Why all the hype for Dharma Pharmaceuticals and why does anyone believe that their approval to build will do anything for the stock price?
BLDV helped them write and go through the application process but that is basically done and over with. If I am not mistaken the consulting/guidance to build was done for a flat fee. Unless Dharma or another like company wants to enter into another consulting agreement there is no further monies to be made from this deal for BLDV.
BLDV does not own nor are they even partnered with Dharma as far as the actual manufacturing/marketing/sales of product which is where there is actual money to be made. No matter if Dharma sells 1 or 100 million, BLDV's role is likely over with them and I have not seen anything indicating that we will receive any part of their profits.
Feel free to correct my understanding if I am wrong
As of yesterday TD was allowing me to place orders. Today= Nothing
TD Ameritrade no longer allowing online trades of BLDV. Thats not good. Anyone else having issues?
Des,
Betty Alper (Betty Bot) is his daughter. BLDV and Joshua Alper himself has confirmed this in the past through one of his radio/internet interviews. If you do do some social media and online database searches, you will also find that they are father/daughter. You can also find pictures of them together since her childhood.
I agree things need to be streamlined but I also think it is fair for BLDV to be transparent with their shareholders in regards to how and who they are giving back these previously held "wholly owned subsidiaries". Shares were issued to acquire these entities and to fund certain positions for a specified amount of time. Now that BLDV no longer possesses these entities nor are the persons who were given shares in exchange for a specified amount of labor time part of BLDV, are shares or cash coming back in exchange for the entities themselves or for the individuals who are no longer required to fulfill the "work contract" that they were already paid to carry out?
In regards to who now controls MPT as of 4/1/18, I am guessing Koolaid is making an assumption based upon the hypothesis I mentioned in a previous post. I didn't say an Alper did purchase it, I just stated that it seems awfully suspicious that BLDV would hand over such a big entity on a specific date in exchange for a future promissory note that according to the PR hasn't even been completed yet? Why not disclose the buyer if they already have control of the business?
A couple questions for someone smarter than me.....
1. If MPT and Betty Bot are returning to privately held businesses, then what is in it for BLDV and/or it's share holders?
2. What does BLDV/shareholders receive for "selling" MPT and Betty Bot back to a privately held company/person? I see it says BLDV WILL RECEIVE a 250k promissory note for MPT but nothing specific for Betty Bot. (is Betty Bot just part of the 250?)
3. On July 3, 2017 Betty Alper (aka Betty Bop & Alper's daughter) was issued 5 million Class C shares (worth 50 million class A) in return for managing Betty Bop for 2 years. She has completed roughly 9 months of her "contract" but now Betty Bop is returning to a privately held company. Does that mean she is no longer entitled to the over 3 million Class C shares she was issued but will no longer works for as a subsidiary of BLDV? Are those share returned/retired?
4. Anyone know any DD on who the "privately held owners" of MPT will be? It says that MPT will return to privately held on April 1st but it also says that BLDV "will receive" a promissory note. So BLDV is giving MPT up without even having a promissory note in hand yet? Sounds a little odd to me unless the new owners also have the last name Alper.
Not trying to cause controversy but honestly curious.
PS- Will BLDV please find an articulate person to proof read their PR's and financials before publishing them!!!??? Financial's say everything is "begging" instead of beginning. Maybe it's just a Freudian slip by management because I am "begging" at this point also....begging for positive news, begging for an increase in share price, begging for an actual project that gets completed.
Two hours ago they posted that this is still on for February 1st. Can someone post a screen shot of this "chat"?
Where have they stated that it is being pushed back? Until verified by the company, I think this is someone just trying to cause opening bell panic.
Less than 18 hours ago, they were still tweeting Feb 1st.
How is BLDV a licensed producer?
Quality Green is licensed but unless I completely missed it, Quality Green is in no way owned, operated, or a subsidiary of BLDV. They are strictly a client of BLDV that pays a specific fee for BLDV's services. BLDV does not get any proceeds from what they do or sell.
For comparison sake, I can own a building that I lease to Company A for $2000 per month. Regardless of whatever Company A makes, sells, or does I still only get $2000 per month regardless of whether Company A makes $1 or $1 million per month.
No where have I seen an agreement that indicated BLDV will get a percentage of what Quality Green manufactures or sells. Everything discussed has been on the basis of a specific "flat fee" consulting or construction fee......If I am wrong or missed something please feel free to show me. I think that it would be great if BLDV was entitled to certain percentages of what Quality Green actually produces or sells but that is not the understanding I have of their agreement/relationship.
BLDV 3rd Quarterly Posted
Unfortunatley not looking so good-
$438K loss,
BLDV/AMS now needs $20 mil to complete facility,
104 million Preferred C shares issued (converts to over 1 billion common),
30 Million Preferred B shares to Clean 1st (90 million common) still to be issued,
Uhg--Losing faith fast

The AMS "hiring" notice has been on the website since the creation of it over 3 years ago. Try applying---No confirmation emails, no return eamials, no anything. Try signing up for anything else--- nothing. Unfortunately AMS is no closer to hiring, let alone operating, since the shell of the building was put up nearly two years ago now. Still no building permits or work activity at the AMS facility.
Frustrating for all those who were led to believe the 4/20/17 PR that insinuated that completion of the facility was nearly done.
It's an error and has been that way all day and not just on BLDV. Nearly half of my portfolio is coming up that way. I called them this morning and they said they were aware of it and working to fix it. They indicated that the system is adding at least the 3rd and 4th digits from the end of the number. Thye are not supposed to be there.
If you type in the symbol in the streaming quote section the correct bid/ask will come up but if you just look at it normally by clicking on the symbol (stock profile) it adds the 2-3 digits to both the did/ask. they said that the 3rd & 4th digit from the ends are eror
Reverse spilts sound enticing but rarely are they ever good for an OTC listing.

IIPR revenue the last reported quarter was roughly $1.25 million.
BLDV revenue the last reported quarter was roughly $56000.
IMO, you can hardly compare the two because of the HUGE difference in share structure. BLDV has anywhere bewtween 2.5 - 5 Billion shares.
IIPR only has 3.5 million.
Even if you were super conservative due to restricted shares, shares held at DTC, etc, and believe the BLDV share structure is roughly 3 Billion, the equivelant pps of BLDV as compared to IIPR for the same value would be around .02 cents.
Don't get me wrong, I would be happy with obtaining $.02 but never in the wildest dreams would you ever see $19 for BLDV.

I am amazed at how many people on both sides of the fence claim to have done their own DD but yet can't get some of the simple things figured out.
Betty (Betty Bot Bakery) is Joshua's daughter NOT his wife.
Jonathan Alper is Joshua brother, NOT his son.
JPS** on this message board is NOT Joshua Alper so please stop begging him to put things on "the wire" when he has no control over it. It only encourages him to repost things from weeks, months, and even years ago.
I will be really curious to see the 3Q financials. Yesterdays PR makes it sound like they have already been prepared but Alper has a history of delaying them by asking for an extension the week they are due. We should see next week.
Until the 3Q is released, I just don't see to many people getting overly excited about the "increased revenues" that were touted. (this seems to be apparent by the dropping/stagant share price once again after a PR) IMO it's not to hard to claim/pump "increasd revenues" over two aspects of the company (Betty Bot & MPT) that were not even operating in the first two quarters of the year. While increased revenue is better than no revenue, it means relatively nothing until we see what the costs of obtaining those revenues actually was. Ideally, I would want to actually see an increase in profits and/or cash on hand to truly believe that this is going in the direction most hope.
As far as the AMS portion of things, that was the reason that I (and I assume many others) actually decided to invest in BLDV. Unfortunately I get the gut feeling that there is beginning to be some back-pedalling from what initially was claimed with BLDV & AMS. Time will tell but it wouldn't surprise me if the partial AMS building ends up being sold to a different MJ company. As of two weeks ago, there still had not been any additional permits drawn through the city of Hanover to resume construction of on any portion of the building. I also find it intriguing that as of right now, AMS doesn't exist other than the address for the building under construction. No address, no PO box, etc. Even the AMS board members don't claim affiliation with AMS on their facebook, linkedin, or other business pages. To me, that just signals trouble.
I truly wonder if BLDV is better off staying out of the actual grow business nad working more on just the cleaning, marketing, & technology side of things for as many MJ companies as they can get.
Either way, I agree with some others who have stated that BLDV needs a focus. I just hope they can find it in time to salvage whats left of this pps.
I don't discriminate between positive or negative DD. I have posted both and believe that both are good to take in and understand before making financial decisions.
What I dont do however is take others posts for truth or fiction until I do my own DD as well. If I find inconsistancies, I point them out no matter if it comes from someone with thousands of posts or just a few. If it's DD that I also find to be accurate, I am thankful for the additional knowledge and that posters DD.
The reason I (and I assume many others) come to message boards is to try to learn new information about an investment both good and bad so that I can make an educated decision. That includes info on timelines, pps projections, purchases, law changes, etc. Thats why I don't mind seeing both sides of people's perspectives.
As I have said before, I am BLDV long. I just don't have the need to mislead or be dishonest (intentionally or unintentionally) just to try to sucker others. Maybe thats not how pennyland normally works, but thats how I will conduct myself.
Good luck to you and hope
Posted the same article last week. To me it just reinforces that the work being done is being done to the entire Industrial area, not specifically for AMS or property belonging to AMS.
Don't get me wrong I am for any development that could possibly bring AMS to fruition faster but I just dont think this is the big buildout that will lead to licensing.
Here is what the article referring to the hanover minutes stated. For the record, I have not actually seen a link to or read the true minutes of the meeting.
"Hanover council carried a vote for the recommendation that they accept a tender of $380,718.47 including HST from Cedarwell Excavating Ltd. for the cut, fill and grading of the site for Alternative Medical Solutions on 1st Street in the industrial park. The tender also includes the same to be done to the land on the north side of 1st Street.
“There are no buildings being put up at this time,” Tedford said.
A final vote will be made at a future council meeting.
The way I read it was that Hanover was authorizing a contract for work to begin or be completed by Cedarwell including what will be needed for the AMS property as well as the other parcels along the roadway. Not sure if it was part of the original agreement or incentive package between AMS and Hanover when they first purchased the property but when I spoke to the lady at Cedarwell she was clear that the work was being down for Hanover not AMS.
I will try to get clarification when I reach out to Mr. Tedford next week.
Good luck
Just so you are aware, the first link you provided (ghmedia) was an article/website created by a journalism class for their class project in the fall of 2015.
I tried to contact Hanover Director of Development Don Tedford to clarify his comments. His voicemail indicated that he is out of the office until July 31st.
In regards to the work being done by Cedarwell Excavating, I contacted them and spoke to them about what was contained in the council minutes. They confirmed that the tender discussed is for work expected to be done (not already done in the past) which is good. They indicated that they will be working on the drainage ditches and roadway that run along the north and south side of 1st St as well as the east and west sides of 18th Ave. The work they are doing is for the town of Hanover, not AMS. They also confirmed that they have nothing to do with the AMS buildout. It apears much of the work is being done in an attempt to sell some of the surrounding properties and attract some new businesses to their industrial park. Below is a link showing additional properties surrounding AMS that Hanover is attempting to sell. It also appears to show how some of the surrounding properties have been subdivided into smaller properties. While looking into this I did find an article from 2014 that indicated that AMS has an additional 2 acres to the south of their current property that they have "right of first refusal on" but currently AMS does not own any of the other surrounding properties.

Anyway, I agree that any progression is good, but I don't think this is the big buildout that we are all hoping for.
Respectfully, there is a certain online group that monitors BLDV & the AMS build-out. Included within that group recently was a copy of a complete email chain between one of the members & Joseph Groleau (not just a manufactured sentence to make it look like an email) indicating that there was "nothing material to report" in regards to the AMS build-out. Groleau even went on to say that progression towards further construction has been slow.
In addition there are two members who live minutes away from the facility that indicate there has been no activity since the shell was erected nearly two years ago now. As of less than 2 months ago, permits for the interior buildout have yet to be obtained.
If you don't believe me, just Wednesday one of the Hanover local media outlets interviewed Don Tedford, the town of Hanover's director of development in regards to the AMS building. He confirmed that no interior work has began. In his interview, he did at least provide an updated timeline as to what he is being told by AMS. He indicates that they are hoping for a 10 month timeline to be done with the interior in order to be done in time for marijuana legalization- July 1 2018. Below is the link- Feel free to take a read & listen to audio of his interview as reported by the news station.

Which post are you referring to? Is Joshua Alper posting on this board?
It's not a matter of whether people are reading the DD, it's the fact that people want to see results come from the DD. I have read all sorts of DD on BLDV and more importantly I have done some DD myself.
IMO, Much of the problem is that many of BLDV's DD posted, re-posted, & re-posted again is from several months to several years back with still little to no significant revenue that has come from those PR's. Just because a BLDV PR indicates that there is a "consulting agreement" or MOU with a multi-million dollar company, it doesn't mean that the agreement itself is worth multi- millions for BLDV and many seem to jump to that conclusion.
Acquisitions, consultations, meetings, expo's, etc.. are fine and dandy, but many (including myself) want to see some results from those things. For many, when PR's and posted DD re-hash only the company ideals without positive results (revenue), people (especially in pennyland) lose interest.
And when people lose interest in pennyland, so falls the pps.
Simple formula- Positive Results + substantive PR = PPS UP
Unknown Results + Loss of Interest= PPS Down
My take of yesterday's CC and why there appears to be a decline/no significant positive movement of the pps.
1- IMO CC's rarely provide answers to the specific questions shareholders want to know. I submitted 6 or 7 questions and none were answered. CC's like yesterdays allow the company to "cherry pick" the questions that they want to reply to and avoid the tougher ones or those that may not be as positive.
2. As I said yesterday, the first part of the CC IMO was "lip service" in regards to any AMS progress or timelines. We got the typical repairman type response of "We're working on it". Not even a glimmer of prospective completion or so much as a "We hope to have financing, build-out, etc., completed by such and such date. Now I know that exact dates are not necessarily possible, but at least give a true indication as to expectations whether it be next month, by the end of the year, or even 2020. At least then it puts into context where they are looking at versus an indefinite timeline.
3. While I'm sure I haven't been in BLDV land as long as others, it seems BLDV has many projects, acquisitions, consultations, etc. that they are working and sending PR's out about, However, we never seem to hear about the projects coming to fruition and/or revenue streams (positive or negative) associated with them. For example, Bot Bakery- over a month and a half ago they indicated they were obtaining the license and opening the storefront however according to a Chicago friend it still has not happened. Why? What happened? When now? (Question I asked and wasn't addressed in CC) While I agree that a diverse company is good, I would rather see fewer subsidiaries with concrete results versus several subsidiaries with only half finished projects.
4. PR's that overly pump or are lacking substanance, repetitive PR's/DD from months or even years prior (trying to give the illusion that it is "breaking or new news"), and not having open and candid conversations does nothing to help the pps. I would actually argue that it does quite the opposite. IMO it may lead many to grow impatient because of unrealized or false proclamations that appear to have been "guaranteed". When those timelines fail to come to fruition and the company does not do much to indicate why, how, or what's next, it causes people to sell.
5. In the second half of the CC, I believe Alper highlighted some things for BLDV that has the potential to be very good. I understand that it is good to explore these things early but please, lets accomplish and see some results from what BLDV has already started as well.
Just My Opinion
I heard and appreciate that but I am talking more about the timeline of having an operational and profitable facility
Done deal??? Sounded more like some lip service...."moving forward" but not even a hint at closing on funding.
Did you ask them how long construction will take once they begin or are they indicating 6 months from now?...Potentially a big difference.
Below is some DD I did and posted the first week of May. Since then I tried to contact AMS through their email and I even tried signing up for their employment opportunity notifications through their website but didn't get a response from either.
IMO, if you are relying solely on AMS to make BLDV big money PPS, it may be a long wait. With that said, I am and will continue to hold with everything else they have in the works. Long holder
Here is some DD that I have been working on in regards to things I have heard about BLDV in regards to
- stage 6 already completed
- licensing, stage 7, will be completed within a few weeks
- AMS building is completed or will be completed within next few weeks/ by summer
- BLDV will be importing/exporting MJ
- BLDV has a contract with Canada/Israel
- Marijuana legal in Canada by July
As part of my DD, I reached out to Health Canada and to the city of Hanover (Inspections office)to get some clarification on what each stage entails, what has been completed, what processes still need to occur, and to confirm/negate what info I have heard. While some of those that I spoke with wouldn't give me specific answers as to how it relates to BLDV and AMS I did get some good Info on the processes.
In regards to marijuana being legal in July;
July of 2018 not this July
In regards to Health Canada's position on MJ import/export;
They sent me a link to their website which at this time basically indicates that due to quality control, regulatory practices, etc, import/export would only be permitted under very limited circumstances. They indicated that this applies to MJ itself not necessarily to technologies or other corresponding processes that I believe BLDV is exploring. Obviously this may change with different laws in July 2018 but we will see..
www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/licencedproducer-producteurautorise/import-eng.php
In regards to the stages of Health Canada licensing;
BLDV has reached Stage 6 however it has not yet been passed/approved. I was advised that Stage 6 requires not just building plans but an actual building inspection that includes interior buildout, storage vaults, security protocols, etc.. Being as the interior buildout has not yet begun on the building, obviously Stage 6 has not yet been approved as some have indicated.
In regards to the interior buildout;
While the building permit office would not give me specific information in regards to AMS's facility or what exact permits have been pulled they advised that "at this time" the only permits they could confirm were in regards to the initial structure of the building and plot/utility plans which if I am not mistaken was a couple years ago. When I inquired about how long it would take to get a facility like that to have plans approved, constructed, and inspected their opinion was minimum 7-10 months. Obviously just an opinion but I would think that would be reasonable.
Where does that leave us in regards to BLDV/AMS full licensing; (my opinion)
Based upon what I learned and researched, I would guess that AMS is still between 12-18 months away from full licensing. Hopefully in perfect timing to Canada's legalization.
In regards to "contracts" with Canada and Israel;
I think there is some confusion with some that BLDV is in contracts with Health Canada or the actual government of Israel. Maybe someone with more specific expertise can explain otherwise but based upon my DD, I have been unable to find any actual agreements with either of the governments.
Once again, this post is not to discourage or encourage but it is what I have discovered to date. I also don't mean for this to be gospel as it is only my research and what I was told by Health Canada and city of Hanover. Things can obviously change and we all may make mistakes or get bad info but I would rather make decisions, good or bad, based off true and realistic information.
Still holding my few million shares but recognizing that this is a long term deal.
Good luck. Go BLVD
Another board/discussion indicated 500 million shares for the remaining 80% of Cannabis Clean..... Not sure I believe that, but is there anyone else that has heard or can confirm the agreement?
If I am not mistaken, didnt Alper say in the interview that they are looking for non dilutive partners but in the same breath he also mentioned that shares are exactly how they aquired the remaining 80% of Cannabis Clean? Have they released what it actually took to aquire the remaining 80%? I can't seem to find it.
Obviously some positive news today but I also have a few questions that maybe someone smarter than me can answer. I may have just overlooked some intel somewhere or maybe it just hasnt yet been disclosed...
1. Was there any diclosures on what the "strategic partnership" entails in regards to what roles each company will play?. Are they paying BLDV for services/distributorship? Is BLDV paying them for better R&D for cannibus Clean development?
2. Depending on above question was there any known info on how things will be paid for? Flat fee? % of sales? Shares?
3. When Steve Morrow says "this gives us the exclusive in the Cannabis Industry", what is the "exclusive" he is referring to? Exclusive company use of the device? Exclusive of BLDV for licensing it to other companies?
Thanks- just trying to read through and understand the long sentences with big words.
What was the question you actually asked them? As someone who has spent a career in PR drafting both good/bad press releases, I tend to read between the lines. His reply was "we have a six month construction schedule to build out our facility"
I read that as though he is saying that it will take 6 months to build out the facility once they actually begin buildout but it doesn't specifically say when they are going to begin.. Now? A month from now? A year? Thats why I am curious how you actually asked the question. .....
For example, I knew it was going to take 8-10 months for me to build my house but I didnt start for a year after I bought the land. However when someone asked me how long it was gonna take to build, I would simply say 8-10 months.
Really???---- Offices were closed last night when they challenged you to call and they have not opened yet this morning. Nice try
TD ticker is actually KWFLF
Good post Sterv.
I agree with much of what you are stating. I am just a little more pessimistic in regards to the timelines that many are hoping and or indicating will occur. For example those videos are from May 5, 2014 and obviously at the time they were only expecting for things to take 1 year to be "up and running." It's been 3 years and while somewhat closer, they will still have a lot of buearacracy to crawl through to be fully operational, "up and running", and profitable.
With that being said, I agree BLDV has many more irons in the fire than most mj start-ups and I hope they can close those deals on some of those other areas to carry or bridge the gap until AMS becomes the workhorse.
I feel that the more people that learn about the big picture and realize that patience may be key in regards to the AMS side of things, the more likely that we can get some good holders to help the overall performance of the stock and try to eliminate some of the everyday flippers.
Thanks again for your DD....I would love to know your connections as it seems you have an closer view to many of the inner-workings. Good luck. #HOLDBLDV
Agreed
I like and root for your optimism but Realistically I think there are several things that still need to fall into place and I am not sure that will come within the next few months.
IMO AMS is still at least 12-18 months from licensing so any large increases that will come soon need to come from some of the other BLDV subsidiraries. I also don't think that a vegan bakery will raise the pps or a large amount of capital as some hope.
I would love to see some more marketing and contracts with some of BLDV's cleaning, pesticide, chemical side of things...things that can be marketed to many of the new mj companies not just AMS.
Depending on Canada's changes to the import/export laws that appear to be in the works with July 2018 recreational legalization, there lies huge potential to gain us a larger pps if BLDV is able to gain some solid contracts.
Based off of the current share structure, I see .05 - .10 being at the top end of BLDV once everything shakes out but once again I think it will take time.
I am really hoping to see some positive numbers with the May 20th financials release but in the back of my head, I also have a slight nagging fealing that things may be negative. I hope this not to be the case but I have slight fear that ALPER may have overspent on his wife/daughters bakery dreams.
Here are a few articles I found talking about the same processes BLDV will need to go through. Some are a year or two old so I am unsure if there have been updated regulations or procedures

I was a little surprised as well. I have been trying to find the exact blog/web page that I read it but to be honest I have been trying to reaearch several MJ companies and I don't remember which one I found it on.
I did find several others pages though that reference needing a license to grow but then needing a seperate license to sell. I am not sure if that is the difference between stages 6 & 7 or if selling is a different licensing process entirely.
I will continue to try and confirm the processes
I don't have the specific address but it is on the corner of 1st Street and 18th Avenue, Hanover, Ontario.
Actual building structure is completed and sewer/water service are on site. No power permits have been pulled as of yet and interior buildout has not yet begun. It sounds as if they are seeking financing to complete the buildout. Not sure if that is all on BLDV, AMS or combination of both.
IMO patience will be needed with this aspect of BLDV. I had read on another MJ companies blog about their licensing process with Health Canada that complete buildout must be completed before approval of Stage 6 and the first crop must be grown and tested before Stage 7 - Full licensing can be obtained.
Betty Bot Bakery is a vegan and gluten free bakery that Alper's daughter Betty has been running out of a farmers market for the past couple years. They indicate that they have MJ recipes however until Illinois were to legalize MJ they can not sell them. From what I understand the license is just to occupy and sell food from a storefront. Not a license for mj.
