Actually 5 billion shares...getting to 0.1 will be a enormously difficult feat. Getting to $1 will take nothing short of divine intervention...and even then it will probably fall short.
Also a shout out to acamp for helping carry some of us through a brutal quarter for the MJ market. Hopefully this quarter he won't have the need to go to bat defending UBQU every second of the day. I'm looking at this quarter to be the fresh start we have been waiting for...onward!
Remaining profitable with q3 and q4 looking to be great quarters, I think once this is digested by the masses, we'll start moving up where this company deserves to be at this time.
Thanks...it's a talent, or curse. Ultimately, I'm very pro VPOR, but just want to keep everything in perspective as there are some issues with this stock that cannot be simply ignored. How we shareholders fare will greatly depend on this management's ability to deliver for us independent of EG's success. Now that my largest position is starting to do well, I can feel more at ease sitting back and letting VPOR do its thing.
I think most here ageee agree the sales and revenue generated will be good to possibly great. My only reservation is what they will do with the proceeds. We've seen other companies ie TRT# comes to mind where they are generating big revenue but yet continue to massively lose money and dilute all the while the insiders are making bank. Other companies seem to have a much better acumen and are very shareholder friendly. I don't like the simple fact that there are outstanding liens. Even though they are for a pittance sum, it shows me they may not be as responsible as we are hoping for. The q2 fins should shed some light, but that may not be for a few weeks still.
Maybe the big surprise is that Yaniv and Dror used the net proceeds of the EG sales to buy matching houses in the Maldives with matching yachts and Ferrari's to boot instead of using the money to enhance shareholder value. Just kidding...sort of.
Are we sure they meant this Monday or were they talking about Aug 15th or by that Monday (Aug 14th). Just checking because I don't recall the email specifying this Monday.
I'm with you there. No turning back now.
Or looking at the incurred losses helping come next tax season if this thing goes sour.
I hear that Lock!! Like I said in a post yesterday that wasn't deleted...the q2 fins may end up being a Custer's Last Stand event. Sink or swim VPOR...it's up to you. The longs here have done their part. And for cripes sakes, pay your outstanding liens!!!
Congrats to all the long AMFE'rs!! Today may just turn out to be the start of the next leg up. Feeling pretty good that the lion's share of my MJ investment is dedicated to AMFE!! The story of this company is unfolding before our eyes!!
The q2 fins have the possibility of being a Custer's last stand event. If they are bad, we will be hurt very bad accordingly. If they are good and the stock rebounds nicely, we'll likely be fine going forward, and if the fins are good, but the pps doesn't react positively (over a few days), then we all have to right to assume there is something very wrong with this company despite having a seemingly great product.
Yeah, like I said, we will know soon enough if we are indeed in trouble or not. My belief is not, but I'm not running the company so what do I know. I agree if we're still churning a profit and the debt is dealt with effectively, we will be more than just fine. That said, here's hoping they don't slow walk the fins.
I'm down 55% on this stock, but you know what, I'm going to stick it out. The company will either show us the goods with the q2 fins or we die a fiery death...and this will all happen really soon. Buckle up because we're in for a crazy ride. And after all, it's just money we're losing, not our lives...yet.
I don't post much but am on this board daily and am always impressed with the quality of folks involved here. What's great about the AMFE story is that we get to be on the ground floor of something that appears very likely to be huge one day. Being a part of that out is fantastic...and the opportunity to do financially well to boot is a rare occurrence that one cannot over-appreciate enough!!!
Nice job Cash
Yeah, I guess. Just hope it doesn't mean the EG got pulled for some reason as one would think that you should be able to pull it up after typing it in the search window. I reckon I've never tried searching for an item by going to the "out of stock" menu option.
So why would it be that Amazon removes the EG from it's listings instead of having it there with an "temporarily out of stock" sign? Seems wierd it's not listed at all on Amazon...
I share your concerns and was just contemplating this recently. Board games are hot right now. What about in 2 years? Is it possible that S&L will be a fad? They have multiple streams of revenue which will certainly help shelter them if one aspect gets hit hard, but one has to wonder just how much life S&L has. Hopefully decades, but being a niche concept, maybe a much earlier demise than any of we LONGS would like to think about right now.
Let me guess, let me guess. The O/S just got axed in half!! Well, I can dream, can't I? Here's hoping for some great news...
Thanks Cash...excellent explanation, which in combination with Lock's take on it should really clear up any confusions investors may have regarding this topic. May I suggest putting your explanation in a stickey?
Very reasonable explanation Lock...thanks. I'm sure there are some new eyes (as well as some old eyes) that will benefit from the information you laid out regarding this topic. No doubt 2017 will end up being a banner year for VPOR with all that is and will be going on.
Yeah, I have read that PR before I bought into VPOR. My main question was WHY VPOR would want to split off into separate entities and also be willing to pay out dividend shares to commons? Usually a breakup unlocks value for shareholders, but it's more commonplace to see with larger companies that become to big to manage..ie GE. Also, that PR states the split and divi shares would occur "immediately" after the merger and mentioned early 2017. Seeing it's June now and half the year is over, I guess we wait to see if this event will still take place this year or not.
Just catching up on today's post and the subsidiary split divi share topic caught my eye. Cash, would you be able to explain why VPOR would split itself up and how the company benefits from issuing dividend shares to folks?
Agree, but I believe most investors won't be interested in the underlying fundamentals if the quick overview doesn't reel them in. The savy investors will see the opportunity and take the bait. By the time the more simple investors catch on, they will be paying a much higher price. Here's hoping we longs will all have the option of a permanent vacation.
I think the you, me, Cash, DCSteve and a few others are very realistic when it comes to VPOR short term, but see the vast potential long term. Canceling a vacatuon normally would be a huge no-no, but considering there is a potential to be on a permanent vacation if VPOR pans out really well, I think an exception can certainly be made.
I don't know if relying on the 2nd quarter numbers will help as much as we hope. I'm guessing that even with drastically increased revenue, we will see fairly substanstial net negative profit due to the expenses getting the factory up to speed. Potential investors will see this and that darn O/S and look the other way. 3rd quarter fins seem more likely to really garner some interest, but as previously said, this stock is quite the anomaly and anything can happen.
Trying to guess the pps movement of this stock has thus far been a fool's game. I have been hearing "pennies" and "silver" for weeks and here we are at 0.0036. The way I look at it, is that we are above the trading range of late and that's a good tbing. We should continue to climb from here but wouldn't expect any crazy rips anytime soon with a 5 billion O/S, but anything is possible with this anomalous stock.
Gentlemen...we'll likely be flat today and probably this week. 420...don't go away mad, just go away.
Cash...thanks, yeah, I saw that after I posted. I live in Massachusetts near Northampton, which is a very pot friendly, eclectic town that I'm sure would welcome EZ grinder with open arms. Let me know what your strategies are for your guerilla PR. I might do some foot soldiering around town and deposit some info to drum up interest.
Folks need to realize trying to move this needle significantly is akin to trying to pay off a 10 million dollar CC bill on a 50k salary. The only way it's going to work fairly quickly is if VPOR pulls in monster revenue, like 100 million + and can buyback a significant amount of shares, or slowly chip away at it over years. Of course, a R/S will do the job, but I think that's a terrible way to address the O/S.
Yikes...Hey Cash, I was just kidding when I thought VPOR should pay for your PR services in additional shares! Well, getting the pps to a lowly penny just got harder.
Cash, looks like you have a PR crew building. VPOR will have to splurge even more on shares to pay you guys, but it's worth the dilution. What, did I just say that??? Just try to keep the O/S south of 6 billion, ok?
Yeah, I'm going to leave that one alone. I'm sure someone with intimate knowledge of that term will solve this mystery. Keep tabs on Twitter...
And that sir is why Cash is King. Nobody else does it better. I would be an advocate for VPOR bringing you on board as their PR manager...for a few million shares of course.
Being crytic acamp...well, I love a good mystery!
As always, I eagerly await word with subdued expectations. There apparently are others on this board that feel differently and one cannot blame them. Their money, like all of ours, is on the line and the expectations since last week have been almost over the top. With the apperent successful rollout, it's natural to expect some confirmation of that from the company...even a tweet. There are other MJ companies that are much more communicative with their shareholders, so it might frustrate some folks who just want to be posted on progress. I'm a communication's kind of guy, but know that this company isn't communicative compared to some others. Personally, I've accepted that and will continue to wait with bated breath on delivery of such news regarding the latest developments. The stock is qite an anomaly, I'll give it that. On another note, if it weren't for you Cash, I believe many would have left this stock or not invested in the first place. Time will tell if you end up being blessing or curse. My vote is blessing, but that's about as clairvoyant as I can get at this time.
As a hopeful skeptic...show me don't tell me.
And when there is no PR at that point, then what's your next PR inducing event?
Expect alot of frustration if an update doesn't come in the next few days. Yaniv knows there are alot of anxious shareholders awaiting word on the rollout. Another EZ grinder video or video of a few drastically underpaid chinese workers ain't going to cut it. As with any relationship, communication is key.
