI.
You should make your own phone call to CEO Steve Smith with your questions.
EEGI - A little more information for the possibility that AIC may not be done for.
Patiently awaiting news for EEGI, and keeping an eye on filings for both AIC and EEGI.
https://www.wyregisteredagent.net/wyoming-company/dissolution
EEGI - Just because there was a missed tax filing by our CEO does not necessarily mean that AIC is done for...
Patiently waiting for news on EEGI.

EEGI - Patiently waiting for news here at EEGI.
EEGI - Wow! That was a huge run there.... Thanks for pointing that out.
EEGI - For what?
EEGI - Patiently awaiting news from CEO Steve Smith here at EEGI.
Worked well being patient before CEO Steve Smith became CEO. In my opinion, it will work out well with CEO Steve Smith as CEO.
Go EEGI
EEGI - You're saying that I am saying "possibly scammed investors"???
YOU:
EEGI - Would CEO Steve's exit from EEGI be with all that money he has not made from pumping his stock here at EEGI? Lmao.
EEGI - Steve may very well still have interest in SHRK... Possibly as a private company now; which would now be what SHRK would be? Correct?
Patiently awaiting news from CEO Steve Smith for EEGI.
EEGI - What will that mean for EEGI? How will it effect EEGI? Are EEGI and SHRK not separate entities? I personally do not see it doing anything here at EEGI.
Patiently awaiting news for EEGI from CEO Steve Smith.
EEGI - I couldn't agree more with you. EEGI has a great following. I am sure there are plenty more sitting patiently and quietly awaiting news from CEO Steve Smith here at EEGI.
I'll be watching...
