So, now we are being sued because AMFE cannot execute in a timely fashion and get things done...fantastic. Why do I think this is just the first of more to come. I've been saying for long time now that Roger's version of timeline reality is far different than reality itself. This is simply just another example of what I have been saying. How many more lawsuits are waiting in the wings? The sense of doom surrounding our perfect little AMFE keeps growing all the time. Just glad I'm not relying on AMFE to retire as some are here.
AMFE
Roger needs to provide a comprehensive update on the audit status, just like he did last year prior to the 2016/2017 audit being completed. Having an understanding why the audit is being held up, if reasonable, would go a long way to chill us out. The time is now. He did it before, he can and should do it again.
AMFE
2018 audit 7 months in the making and counting. Time for Roger to provide us a comprehensive update of why the audit is still pending. He did that with the 2016/2017 audit at the end of last summer which did provide a nice perspective and chilled folks out until the audit did finally drop several weeks later. We need that understanding even more so this time around not only because it's taking much more time than anticipated but also because CFO has been on the case since the get go yet here we are still waiting. Roger needs to provide clarity here, like today.
AMFE
Just reading what's written on the wall.
AMFE
From Sept 12th start date. We're at 7 months next Tuesday. No hole...just facts.
AMFE
One thing seems clear. No audit this week. If Roger was confident it was going to drop, he would likely have held on today's news until afterward. Today's news was a meager attempt to stem the tide hoping some MJ news would kickstart a little rally. Looks like 7 months and beyond before audit hits. My call for summertime is looking better and better for the audit to finally come through.
AMFE
Yawn news. Next...
AMFE
Look at it this way. Roger knows full well we are all eagerly awaiting the audit and fins. It's also been 6 months 3 weeks since the audit got underway. And throw in the fact Roger tweeted nearly 5 weeks ago a list of news items to expect in the coming weeks with the audit and fins topping the list. So, if the audit and fins don't drop next week, Roger is either completely incompetant, horribly cruel, or just plain stupid. So, my guess is that the audit will finally drop.
AMFE
We'll have to wait and see next week. Monday is April Fools Day, so there is that to consider.
AMFE
Volume today speaks volumes. We've been bitten many times and are very shy. Lesson finally seems to have been learned here. Nobody wants to place a big bet on this tweet and rightfully so. My expectations are very low as will my disappointment if it's another head fake.
AMFE
The problem we have no idea whatsoever what the revenue's look like for all of 2018 and so far 2019, so once again, assumptions are made based on lack of verified knowledge. Not a good position to be in sir.
AMFE
Again, thinking Roger and crew know all and cannot possibly learn from anyone else is ego at it's finest.
AMFE
No one ever got better with people telling them how great they are. And blind trust without verification is one of many reasons why the masses have a negative net worth.
AMFE
Once again, spot on Rocket. Anyone thinking we are heading to ATH,s the minute the audit drops is in for a rude awakening. We need a ton of new eyes to bring serious volume, like 10+ million in order to get back and pass the previous ATH. Why not get everything in place for that??
AMFE
Yes indeed. I happen to be one interested in Boston, but not with the audit in limbo and a pps of 0.07. Doesn't have to be $1, but back in the 0.20's would be reasonable along with audited fins to give me the clarity and confidence needed to move forward.
AMFE
100% correct here and relating to this topic in general. Completely foolish not to do whatever you can to get this stock/company noticed. It's been a wretched curse of AMFE from the get go. Time to lose the curse once and for all. Time for everyone to realize the reality here and stop putting so much faith in management. We have to do it better starting NOW, not whenever the audit feels like coming out, which at this rate could still be weeks or months away.
AMFE
Yeah, agree. That's why most Longs here don't sell. As frustrating as it's been, the story and potential here is what keeps folks invested. For me, it's not just a pps thing. That's why I have never made a pps prediction on this board. It's important but not any more so then being part of this story from ground level and watching it blossom...hopefully. Just imagine seeing the AMFE ticker scroll across on CNBC. Or being able to walk into a local Snakes knowing that you as a SH help build it. Or playing a game with your friends/family that was created by AMFE. Rocket is exactly right and has been regarding new eyes/attention, some sort of momo. I think Roger means well and is trying and in alot of ways has been very successful, but the last 2 years has highlighted areas that need to be greatly improved. 2019 may end up to be that transformative year when we stop acting like a pink stock for good and start acting like a big board stock.
AMFE
Alot has transpired since 2017. Some good, some not so good. What seemed to be almost too good to be true has seen some kinks in the armour. Folks expect alot from AMFE, much more so than typical pink stocks and have invested alot into this. Many of us simply want to see the execution of what we were being told by Roger over the last few years, many initiatives that are way beyond the given timeframe. For example, self published title due to come out 1st half 2018...we are now 1st half 2019 and still waiting. It's one thing to be off by a bit, few weeks, maybe a few months at worst but to be constantly months and months behind on most if not all initiatives is extraordinarily frustrating and confidence in management slides. If it were a few initiatives, not a huge deal, but it would seem everything Roger touches adds a huge delay getting it done. It's been a very consistent trait and it is disturbing. 2017 for the most part we were riding high. 36 PR's. Numerous tweets. 2 conference calls. Hitting ATH's. 2018 saw 18 PR's. Decline in tweets. No CC's. Pps plummet, but 2016/2017 audit was one bright spot. 3 months of 2019 so far. 1 PR. 2 tweets. No CC's. Pps holding <0.10. Confidence in management shaken. Expansion at a snails pace. No volume. Have some consideration for those that have been beat up over the last 19 months. Parading around isn't the best way to gain respect.
AMFE
I haven't sold 1 share and have been buying since early 2017. I don't know about you, but I work in a profession that is all about precise execution and clear, effective communication under constant heavy pressure. I expect the CEO of AMFE to be no different although I give him way more slack than I give myself.
AMFE
Agree again. It's a no brainer. Get the name out there. Why sabotage your own company?? The reason I and many others have invested so much into this company is because of the fantastic story, but here we are still are unknown, unloved, and unappreciated at least as a company despite the popularity of Snakes. Trying very hard to find the logic in all this and coming up blank.
AMFE
Agree. Just doesn't make any sense why he wouldn't do it. He's got to know about all of this. Really makes zero sense.
AMFE
The 1000+ % gainers for the most part sold out back in 2017 when we ran up to 0.02, then to 0.09, and finally 0.23 when they were in sub 0.01. Extremely few in the last 19 months have had those kind of gains. Not sure really what you're talking about but it's on par with the "on time" stuff.
AMFE
It's nice to see the reality train load up with more passengers. As of right now, AMFE's got some glaring issues that need to be resolved ASAP. It's bad enough that a fantastic day of trading sees less than 2 million in volume. Anyone think we going to attract new folks with this audit debacle in full gear, lack of any updates, and a sinking pps. Not likely. It's been said all will be forgiven once the audit drops. I beg to differ. Roger's credibility to a degree will be negatively affected by at least a chunk of Longs for a very long time. Many times bitten...extraordinarily shy. Time to clean this mess up CEO. It took 1 year 6 days for a 2 year audit without RBSM having prior numbers to go off of and CFO not joining in until April. You're telling me a 1 year audit with having prior numbers and CFO on board from the get go can't get this thing done in 6 months 2 weeks??? Something is very wrong here.
AMFE
The continued slide in the pps now hovering just above trips despite a multitude of positive developments certainly backs you up. I suppose it's good that I limited how much I invested in this. Things were looking promising there for a bit but it would seem ONCI is destined to fail. Oh well. Better luck next pinky.
ONCI
Good idea. Curious though, with this stock fully in control of the MM's and continuing it's slide down, what's the end game here? Been here almost 2 years and it's been a tough ride to say the least.
ONCI
Quite possibly, but there seems to be no end in sight. The sheer hatred for this stock and CEO is unsurpassed.
ONCI
It's not mutually exclusive. SH's want and deserve to see performance and execution especially based on what we are being told by the CEO of this company. Same is expected of me everyday at work. I don't hold Roger to any bit of a higher standard than I hold myself. Actually I hold Roger to a much lower standard and he still has been coming up short.
AMFE
Tomorrow marks 1 month since his last tweets with a few days buffer...nothing more, nothing less.
AMFE
If this week passes with no audit and no explanation, then there will be no doubt about everything you said. The wiggle room for spin is about as tight as it can get. Such a sad, pathetic turn of events 2019 has been thus far.
AMFE
Sounds great...what's the 2018 and Q1 2019 look like? TIA
AMFE
That patient with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer looks great so therefore they must be in great health. Good line of reasoning there.
AMFE
You know something the rest of us don't? Hmmm...sounds good to me. So, when is the audit coming out? Do tell.
AMFE
As long as 2018 audited fins are MIA it will continue to be an issue as it is holding up a great many things from happening. Reality is a beautiful thing.
AMFE
Yes, the 2018 audit is unverified and according to Roger "the audit" was first communicated to be out any day in November of 2017. It's been parade of horribles since with the audit timelines. For those that have been around around or before that time, it has left a pretty bad taste for some and rightfully so and I will continue to point these things out as I see fit.
AMFE
Proof of execution. Everything else is speculation and hope...unless you have clairvoyance. In that case I stand corrected.
AMFE
Yeah, I'm a tad bit beyond the 50-100k share mark. That was more like early 2017. AMFE has potential, yes, which is why I have a big stake in this company, but all the DD in the world hasn't given anyone here the knowledge that the audit would still be MIA at this stage of the game, or that we would still be awaiting Morning getting their games to the masses, or still awaiting concrete Gro3 deals completed, or any news concerning NSI, just to name a few things. So please spare me the ramblings.
AMFE
It's not mutually exclusive. I am a very big investor...hence my concerns over these issues. Talk is cheap. Proof of execution needed here big time.
AMFE
We really don't know that we are in the home stretch. Maybe, maybe not. Need I remind you of the audit coming out April 6th 2018 comment only to have it turn up 5 months later. Folks have more than a right to be in worry mode and Roger himself is to thank for that. Buck stops there. Proof over speculation.
AMFE
Well, we know the 2018 audit will take longer than 6 months 1 week. The question that no one wants to answer is how long is long enough to be able to get this thing done? Will you be just as happy if summer comes and goes with no audit in sight? No fins? No serious updates? No QB? No franchising? We have had 1 PR in 2019 compared to 36 in 2017 and 18 in 2018. Self published title was due out first half 2018...a year later, nada. Gro3 still in the dark on details. Yes, there are positives, but also many issues here. Let's start being honest about it.
AMFE
6 months 1 week isn't giving them time? How much time is enough time? 7 months? A year? 2 years? At what point does this become universally pathetic.
AMFE
