Knockin’ on the door! $.15 up next...

Way to go, D!
Welcome aboard!
You picked a great time to get in. Enjoy the ride!
Here we go, folks. Roger is about to rock the very foundation of the OTC.
Buckle up.
Thanks, Lopus!
Longs celebrate what is to come. Shorts lament what is happening right now...
The "lovefest" so often alluded to here is just that; longs who see the bigger picture celebrating early. Nothing more.
If the fundies of the company are sound and proven (they are), then it literally does not matter that S&L #3 didn't open "on time" or that Roger tweeted this or that or whatever.
What DOES matter:
Does the company make money? Yes.
Is there any toxic debt? No.
Is the company growing? Yes.
Does the CEO create value for the shareholders? Yes.
Is AMFE a scam? No. How do we know that?
See above.
You're either going to believe in the homework you've done on this company or not. For those of us that do, we aren't sweating the small stuff.
Missing a self imposed projection for a soft opening (though, unfortunately, released in an official PR) WILL NOT take this company down. The pps is a bargain for longs here but it looks overpriced to shorts. Also, remember there are wolves among us who seek to f*ck with our collective psyche but for a singular aim; to shake loose the tree for cheaps.
We can only do so much and have probably reached our upper limit or will shortly. Doesn't matter. Audit/Uplist is the key in the lock of the door to our future. Roger knows this and has been working diligently on it, I'm sure.
ONLY RBSM KNOWS WHY RBSM IS TAKING ITS TIME FINISHING THE AUDIT FOR AMFE.
None of us here do (save perhaps the few who have spoken to Roger directly) but, if pressed for a guess and IMO, I'd have to say it revolves around the utter complexity and scope of 3 years worth of back financials spread over multiple subs that is at the core of the delay. Don't forget; RBSM is the clean-up crew for the earlier firm AMFE was using before Roger took the helm. Not terribly certain of the reliability factor that GAAP displays between different firms (i.e., firm A does things its own way, firm B does things a little differently, etc.) but these differences (minor and human though they may be, if extant) may have played a role. Just one aspect of many to consider when evaluating the current situation.
Feel free to step forward and claim kudos if ANY of us have been through exactly what Roger is going through now.
I feel for the folks that bought in high. Those that did and are sticking it out are hurting. If you didn't believe, though, you wouldn't be continuing to hold here. You'd have sold and walked with the rest of the folks who will soon be chasing to get back in.
I believe there is a bit more pain to come and then the clouds will lift and we will see the promised land. It will look a bit distant...
...but the way forward will be clear.
$AMFE
Haha!
Totally reminded me of that scene in Zoolander, where Will Ferrell turns to the crowd and says, "Is everyone taking crazy pills???!", or something like that.
Ar3, wish I could help you. Perhaps if you zoomed out a bit.
I could pay my bills for a year with a six cent move... like ALL my bills.
...and you KNOW this!
Afternoon, RR!
...with a side of pps increase? Comin’ right up!
AND Lattes!
Sorry, had to.
Much obliged, Lopus! Appreciate the kindness...
I certainly liked this stock at higher levels, so much so that I bought a small lot at market for $.27/share during our last bull run in July. Got caught up and was selling everything else to buy shares and wasn’t even looking at my orders diligently.
Anyone else here in at that price?
Would anyone else here happily pay three times that to get in?
$AMFE!
Back at ya, KOGT!
Pure honey...
Yeah, buddy!
jrf30, your post and KOGT's repost has got me pumped (oops, poor wording for Pinkytown)... I mean excited!
I'm not sure how much more proof we need here, people. The rise is inevitable. The timing? Not so much but the numbers are sound and we all believe in our DD, right?
Do any of you true longs doubt your homework?
I have to book a flight to Toronto soon.
$AMFE, b*tches!
Thanks magik, Fast...
I dig you guys (and gals), too!
Let us be Amfillionaires together!
@Breadcrumbs...
No offense taken. I have pretty thick skin.
I have a free account but I can answer your questions here as the information is widely known but, sometimes, not easily accessible in one place. That and there is A LOT to take in.
Re: your primary question, the uplist will change a lot but, even so, it may take a little while for the pps to catch up. Pink sheet stocks, as I'm sure you know, are volatile and subject to unnatural market forces. As a currently reporting pink sheet stock, AMFE is no different. All that doesn't necessarily change when we uplist to the next tier, the QB, but it will go a LONG way toward mitigating the effects.
The really great part is that we will be instantly legitimized via the concurrent audit. I'm more than certain there are deep pockets circling this stock, just waiting to pounce once they get the information they need but they can't until then for many reasons, chief among them the lack of properly updated and audited financials.
Those are practically at our doorstep. Roger's tweet about it being any day was almost and only 2 weeks ago so I'm willing to sit tight and wait. I understand your paper wealth is flagging at the moment and I can only imagine what that feels like based on the amount you quoted. My lot is a bit smaller but there are folks here who are feeling 6 digit swings on paper and that would send me to the ER pretty quick so I get it. Believe me...
One other thing you should believe, though, is your own DD and that of the other tireless longs here. Every single bit of it screams that this company is sound and growing with opportunities to spare. I'll save you the list as I can see you've been on this board awhile now but all of it is real, not hoped for but real. To boot, we have people on the ground actually going to our locations and reporting back. Not sure if you saw his post but jrf30 is in talks with them for franchising and apparently has been in Toronto for the last two days discussing the details and receiving a wealth of information from Roger himself (correct me if I'm wrong about that, jrf). His report was encouraging, to say the least. All is well in AMFELand.
As well, the posted revs QoQ and YoY are freakin' insane! Again, those are not hoped for numbers, those are REAL and verifiable numbers. Hard, cold and unchangeable.
The fundamentals of AMFE are rock solid. The pps does not reflect that right now for a number of reasons but Roger's business acumen has zero to do with that. Yes, we like to keep it positive here and we can definitely sometimes put the blinders on and cheer a little too hard when we should be asking questions.
It's all in HOW we ask the question, though.
I can sense you are very frustrated and for good reason. You might feel justified in using strong language that YOU feel is warranted at the time but a mod might not. If there is a legitimate concern, this forum and its members are more than happy to address it. It's when they start hearing sh*t like, "Roger better get off his @ss and do his job! WTF???", that the mods start deleting posts. We all know the proper way to ask the above question and it isn't like that. Not saying that is what you did but just using my own experience as an example.
If you believe in AMFE, then patience here will most certainly be rewarded. I suspect we are in limbo right now also because Roger is probably working his ever loving fingers to the bone to push all of the catalysts through the pipeline and hasn't had the time to address the pressing concerns that you and everyone else here are worried about. No easy task when you are the new captain of a vessel that was, until 2013, a ghost ship adrift.
Have faith, brah. We will rise soon. Maybe not soon enough for some but there is NO WAY we cannot snap from a 3x valuation to where we actually belong, based on verifiable data.
Hope this helps. Stay strong and ask more questions.
$AMFE
OK, Breadcrumbs. Go ahead and voice your concerns.
What are all the rest of us missing here?
What do you mean? Your comment doesn’t make sense.
Usually investors nearing or in retirement go with institutional funds which would not allow them to purchase us... and, at any rate, why would them noticing us be a bad thing?
Ya lost me, bro...
L2 snapshot anyone?
Dude, are you kidding me???
What an AWESOME cool gesture! Freakin’ hats off, man! Thank you SO much, brah!
$$$$$$!!!!!!
Bomb post! Thank you for the great info and the SWEET, SWEET vindication!
This stock is SO filled with BUY!
So, soft opening apparently DID happen. F*ck me; Roger will UNLEASH the thunder this week and/or next and we WILL rise!
Good lord... if you’re not in AMFE yet, you’re about to miss an EXTREMELY rare opportunity to make SERIOUS bank!
I knew he was too savvy for a critical misstep.
$AMFE WILL DOMINATE!!!
No reason to think otherwise. The frequency of PRs is pretty consistent. I’m fairly certain we’ll hear from Roger this week.
Happy Sunday, AmFam! Hope everyone is recovering nicely from last week’s brutality, both culinary and financial.
On to greener pastures!
This will be an interesting week. Lots to look forward to and with much anticipation. S&L#3, A/U, IK, Gro3, NSI, etc....
It’s all coming together.
We are merely human, at once infantile and grand. Still learning, still growing. We have bandied about endlessly on this board, speculating wildly with regard to this or that... and through it all, the steady hand of our captain drives our ship to new lands, to find our home, sing and cry, “Valhalla, I am coming!”
Whoa! Went a little Led Zeppelin on it there... but you get the picture. Roger is a capable leader. He has proven that time and again. Is there any doubt he will once more show himself worthy of our trust?
If so, then consider the very real possibility that AMFE might not be your play. If a proven track record, blockbuster revs, parabolic expansion, no toxic debt/financing, share reductions and free dividends isn’t your thing, then AMFE might not be for you... but who, in their right mind, would admit that?
The TA crowd CAN live harmoniously with the fundies camp, and should. A balanced investment approach considers ALL data, not just some. Charts tell us much and are useful. Fundies underpin what we see in the charts and the world goes ‘round.
On to a couple of questions: just curious (no agenda). How is Roger compensated? I’m assuming through a combination of shares and revs but I have no clue. Not sure if anyone else does either but post if you know or have an educated guess.
Second, when do we get to see Roger’s face? Still find it amazingly odd that we cannot locate a picture of him anywhere on the Internet. That in itself is a tremendous feat and, if engineered by Roger, should only serve to further his reputation as a bad ass... but I really would like to look at the face of the man running the company in which my life savings has been invested. All IMO.
I see us bouncing hard this week, especially if audit/uplist news arrives. If not, it’ll be just another buying opportunity.
Get ‘em while they’re cheap!
$AMFE, b*tches!
@magikalalpha...
No PM, magik, but me thinks you ascribe too much power to the individual in question. Not even sure he could fight his way out of a paper bag, truthfully...
...but I digress.
Agreed 100%.
On the flip, if your assertion re: Roger’s change in communication style proves correct, I see that as a net positive.
We want a CEO capable of adjusting his approach based on his environment and his track record, especially if that adjustment helps to create further value for the shareholders. Outside of the recent minor faux pas, Roger’s track record is stellar but I don’t have a problem with this as a response to his own realization of that slight misstep if, in fact, that is the case.
Absolutely in agreement, though, that we should leave him alone to conduct the business of growing the company. That said, Roger’s manner when dealing with shareholders has, again, been stellar. He is thoughtful, direct, engaged and seems genuinely interested in what we have to say. That doesn’t mean we should take advantage, though.
It's a joke perpetrated by the creators of CAH.
Nothing to worry about.
Care to explain? With facts?
Love it, Dude!
If you will it, it is no dream!
(BTW, let me know if I go too heavy on TBL quotes cuz I will reference the sh*t outta that movie now that you’re here).
Everything that should be.
PPS is a laggard. Fundies are strong.
Stay the course.
Stoked!
Would love to hear his response, if approved.
Merely confirmation of what I already know; our CEO has the prosperity of the shareholders in mind, always.
$AMFE gwine blow, sky high!
Preach, brah!
Great post! Thanks for sharing...
Let’s call it some time rather than a long time. lol
Some of us are playing catch up and would like to still be young enough to enjoy our AMFE profits.
Juz’ sayin’.
You haven’t lost anything until you cash out but I get what you’re saying. I agree that missing the soft opening was bad BUT it certainly won’t make or break this stock. Not even close.
Have some faith. Many have seen their paper wealth decrease dramatically. Nerves of steel are needed, no doubt. We’re a pinky and subject to the shenanigans of our current but temporary environs.
Revs trump all in the end. Flippers have no patience for this stock. All good. Thing is, Amfil makes money right now and uses some of the profits to grow the biz. Responsible and transparent business model. Roger is voluntarily uplisting the company. Franchising is happening.
It will take time, something flippers don’t have.
All according to your personal level of risk tolerance.
Live long & prosper...
IMO, that is a shortsighted view.
GLTY
NOT a restaurant stock, dude.
We are a vertically integrated, one stop shop for board games and everything having to do with them, from concept to publishing to everything in between... AND we happen to serve great pub grub, coffee, wine, beer, etc.... and that’s just S&L.
Gro3 comes online in 2018, just in time for Cali and Canada rec. Proprietary and patented tech that WE own. Deals being made as I write this.
IK, the company that gave rise to all this, is being spun off as a separate entity with free shares for longs.
There is a LOT more going on here than just a restaurant, son.
Get it straight.
I would literally rob a bank to buy shares if this thing went to $.0095.
No lie.
Also, newbies... read the posts of most of the longs here and you will start to see a common thread.
This many random strangers DO NOT show up on the same stock message board saying the same thing about the same company for no apparent reason. The fact that you have this many experienced investors saying exactly the same thing about Amfil Tech should tell you all you need to know to stay put and load while you can.
AMFE is a rock solid play with NO business on the pinks whatsoever. I can only think that the reason we ARE here is part of Roger's emerging vision for the company. One thing is for sure; we are on the ground floor of a company that, had it waited to IPO and list on NYSE or NAS, would have cost us WAY more than $.13 a share to get in. As it is, if the game plan stays intact (I believe it will, despite today's bloodletting), then we will all know some level of financial freedom in the very near future.
That's pretty freakin' cool any way you slice it.
$AMFE Nation!
