Started with 20
Sold 10
Bought back 10
Now sold 4
Still holding 16
Will sell 8 more at .03-.04
Sold another 4M at .04. Will hold a few millions for long-term (just in case), but I don't want to be holding this many shares at sky-high 50,000,000$ valuation. UATG is pre-revenue, that is WAY too high
The key thing is SEC Rule 15c2-11 coming into effect in September. Jeff has 4 months, more or less, to get this thing on its way to Pink Current. Worth entering/holding for 4 months to see if he can do that.
I think I am going to jump in to this one for 100k - 2M shares, depending on what I can actually buy at ~.01 range. I cannot find any other OTCs with reasonable share structures, and some prospect of R/M, actually trading in the 250,000$ market cap range. At this valuation it has 10-100x return potential with most any R/M, worth a shot
Lol if Beckett shut down David Lazar then that bodes very well for BNXR actually, means he has plans here :)
Do you have any links to those motions though? I cannot find the disclosures
Where are you seeing this:

?
Another important question here is, who is Joseph Reed Scolaro and why is he accumulating shares? According to last Form 5 in January, Scolaro had acquired nearly 5M shares, ~20% of the OS. Why is he accumulating? Is he going to take control of this ticker for something?

Thoughts?
I like the QT Medical thing. Will try to add 500k-1M more shares at .01. Never know with these, and being adequately reporting is a plus
What is your opinion of the fact that this one is *NOT* Caveat Emptor? It seems the OTC has been slapping CE's on everything non-reporting, so could there be a reason this was not hit? Moreover given that this is a clean shell and there is a delisting risk launched by OTC for later this year, what are the odds of a reverse merger / entity bringing this current before then?
Imo in this market environment simply bringing it current would take this to about ~10 cents. A reverse merger, obviously PPS would depend on what the merging company was.
Thoughts?
I am mainly concerned about this:
This was one of the most ridiculously retarded runs in OTC history
Prophetic
I said we're IN phase 2. There is still hype, it's still climbing, idk where top will be, but it's easier to sell before the peak than after
Oh give me a break I clearly said "penny stocks", not blue-chip German multinationals dual-listed on OTC and ETR
Sold about 8M yesterday
Idk what this stock will do, I don't have a crystal ball lol. There's no downside to selling some stock that's up thousands of percent, at a market cap of 50M, when the company is doing ZERO in revenues. Sure I am still holding stock, but it would be dumb to just sit on 100% of my shares when this thing is a complete gamble
Still have my 10M lol....sold 8M at .03
Been here longer than you and if you had done basic DD you would KNOW that umbra has been TOUTING revenues from Hygieia, hygieia skin, etc. for well over a year or 2. So yeah the fact that there are NO revenues through 2020 to Q1 2021 is what's bullshit.
It's ALWAYS 'next year', '1 more acquisition', 'soon to be launched' here at UATG lol
It's already worth 50M, with near-zero revenues. The OTC is hot, but how high can it really go?
We shall see if UATG, with its 1B common shares and millions upon million of hidden PREFERRED shares, can sustain multi-dollar lol.
But yes at least we have made bank already
It's the lifecycle of every penny stock lol....
Step 1: Lie dormant for years
Step 2: Big ol' pump and hype, maybe some 'acquisitions', maybe some great 'tweets', maybe some 'product releases'
Step 3: Hype dies down...reality of business sets in...reality of DILUTION to pay for Step 2 sets in...price stagnates
Step 4: Back down to zero
Question is always, how to GET IN at step 1, and EXIT near the peak of step 2. Most penny stock fools get in at the peak of step 2 and then exit late in step 3 after losing 50+%. Some minority holds until step 4...here in UATG for example many longs are still here from having held through the LAST pump into multi-pennies 6-7 years ago and holding all through step 4. It can be a cycle. I entered UATG at ~.002 thinking it was a bottom but ultimately averaged down to .0007 when it dropped to the 0005-0006 range.
You can count on one hand the companies on OTC that actually made it to being legit NASDAQ/NYSE entities...companies like Monster Beverage. So what is the probability that UATG will be that literal one in a million? LOW! The more salient question is therefore, where's the peak going to be? .15? .1? .044? HARD TO KNOW.
But as always with these pennies, once I'm in, I'm not looking to wait for 'uplist', I'm looking to get OUT once the fools start bleating about 'to da moon' and 'NYSE coming' and '5$ next year' - my goal is to time that peak as best as I can and find the next ones.
You can always leave 25% of your position invested if you really believe this one will 'make it' to blue chip or whatever, but the big returns are always made during the step 1 -> step 2 phase anyway, which UATG has already undergone.
If people keep on buying I'll keep on holding lmao....it's free money....I wouldn't buy into this co at this INSANE price given just 309$ in revenue and its LONG HISTORY of bullsh*t acquisitions. But what's the downside of just holding my shares and watching the insanity unfold?
Ask yourself HOW does a company with just 309$ revenues PAY for all these supposedly 'great' acquisitions?
Could it be that they're bullshit, lol? Bacter, NextCast = ol' pal Estrada. H20 = the ol' failures back from the Green Processing days. Boost = ol' pal Cooley.
Same old same old...and check out how much DILUTION has been hidden through preferred shares...Series A...Series B...Series C...lmao
Yeah 1$ PPS is like 2 billion $ market cap, come on now....company selling 309$ of (albeit nice) socks isn't worth 2 bil
I am still here I even said that Q1 2021 shows 309$ in revenue lmao
In other words this stock is now trading at 145,631x revenues...(and that's not even including the UNTOLD number of preferred shares)...doesn't seem overvalued at all lol
The latest quarter shows 309$ in revenue lmao
Made great stair-stepping consolidation lows at .16, now slowly moving back up.
IMCI strong like bull :)
Different things to hold free shares for fun and to BUY IN new shares
Lol 5x, why would anyone buy into such a risky stock for a 5x? I have 45x right now from .0007 average already
I will say I like that Kevin association here, hard to put a value on that but connections are important in business (obviously)
You too
I am a very honest guy lol. See my post history if so inclined, I routinely give my thoughts, entry points, I say when I sell, etc. I have put in some buy orders at .04, .03, if I see it really holding up here at .05 over coming months I may just jump in here. HOWEVER, I think there's some more info needed for me to jump in at 6M$ mc
PPE stuff, Wanda stuff, looks kinda stupid tbh. I like the rural infrastructure management-as-a-service model much more. Probably a bit overvalued here at 6M$ market cap though for the time being imo
Would be good to have some more hard numbers of the infrastructure and growth plan in that business segment. Doesn't matter to me if they book some gloves sales during COVID because that's not a recurring revenue or a differentiated business model. How much 5G can they install in Oklahoma over the coming 5 years? That's a more important question. Can they become a premier infrastructure provider to these rural belt states over the next 5 years? That's the only reason I'd invest at 6M$, need much more info
370,000$ quarterly is unimpressive but I do see some longer-term potential here. Debt is a bit too high for my taste as well. Will see if it doesn't come down a bit first
Hmm might invest just because of that, he's a very successful/wealthy guy
Is Kevin Harrington still involved in this?
Will be watching this one over coming year or so
Lmfao. Watch and learn....
Although you could also just pull up the 1, 2, or 3 year charts to see that us trending back up from recent .15 lows just solidified long term bullish pattern. The chart could *not* be stronger. Although I was glad to add some more shares at .16 yesterday, at a valuation of just over HALF revenues lol
This will be 1$ before year end imo
Damn just checking in, poor SIRC, this is more brutal than I expected. Dilution? Would be good to see that dry up, give market some time to digest revenues, acquisitions, new shares. Just imo
