Mkay mkay... The merger though would be about about customer acquisition that leads to revenues this service just needs more users. The revenue stream makes sense just needs "population". Get beta killers users then open in Cali once they are open to rec pot. Then ct is more than profitable. Either way the more users or the more dispensaries the more revenue generated.

So in this same section you are ignoring other revenue models that are not implemented yet... You are looking at revenue as if all streams are in place / at full operation... Reaching for a full glass of water before the sink is on... Testing environments are never obviously to scale than production...

Mate really with these numbers...

First off the numbers are quite good taking into account the projections they have for the future. if they are able to generate 1258 deals off of 9 dispensaries in three months, well as you like to do that's:
(1258 deals sent out / 9 dispensaries = ~140 deals per dispensary / 3 months = ~50 deals per dispensary per month).
That is pretty damn good not only for Citizen Toke but the dispensaries that are sending the deals, that is a lot of extra revenue generated for those businesses.
Also you are finally catching up to the times Nio little by little you are finally correct in your statement that the beta has been running for only 3 months not since last thanksgiving... good job catching up to the rest of us :)

Where are you getting the 10c valuation for each message sent? Legit question I have not seen anything regarding how pricing for the service will happen why are you throwing out random numbers?

See it is not that hard to make up bullshit, I can do that as well but lets go off of a follow through model for fun. If a customer actually goes through with purchasing the deal because of the Citizen Toke service then lets say they get a cut. $100 average deal pricing and Citizen Toke gets 25% (as the dispensary is getting marketing and customer acquisition for much cheaper through Citizen Toke) that's $25 per deal followed through on and if we go off of the click through rate of ~40% that's ~500 deals so 500 * $25 = $12,500!!! and that is only with 9 dispensaries!!!
With these totally not made up or chosen to fit my narrative numbers, CT will be PROFITABLE at ~30 dispensaries!!! And remember they are only in 2 small parts of Colorado, once California is open the money flood gates shall open as well.

Also you see tanking I see holding and to answer your question directly... Of course it is due to the constant delay to launch but I have no doubt that once it launches pps will pick up and when revenues are generated pps will pick up more then when profits are shown pps will skyrocket.

I just like most every other investor would like to see the full launch but I understand taking it slow to much stuff is rushed to prod these days.

No we really don't I am incredibly optimistic about this stock but blind positivity is not a good thing. When you find a stock you like and think will do well look for the bad stuff in it. That way you can have balanced idea before investing. Just being positive also will not affect pps...

Looks pretty good... would like to note the "Citizen Toke is free and always will be." line under the "The App" section. So it would be reasonable to think that they are using this strictly as a customer acquisition / marketing tool for dispensaries, so the dispos will be footing all the cost for the app. Wonder how the pricing will be laid out: per text / per purchase through a deal / per new customer acquisition through a sign up program or something... it'll be interesting to see.

Further more a supposed accurate count of 12 dispensaries that are affiliated with CT. I remember more being spoken about on this board with no actual proof but hey now we got something a heck of a lot more tangible...

Nio bud I am gonna have to call you on this... where are you getting your information from for this cause it seems super sketch for a COO turned CEO to only have 2M shares when someone such as I is sitting on 7.5M. say he has averaged at my level (which is obviously an overprice) that would equate to ~$3600, are you saying that is all Burke has invested in this company and can you provide documentation for his share count in the company as again I only do this for Shits and Giggles so I would not know where to find it... help a brotha out, provide information for claims you are stating and teach a newbie some new tricks. :D
