Took a small position here. Was in this last year but sold to pick up another ticker while this ticker stewed a bit. 2018 has seen very significant developments with the agreement with YOFOTO being the most obvious significant one. Look up YOFOTO. They are a powerhouse in China and should prove to be a great partner to Replicel. Also the deal is protective of shareholders with only mild dilution which is not the toxic type and for what we will get from the deal, well worth the additional shares. Now is the time to start accumulating this stock as the future is much more clear...and very bright!!!
REPCF
You have point there Rocket. I'll retreat back into the shadows and await the fins. Not for nothing, this persistent lull in pps has been a blessing for accumulating shares. Where the audit has disappointed, the rest of the company has surely not so grabbing whatever shares one can is the name of the game for now.
AMFE
And that's all well and good, but Roger should probably refrain from using terms like "very close or very soon", because to most people, that means not months, or even weeks. Set the expectation appropriately by using the right terminology and you solve a problem before it's created.
AMFE
My only personal concern is that CFO, who was specifically hired because of their intimate knowledge of how our auditor operates, is still not able to close the deal after nearly 4 months being on the job. I don't think it's unreasonable for folks, even strong Longs to be a bit concerned. The simple fact is the audit is the proverbial albatross around AMFE's neck, and until that is settled and done with, the market will continue to shun this ticker.
AMFE
Agree with your points and in the end none of this audit stuff will matter, but until it finally drops, we can all expect continued frustrations among the board.
AMFE
I kinda hope that's not true that CFO meets up with the auditors more so than AMFE, because then it really begs the question why they cannot get this done following 14 weeks being on the job. We're about a month away from this dragging on for a year with no end in sight. I know some folks here will say that is a normal time frame, but I say not with CFO taking the helm with their supposed expertise with this specific auditor. A month, maybe two with CFO on board, but nearly 4 months with no end in sight in the foreseeable future...not buying it one bit.
AMFE
I hear you and you have a valid point and if it hadn't been so mismanaged throughout the process, the whining would have been subdued somewhat. The cure for all of this...release the audit. Roger and CFO have to figure this out and soon because once we hit year mark of the audit and it still isn't filed, Roger might be well served to go on a long vacation to some far away, secluded land so as to escape the wrath of many fed up investors.
AMFE
It's only a broken record because there doesn't seem to be any light at the end of the tunnel yet, and people are getting continually frustrated. For me, I'm trying to figure out why CFO, who has intimate knowledge of our auditors MO can't seem to get this done now 14 weeks out since being hired. The audit will persistently be a huge issue on this board until it is filed and the uplist occurs. That's just the reality of the situation. So, I'd get used to the never-ending audit discussion because it's not going away until it's a done deal.
AMFE
Hey cdan! Yeah, the audit is really the last item on the ugly list that needs to get off asap. Everything else in AMFEland is primed ready to go. The audit remains the only missing piece to fall into place so we can move up to the next level. It's crazy that every little change that needs to be done equals another week gone by. You would think at this point, the auditors would throw us a bone and start meeting up twice a week rather than only once in an effort to finally finish this up. My personal completion date prediction is by Aug 10th, which is based on nothing more than observations over the last few months. If Q4 fins come and go without the audit being filed, I would like Roger to provide an update as to why the delay continues indefinitely. Have a great weekend!
Yeah, just a little sarcasm.
I certainly have a different way of communicating with my patients then Roger does with SH, at least in regards to the audit process, but I have probably 20 more years of practice. I'm guessing he'll hold on the fins until last second to allow the opportunity for the audit to be filed, so not expecting fins next week as they did last year.
Well, if it turns out to not mean anything, it certainly won't help investor sentiment to be teased along again, but it's out of our hands and has been right along. All we can do is continue waiting until something finally happens. We're at the 4 month mark since the Apr 6th 50/50 shot at filing line so what's a few more weeks, or months, or years.
AMFE
True, but I wasn't going to sell anyway until this ticker has been scrolling away on CNBC for some time. Although a bit perplexed with all that wink wink audit stuff from Roger on the Q&A. Doesn't really matter I guess. If we get beyond Aug 10th with no audit, I might become a bit concerned though.
AMFE
Yeah, hard to say. It stinks that every little correction is a week long event, but can't do much about that. I was figuring it would drop by Aug 10th and am sticking to it for what it's worth. Hard to believe we are almost at the 1 year anniversary of the last big run up.
AMFE
Curious, if the audit doesn't drop tonight, do we assume yet another Friday needs to arrive for the next possibility? We only meet with the auditors once a week so I'm assuming no audit tonight means yet another week of waiting...thoughts?
AMFE
Another Friday, another audit possibility. Today marks 16 weeks since the April 6th initially planned audit release. We are getting extremely close to my call of it coming out around Q4 fins. Volume this week tells me the market is awaiting the release more so than has been recently. We'll see...fingers crossed.
AMFE
Another 30k shares safely in a my Long hands. My goal...catch up to Roger!
AMFE
Yeah, my thought...do both. POTN nabbed >300k in a few days.
Well, you'd have to ask Ballas, or at least CF as to why. Marketing at shows seems to be a no-brainer as it's gets the word out to people that already understand CBD.
Anything north of 3 million for the Q puts us above 14 million for the year and 100% above last year. Yeah, I'm ok with that.
AMFE
Margins suck on Amazon. Would have to sell a ton to make a small profit.
Yeah, a no-brainer on Roger's part. Year end fins came out July 30th last year. Wonder if they will this year?
Reillyblue seems to be the most imformed and is pro MGC
MGC
Thanks Jackpot!
Can anyone supply me Roger's email address?
TIA
AMFE
Let me assure you Erin is still around and working hard. I agree the ticker issue needs to be resovled. US investors really don't know this company exists.
MGC
It's moving now, but there is still a disconnect between Aussieland and the US tickers. I know it's being worked on but obviously not as of yet.
MGC
Huge news!! GMP Cert is finally ours! This is indeed a big step forward. Congrats to MGC and Longs that have stayed the course. Also, a big welcome to newcomers. Patience pays off eventually with fundamentally strong companies. Many things coming down the pike by EOY!!
MGC
Trading halt may involve getting full GMP certification....which would be huge for Cannepil. Because there are several irons in the fire, it could be a few different things.
MGC
Also saw a new video on Youtube with Ballas. Call me crazy, but I believe they are trying to promote UBQU better and reach out to current and potential SH's.
UBQU
Once momentum gets into full swing, S&L's will be all over the place. I'm hoping Boston isn't too far off!
Yeah, smart move to get JRF involved. He added a whole other dimension to the S&L expansion. I believe first half 2018 will be the setting up of a glorious second half of the year. Many irons that are in the fire are starting to come out. Huge rev's on the horizon. Many franchisee's just waiting in the wings for the audit so they can move foward. We will go fron a few S&L's per year to perhaps dozens in the next 1-2 years. Simply fun watching this company develop!
AMFE pleases me. Roger and Co have brilliantly changed the narrative from being soley focused on the audit back to focusing on the enormously positive fundamentals of the company. Bravo Roger. The audit will simply be the icing on this magnificant cake!

Totally love the new and improved AMFE complete with PR's, tweets, and Q&A's. I feel the AMFE mojo coming back. It's been a rough 7 months, but tbose of us who braved the storm will do alright and before you know it Mr Audit will be coming a knocking. Hope everyone is enjoying their summer.
AMFE
Hello all, the summer dog days are in full bloom among stocks especially in the MJ realm. Good time to continue to accumulate while the pps is stagnant. Some good news though, I have been in touch with BostonErin. She is alive and well and is still very strongly pro-MGC!! The company has been a bit quiet lately, but news can come at any time as they have many irons in the fire. I hope everyone is having a great summer!!
And that certainly is the hope and by the looks of it, we have a decent shot Kill the Unicorns will be successful. How successful, who knows, but just the possibility is insanely exciting. And then there's all the other games in development or ready to roll out. By EOY the pub arm is poised to go from zero to hero...revenue wise.
I've been a big fan of the Pub/Dist aspect of S&L as they are setting themselves up for potentially huge success, much more so than the franchises in and of themselves. The franchising serves to only increase the scope of the P/D aspect. It's been a long time in the waiting for the publishing arm to finally get going. If Roger played his cards right, and I believe he likely did, then it's very reasonable to expect some early success out of the box. By EOY, we should have enough evidence either way.
The infrastructure is in place for success no doubt. That will better the odds for landing a hit. I'll be happy with even moderate success say xxx,xxx to maybe x,xxx, xxx with the understanding a huge hit is possible.
Not from what I see...next next
My angle has been just that. We will likely develop some good games that will make some good money and maybe, just maybe, we get get a hit that makes the often thrown around the board xx,xxx, xxx figure a reality. Very reasonable thinking and keeps the hype from getting out of hand.
