I'm soooo embarrassed. Wrong board. Argh.
The latest PR made mention of short sellers. Smart shorts should cover now. I kinda how they don't. I wouldn't mind seeing shorts getting skewered by ACGX at above a penny.
You sound like Kid's evil twin.
Manipulation won't be as bad once more investors find out about ACGX.
This is good.
You want the share price to collapse? Weird.
It's about time.
But when?
Of course they're still in business. Their phones still ring. 855.712.8557
No reason to sell under $0.02. And that's just my two cents.
Patience. Alliance is young. There's plenty of room on the upside.
He wouldn't advertise an RS if that was truly the plan.
Talking about RS is very premature. I have a feeling a buyback will be much more likely.
Hear! Hear!
Oh, ok. I'll call Buffet.
Oh my... Really?
There are some unsavory characters at work here. That much is obvious. Let's hope they like orange jumpsuits.
Company to evaluate strategy to upgrade its position in the public markets.
Excellent!
I get a feeling that we're mere days away from something big, something good.
M is shorthand for 1,000; MM stands for 1,000,000 or 1,000X1,000. Etymologically, "M" is from Latin and was used to signify 1,000 (e.g. Roman numerals).
So, you wrote that you have 50-100M. In other words you own 50 shares to 100,000 shares.
The more you know.
We need fewer wannabe day-traders. I would like us to stay in this range for about a year. I want very little volume, just enough to let day-traders exit, but not enough to let them back in. And then slowly, as to not attract more day-traders, move the market cap to over 100MM where it belongs. Then, I'll slowly sell, and make a few million bucks.
Perhaps you should look at the list again. These HOT companies' $-moves are a tiny fraction of what ACGX has done in the past. ACGX's base is way stronger then the so-called hot stocks. Only a matter of time before everyone will want a piece of Alliance.
At some point, if the sp doesn't better reflect fundamentals, Alliance will be acquired by bigger players. Either way, shareholders win. At these levels, I can't come up with a reasonable scenario where shareholders lose. ACGX market cap is just waaaay too undervalued.
At these levels ACGX is 'strong buy' based on:
Company Achieved Record Revenues in 2017 with $18,322,208
Company Achieved Record Gross Profits in 2017 with $3,675,008
2017 Revenues were up 62.5% compared to 2016
Total Convertible Debt reduced by about $450,000 - goal to be at zero by 6/30/18
Total Company Balance Sheet Assets were over $6,400,000
New Trucking Partnership finalizing soon
New areas to evaluate future opportunities include Real Estate and Blockchain technology
-----x------
Hell, the assets alone are double the market cap. So what can you lose by buying at these levels?
Excellent points.
Well, this seems like a good thing for retail investors. Unless I'm missing something?
It's low-volume manipulation that won't work long term. ACGX is not only highly undervalued, but also oversold.
Niiice!
Great things ahead. Alliance is a great company. Those who hold will be rewarded.
That in itself isn't so strange. I, for one, only post here. This is the only penny stock I own. It's the only place I post.
Thank you for posting this information. Very good!
"Back then" vs "more than," do you see the difference?
But, as to your point. Many companies that trade on the OTC market don't disclose their financial data at all. OTC-traded companies that actually do disclose (e.g. Alliance), release financial data in lockstep. I'm not sure in what way you wish disclosure to occur.
I think we could use more investors, fewer traders.
Sky's not falling after all. I wonder why so many posters are spreading falsehoods. Perhaps they sold and wish back in on the cheap?
4MM market cap and 18MM in revenues? Can't fight mother nature forever. ACGX will be moving up, big time.
Couldn't possibly agree with the quote more than I do. It's the correct attitude to have with your shareholder's value.
I've never sold in less than a year, and I've never sold any equity at a loss. I know that sometimes, even though a 200% gain is nice, it's worth holding for 20X return or 1900% gain. I believe ACGX is that 20-bagger. Although my average is in the trips, I won't let go a single blessed share for less than two pennies. And yes, I do own a fair chunk.
I don't think that you wanted to respond to my post. For the record, I ain't going nowhere. I'm looking for a 20-bagger.
Settlers and buyers.
Ah, thank you for explaining yourself to me.
