All this action up or mostly down on the Street and DVFI and WOGI and TYEG........... only the sound of crickets in the background. As Eats has said: Sad, very sad.
Still waiting to see if my WOGI shares get freed up after this week...
Oh well, back into the shadows...... Best to all. Still hoping for a break someday!
Miner: It ALWAYS sounds promising, but then weeks more go by with NO communique! At this point even an open letter to reamining shareholders would be greatly appreciated.
I truly hope they are for real!
Thanks for your reply Creede. You know patience has never been an issue with me so much as just knowing that the average shareholder will have a fair shot in the future growth of NNYR. My original shares have already been severely diluted and I'm afraid that by the time the company is up and running I will be left with a pocket full of shares without much value. However, ANY hope is hope and I AM willing to wait. Best to you pal. Happy Father's day to all those out there!
So, in other words, us long time holders of common stock only are screwed? Did I get that right? I never read of Jon making any hopeful statements about the average shareholder. If I have this wrong I apologize. I hope someone can tell me otherwise. Best to all.
I have been in contact with E*Trade to see if the $150 to do the 144 is worth it i.e. after I go through with that WILL my shares be tradeable? They said two days or so for an answer.
Is that a promise, a threat or pure unreasoned conjecture? LOL
EOM
Who's dumping? Who's buying? Will we EVER get additional news?
EOM
Thanks Spiras! It all sounds promising, but I just hope that we ole 'holding the bag' early shareholders still will have some value left in our shares when the dust clears. No question that in this inflated oil/gas market that IF there are assets they will make $$$. The question I have is how much damage was done by previous directors and can it be fixed without ruining present shareholder equity? I truly appreciate your post though... Thanks!!! :)
Nuthin with nuthin..... It will take much more then this to regain trust and hope in this company...... SO does that mean we have to wait 12 months to know how this comes out??? LOL
I am open to ANY constructive ideas/direction that the new guys on the block would try to save this company and some of our hard earned money. BUT let the new fellas understand that we investors are TIRED of being jerked around. Give it a FULL shot to succeed for crying out loud!!!
Anybody seen our end of the month update? BTW What happened with Tyeg trading in Germany? EOM
Praying that this news and Jon's comments represent a new start and direction (up?) for this company. Up 700% today.
God Bless!
Maybe this means we might actually get some of our $$$ back from the abyss. If these PR's are legit and not smoke screens, maybe the future ain't so bleak after all. I wonder if TYCHE and DVFI will ever merge?
How about Tyche getting back to trading on the Frankfurt market? Directly impacts most of us longs. Best to you and your wife Eats.

What I wanta know is: Where did they get the dough for the PR?
I guess there are still assets floating around somewhere or did the new guy pull a few bills from his wallet to make this announcement? Real or a smoke screen?
Silver: I ain't betting on nothin' no more when it comes to ANY stock. My final stop here. Too much money to be made in the years ahead on real estate. So I hope and pray, not bet, on the idea that there COULD be a chance for the future here.
What good is it to whine about what has not happened? Is it getting yours or my money back? I made choices, I lost. Simple. The system does NOT pay us back in law suits, etc. ONLY the lawyers make out. So instead I hope and pray.
God Bless you and yours. Hope we ALL make out better in the future.
If our ole' buddy Eats is right we could at least have a fighting chance to survive and hopefully gain in the future.
Best to you pal!
Sure hope your right pal! I'll gladly take a significant discount in my number of shares at this point in return for a better and more solid company with future potential....even if it means a number of years holding to see fruition. Where the hell am I going with these present shares? I just want a chance to survive here and move forward. Hopefully the new management team will at least offer that... a chance!
Best to you and yours!
A new President; a new start? hope so!

Could not agree more! Best to you and all of us! eom
I agree that 'Arch' always seems to have new stories. But are they accurate?
I continue to hope and pray for a more positive outcome then the present circumstances. If anything, I am looking for some form of merger and hopefully rise back to formal trading status and, if there is a miracle in this: maybe they will report actual earnings and we long sufferers will have something to cheer about.
Best to all!!
OT: rlcuban: I truly appreciate your support. I also truly never meant for my little acting out bit to cause such a firestorm. I do not blame anyone else for this mess. I should have played this like the former pinkie lottery ticket it always was. I coulda got out with a nice profit. I was greedy and stupid and I have been paying the price. All I ever asked of the naysayers was to express their views without adding to the misery of good people who have lost significant money here. My losses are all in a 401.K and IRA that NEVER had any
direct impact on my day to day. Thats not true for everyone. Lets just have some respect for everyone in this mess and pray for better days ahead!
OT: Thank's Seeker. You understand. God Bless you and yours! eom
OT: Feel free to delete the original post. My apologies to anyone who was offended. It was late for me last night and I saw the story and where it happened and my deep pain and anger towards the lies and deceit of this company just poured out.
Hoping for the best/Praying for peace in the world and in my heart towards those that have apparently done us very wrong here!
OT: Yeah unfortunately I feel 'canibalized' by this company!!
I cling to hope that they can change that 'sinking feeling' in me!
Best to you and yours for the New Year Frat!
OT: Another 'sickening' story out of Tyler, Texas
TYLER, Texas - A man killed his girlfriend, then filleted and cooked parts of her body before calling police to tell them what he was doing, authorities said Sunday.
Christopher Lee McCuin, 25, called 911 on Saturday and told an emergency dispatcher he had killed Jana Shearer, 21, and was boiling her body parts at his mother's home, said Smith County Sheriff J.B. Smith.
When authorities arrived at the home, they found Shearer's mutilated body, one ear boiling in a pot of water on the stove and a fork sticking out of some human flesh sitting on a plate on the kitchen table.
Authorities said it was unclear whether McCuin consumed any part of Shearer's body.
"We cannot prove that he did," Smith told The Associated Press. "He was either going to, had been or led us to think that he was doing it."
Authorities believe Shearer, 21, was abducted from her home Friday night and killed. Her death and mutilation was apparently the beginning of a crime spree that also included McCuin allegedly stabbing the boyfriend of his estranged wife and breaking into a business. The stabbing victim is in critical condition at an area hospital, officials said.
McCuin, of Tyler, about 110 miles east of Dallas, was charged with capital murder. He was being held in the Smith County Jail on a $2 million bond Sunday and did not have an attorney, officials said. He was scheduled to be arraigned Monday, Smith said.
Before he called 911, McCuin told his mother and her boyfriend to look in their garage, authorities said. There the couple saw the remains of Shearer. McCuin's mother and her boyfriend fled the home and flagged down a police officer. McCuin dialed authorities after they left.
A man who answered the door Sunday night where the body was found declined to comment.
Shearer appeared to have died from blunt trauma to her head, Smith said. She may have been kidnapped Friday night, when her mother witnessed her get into McCuin's truck.
"There was no struggle but she could see the girl left with no shoes, no purse and no cell phone," Smith said.
McCuin then drove to his estranged wife's home, where he stabbed William Veasley, 42, Smith said. McCuin was still in that home when deputies arrived, but escaped in his car after a short chase, Smith said.
"We thought it was a disturbance or an assault," Smith said.
McCuin wasn't seen again until Saturday morning, when he arrived at his mother's home and called her into the garage so she could "come see what he had done," Smith said.
When sheriff deputies arrived, McCuin barricaded himself in the home for a short time before coming out. After he emerged, officers entered and found Shearer's body, Sgt. Gary Middleton said.
Detectives were trying to determine where the slaying happened. They think McCuin drove to his mother's home with the dead woman in the back seat of his extended-cab pickup, Smith said.
Freddy Castillo, who lives two houses down, said he frequently heard McCuin and his girlfriend argue in the house and the yard.
"They would get pretty loud," Castillo said. "They'd yell back and forth and then he would just get in his car and leave."
___
What a wonderful world this would be... if that were true!!
Happy New Year pal!
I truly hope you are correct sir! eom
They COULD be selling; BUT we would never know it because we get no regular and trustworthy communication from the company.
(Just blowing off some New Years steam!! LOL)
What a crying shame that oil hits $100 and we sit here slowly choking in quick sand! MAYBE there is significance to the the two stocks now at the same price levels (other then they both stink) IF in fact a merger of sorts is in the works. I have not sold and I still hope for and believe in miracles. Best for the New Year to all of you!
More like a little scary!

Post #of 112
PYST Paystar Corp., a Nevada corporation. How much did you pay for the stock? Hopefully not much. If you picked it up in the .000x range, it might be interesting to hold.
I have some problems with Paystar.
As you know, they issued their last PR in June saying that they appointed Ronald Howard as its new President. I checked with the Secretary of State and indeed this is correct. But also listed is Clifford Goehring, who I tracked to Woodbridge, California. Clifford is Director of Paystar, he's also officers of Paystar Communications, Paystar Financial Services, and Paystar Infostations, all Nevada corps.
A background search revealed he is associated with a Paystar in Lodica California as well as companies such as Pacific Financial Solutions, Quantel Communications, and others.
When you call Paystar in California (209 339 4460), their autoattendant answers "Infostar." Infostar was supposed to be spun off as a public company in 2005, but I couldn't find them having a symbol. The phone number on the PR now goes to "Pacific Card Services," Clifford's other company.
So I then called Clifford at home (209 333 0517) and he answered. Clifford's 76 years old. I asked if he was associated with Paystar, he said he was. He asked who I was, and I told him an investor. At this point he hung up on me. I called back and talked to someone else who told me Clifford wasn't in. I said I just spoke to him. The male told me Clifford left. I asked if Clifford was affiliated with Paystar, and the male did not deny that he was and asked why I wanted to know. I said I was an investor and I'm trying to find out if the company is still alive. I said that Clifford is listed as the contact on three affiliated company's and is the agent for the California office. They told me that they would give the message back to Clifford.
The last press release infers that the company is trying to liquidate its assets. In the event that the company "liquidates" and they magically sell to "Infostar," then you know that Clifford and the gang just moved the assets to their new company, and that Paystar didn't do what they prmised in their PR. The other alternative is maybe they are revitalizing themselves, but I'd be skeptical.
Paystar's Arizona telephone numbers go to Ronald Howard's voice mail, but they are active. Also 877-Paystar goes to Howard. I found a few Ronald Howards in the area of Chandler and will be investigating to see which one is which.
The shares were halted by the SEC for 15 days simply because they did not file paperwork since 2003, not because of any active investigation or anything.
I do have a big problem with this company. The Nevada Secretary of State says that their authorized shares are 200,000,000 but Pink Sheets states that they have 1,500,000,000 authorized shares with most outstanding. I think anyone who bought this company deserves an explanation for that.
2005 PR about spin off:

The new company would be publicly traded and would be named INFOSTAR Systems, Inc. Upon successful conclusion, PayStar shareholders would receive a yet to be determined stock dividend and PayStar Corporation would retain an equity position in the new company.
William D. Yotty, CEO and Chairman of PayStar, stated: "This divestiture of PayStar's InfoStations kiosk division has been under consideration for some time now; the new company has commitments for nearly 2000 kiosk deployments in excellent retail environments. PayStar Corporation will retain considerable equity in INFOSTAR Systems Inc. and our shareholders will boost their stock portfolios by the stock dividend PYST intends to tender upon the successful closing of this transaction."

Here are my final words on the subject of this company: Either way, let us know what is happening. Either put out a PR that basically confirms the screw job of small investors or CLEARLY lay out how these moves could possibly be part of a bigger long term plan to grow the company(s). We are all adults (as far as I know). We can handle the truth. It's the lies or deceptions that are absolutely indefensible.
Happy Thanksgiving to all! Hope for better things in 2008 and beyond!
At the very least a significant 'momment of truth' for all concerned!
Best of luck!
But not a particularly positive or empathetic person. eom
Agreed! It takes very little stock movement to make big changes in pps at this level. But it does give you a hint of how quickly things could move up IF news and up-list occurs. I have never understood why some individuals almost relish writing gloom and doom scenarios. The reality is bad enough. What good is additional negativity? Do they get off making people that have suffered losses feel worse?
Best of luck to all!
Me too..... so far!!!
Best to you!
Eats: The potential is there for success, but now they MUST deliver on at least some of the promise. Still no response from my e-mail. Maybe next week!
Best to you pal!
You got it! Best to you! eom
Frat: I have emailed the company. I'll let you know if I get a response.
They have a lot of trust rebuilding to do, no doubt! We'll see!
