I’m done.
Next
And...?
I would ask you to explain but what’s the point?
I suspect your opinion will not be swayed.
@StockWatchMJ... (I think) Thank you for not just throwing FUD.
I’m sorry but I guess I just don’t understand how you can have legitimate concerns over a clearly profitable company that is growing by leaps and bounds.
Our CEO is transparent and, because of that, we get to feel every little bump in the road right along with him. Some people don’t like that; they prefer to be left in the dark and fed nothing but good news. We both know that the world doesn’t work like that but we also know that the people I just mentioned actually do exist.
It’s easy for me to sit here and preach having bought in below .02 a share. I can understand why there would be a concern if someone bought in at a higher price. All I can say to that is that patience will be rewarded. Those are hollow words to someone who is watching their wealth bleed away daily.
I would also direct folks to take a look at the fundamentals of the company. They are sound, they are robust and they portend good tidings in the future.
The audit is an avoidable albatross but it hangs about our neck nonetheless. We will see better days when we pass this gauntlet.
Asshats who don’t know how to invest are wrecking the pps.
Company’s fine...
Sorry, that was meant for PennyStockin...
WRONG!
Not a serious answer. Try again...
You are correct.
But my view is long so, based on that timeline, I believe buyers will step in at these prices. The day to day doesn’t concern me. When all the pieces of the puzzle align, the broken link between our pps and the actual concrete valuation of AMFE will also align. This is based on fundamental math which is always correct and cannot be denied or even argued about.
The audit must be produced for this to occur, even if it IS nothing more than the tying of a formal and official ribbon round that which is already known; YoY rev increases, zero dilution (except for measured and prudent expansion), no toxic financing and transparency second to none.
The big buyers we want to see here will not even begin to think about speculating on a play like AMFE unless and until there are officially verified financials available. Things will turn around when this finally happens; maybe not immediately but the math will be impossible to ignore and, at some point, there will be an inflection and the flock will turn in our direction.
The AMFE Direction Inflection
Math doesn’t lie. It is brutally honest. Our pps DOES NOT reflect the true valuation of the company; we are so undervalued it’s criminal. Again, when the link between pps and true valuation is restored, there will be enough green to make this place look like the Scottish Highlands.
No CEO is perfect but, when you invest, you invest in people and Roger has shown himself to be a person who cares about the people who invest in his company, fumbling of the audit communication or not. It is a walk in the park to discern the character of the man; he has demonstrated several times his concern for the well being of his shareholders and has made it extremely evident that increasing the value of his company is paramount. This, no matter what else happens, is enough for me to be here.
Anyway, do as you will accordingly. My lot is cast.
Guess again...
Yeah... you conveniently left out the part about handing it back to RBSM for final adjustments, which would add more time.
They taste sweet, Stizy... like super cheap blue chip sweet.
You have personal experience with multi sub company audits?
You should buy some shares...
#shortsighted
Haha!
Spoken like a true chaser.
I’m still up over 100%, buddy. Bought in sub .02
Besides, why do you care so much what other people do with their money? Clearly, your motivation must be supremely noble; you want to save people from investing in this company and, consequently, losing all their money, right? I mean, you work very hard to try and warn others about the negative points you supposedly see here... why else could you possibly be working so hard?
Hmm...
Man, you work hard, Stizy...
Gotta hand it to ya.
Oh my god! The sky is falling! No audit!
AAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGHH!
Hahaha!!! ??????
God, would I love that. Could average way down as I pick up more...
Dogs bark loud when threatened...
I’m a believer, Smitty.
When my stock gaps up 5%, I kinda dig it.
Maybe once the audit is released, you’ll believe as well?
I don’t know what the future holds for the pps. I do know a stock can be broken while the underlying company is financially sound and thriving.
That’s what’s happening here and only because of a hair’s breadth of difference. Once we are officially on the QB, all this BS will fade away and we will return to normal conditions where buyers and sellers operate with only the fundies in mind; the ONLY metric that matters when investing.
But you know all this...
Good morning to you too, Smitty...
Wow! 5% gap out the gate!
Ambrose back from Colombia?!
Tweets!
SOOOO much energy spent beating the drum of negativity.
Why?
Are you trying to warn others not to invest here and, consequently, save them money? Could your goal be so lofty?
Or are you crying wolf because you see an opportunity of which you’d like to take advantage?
Inquiring minds want to know...
So easy to see, right?
Just like life, some folks have skewed visibility and can’t (or won’t) see what’s right in front of them.
Another thing that’s easy to see is just how much Roger cares about the shareholders. The character of the man is evident in his latest transmission... but, because nothing has happened here for a couple of minutes, fudsters think the car has stalled.
Savvy investors realize we’re in cruise mode, waiting to change lanes... like looking for the connector road to another thoroughfare. Once we find it, turn on the blinker, move over and get on the QB, Roger is going to hit the gas pedal and leave some fools in the dust.
Looking forward to changing lanes...
$AMFE, b*tches!
One wonders why someone who clearly doesn’t like this stock would expend SO much energy on badmouthing the company and the CEO on a board with fewer than 500 members.
I realize I’m pissing in the wind but, just for curiosity‘s sake, what could that motivation be?
Didn’t read the letter, did you Stizy.
Gotta keep your eye on the ball in this game, man. One wrong move and folks could find themselves on the losing end of a winning deal.
I haven’t the time or inclination to direct your attention to the obvious.
I’ll let the market spank you instead.
$AMFE
Wrong. Try again...
Sounds like you’re reading from a book...
...or a copy sheet. Either way, sounds contrived.
Doubt it...
Wrong. Lies.
Even if it did (it doesn’t), it has ZERO to do with the fundamental health of the company.
Any other unsubstantiated claims you’d like to make?
First sentence, about the fifth paragraph down…
“As previously mentioned, the audit itself is done...”
Not sure how much clearer he could be.
Audit completed!
Teeets!
No PM on this side, Mike. Just having fun... ??
That’s a bold move by Mortimer, Jackpot. Let’s see if it pays off for him.
Meanwhile, several uniformed men with the letters RBSM emblazoned on their breast pocket have been seen filtering through the crowd and handing out what appear to be scorecards to the longs.
We’ll be right back after this commercial break to speak with one of our field correspondents about the matter.
Stay tuned...
$AMFE!
That’s hilarious since we’ve been holding here for months.
Float is locked. If Roger delivers at EOW, good luck to the shorts.
Y’all gonna need it.
Hallelujah!
