Sounds like it’s a good thing Bravatek acquired helpcomm!
I thought they were paying for it with 100,000 shares of preferred stock @24$ each
What was I thinking...
FOR SURE!
They are meeting on the 16th https://thediplomat.com/2018/01/trump-to-host-kazakh-president-next-week/
This is confusing... I should of picked a different hobby ....
So what you’re saying is that when we see large blocks of shares traded after hours and someone says it’s dilution it is only there opinion and when someone else says it’s trades that were reported later in the day it is that persons opinion and we don’t really know who is right until the OS is disclosed?
But how do we know it’s not just random people buying or selling large amounts?
I thought it’s only dilution if it’s sells. Why is it dilution if it’s buys? *I’m new to this stuff.
That would explain the silence on the wall for now! I’m willing to bet we’re either still in the running or have already gotten it and can’t say anything because of a NDA!
I’m referring to the next round that already happened.
I’m sure whatever company he was going to be a sub for to complete the sensors was sent to the next rounds like he said. Nobody thinks it was darkpulse that got sent to the next stage. It was one of the ones that did get sent that he was attached to. *one of my businesses is as a licensed general contractor, basically if “ Mrs Jones hired my company to build a house I would sub out each step to another Contractor, electrical to an electrical contractor, plumbing to a plumbing contractor, framing to a framing contractor etc.. They could each say that they were awarded the job and that would be true. It’s my project however they were each awarded there part. Darkpulse wouldn’t be awarded the job as the primary contractor, they are not building Contractor or GC or even just simply a concrete Contractor. They would be responsible for the sensors and that’s exactly what O’Leary was saying when he did the interview. Maybe it’s just more clear to me because I’m in the business
I don’t even know why were discussing this. It’s pretty evident darkpulse wasn’t awarded part of the wall. I don’t understand why people seem to think that’s still a possibility. Rest assured that as much as O’Leary brags he DEFINITELY would be tweeting and bragging about getting that job. Don’t get me wrong it’s obvious we have ALOT going on so it’s no big deal that the wall is NOT one of the projects we do have
He wouldn’t be listed as one of the contractors because he would be a subcontractor.
Why would you? It’s a private company

Why don’t I live in Florida where DLI is? Why don’t I live in Nevada where AHR is? I live in Southern California instead. I’ve been the CEO of my business in Florida for a decade and haven’t stepped foot in Florida since 2015. * I wouldn’t recommend Florida for anyone. It’s just terrible... To answer your question more clearly with the technology around now officer functions can be performed from all over the world. Not necessarily in one spot, this is great news for BRAVATEK because it allows the CEO the ability to travel the globe working deals like he’s been doing.

A Deeper Look into the Charts For Bravatek Solutions Inc. (BVTK)
January 1, 2018 MTNV Staff Contributor
Bravatek Solutions Inc. (BVTK)’s moving averages reveal that the Tenkan line of the shares are below the Kijun-Sen line, indicating potential downward momentum building in the bearish chart. Bravatek Solutions Inc. moved 0.00 in the most recent session and touched 0.0022 on a recent tick.
The Tenkan-Sen is generally used in combination with the Kijun-Sen to create predications of future momentum. A buy signal is created when the Tenkan-sen line moves above the Kijun-Sen, while a sell signal is created when the Tenkan-Sen line moves below the Kijun-Sen line.
Many technical traders use the Tenkan-Sen as a tool for predicting levels where the price of the asset will find short-term support.
When reading Ichimoku Kinko Hyo charts, investors should note that the Tenkan-Sen line leads the Kijun-Sen, and tracks price with more sensitivity because it covers a shorter period of time. When the Tenkan-Sen line crosses and moves above the Kijun-Sen line, this is generally considered a bullish signal. Alternatively, when the Tenkan-Sen line crosses below the Kijun-Sen line, it is considered a bearish signal.
The tenkan sen/kijun sen cross is one of the most traditional trading strategies within the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo system. The signal for this strategy is given when the tenkan sen crosses over the kijun sen. If the tenkan sen crosses above the kijun sen, then it is a bullish signal. Likewise, if the tenkan sen crosses below the kijun sen, then that is a bearish signal. Like all strategies within the Ichimoku system, the tenkan sen/kijun sen cross needs to be viewed in terms of the bigger Ichimoku picture before making any trading decisions, as this will give the strategy the best chances of success. In general, the tenkan sen/kijun sen strategy can be classified into three (3) major classifications: strong, neutral and weak.
