I appreciate your confidence Arnie!
Who's buying?
Thanks Okiearki,
you're right--reverse split-not-reverse merger..
Not trying to put fear into anyone just wanted opinion
chasmo
Question...
When or if there's a reverse merger what will be the share amount:
200 to l, 500 to 1, 600 to 1? And if a merger could one loose all
his shares?
Please explain/anyone...
chasmo
Thanks for the response...just trying to look at both sides...
I've been here for as long or longer than anybody; since LLBO
was first started in Beavercreek Oh, apprex. 25 or so years ago.
Right or wrong I'm still here for my own reasons and planning to
stay for awhile longer. Appreciate all the comments that are
posted on the board!

Hey guys...
Lets look at it another way--negativism can be a good thing: it gives another view of what's going on. Keeps things more in balance. So, for me, thanks GetSerious...stick around!
chasmo
bme, if this merger happens between LLBO and Cyrcadia, will LLBO shares be devalued and a new symbol be replaced with LLBO. Therefore, making LLBO shares less valuable?
chasmo
Arnie,
Why did you cancel your TDAmeritrade account; if I man
ash?
chasmo
This is what bothers me...been with LLBO longer than anyone...been through several reverse splits and don't like the feeling I get sometimes..Sorry Arnie...
chas
Thanks E-7-2
chas
Do you think it's possible, at this point, LLBO stock will be devalued
at some point before it goes to market? Just thing and very concerned...

Your welcome Arnie...

Referring to Post 29505...
Arnie 1,
Since your post Arnie, and the way you put it, I would like to add this to the equation.
I probably have been holding Lifeline Biotechnology (LLBO) longer
than anyone here. Well over twenty (20) years.
Let me explain...
I was sitting in a crusade when the minister stopped in the middle of his message and pointed to a gentleman located in the middle of the congregation, not knowing who this man was, asking him to stand to his feet: this was what he stated to the man...
I don't know who you are, I've never seen you before; but God
just told me to tell you this..."whatever you have started
don't give up. Continue to go forward and develop what you
have started..DON'T STOP!"
You see, Lifeline Biotechnology was started by this doctor in Beavercreek Ohio many years ago. I don't know why it has taken so many years to develop this medical devise? Only God knows!!! This is the only reason I'm still here and continue to be here...
I just felt impelled to share this with someone or all...
Everyone has to make their own decisions if their staying or leaving...i just stated my reasons for staying...
Chas
I know this has been kicked around in the past; but, with what we know or don't know does anyone see a reverse on LLBO in the future?
I would hate to see my shares reduced to almost nothing after holding them for sooooo long...
Chas
They don't think LLBO is going anywhere...running in circles.
Chasmo
I've been here along time; help me to understand. I'm not the most knowledgeable one about stocks...Please explain how llbo is going to survive without a website for investors to go to and invest if the symbol is no longer relevant(connected)to the company? Cyrcadia owns all the patients and when Homles goes to market they'll have a ticker symbol that represents one company and not two!!! I'm sure new investers are not buying the llbo ticker symbol, but the new one that will be brought forth.
Help me to understand...I'm not concerned I'm very concerned.
Thanks,
Chasmo
I don't say much...you can do all the "DD" you want but the
bottom line is Dr Holmes going to "REVERSE" llbo's shares
to nothing? We(I)have no question that the technology works
and will become the leading diagnosis for breast cancer and
other leading diseases...No QUESION! Will LLBO still be in
the running when the dust settles? Yes, only under a different
ticker symbol...I trust not, but don't count on it. That's
what bothers me very much.
chas mo
Thanks Sven,
I think you understand...so do others that are trying to come
up with answeres.
chas mo
I have a question...Please answere someone.
Don't have a great amout of knowledge in this: but, could it be that
Mr. Homles and board are planning to devalue LLBO shares altoghter
and then introducing Cyrcadia under a new international trading
symbol; leaving LLBO out in "no mans land" altoghter? Could this be
the reason for silence?
Please don't say its because LLBO has 40% of the shares...LLBO has
nothing of power since all patents have been transferred! Is this
what they,(Mr.Homles), had in mind in the first place?
The way I understand it...the iTBra works and there's no stopping it. The only thing that's being stopped is by "silence" on LLBO.
Not being negative, just trying to understand.
Chas Mo
Right, since Cyrcadia and Lifeline Biotechnology holds all the known patents that are associated with the ITbra; could it be that J. Holmes, and his gang, are undercutting USA and opening up Mexico under a disclosure name? Cyrcadia now ownes all the know patents for such an undertaking with years of research and development (20 plus years). All of a sudden some kid, with a science project, comes out of nowhere, with NO years of development under his belt, and within one year its ready for the market...What am I missing here? I don't understand all international law, and don't pretend to...but, this I do understand, that Cyrcadia and Lifeline should be all over this because of controlling patents and if for no other reason protecting their shareholders.
Chas Mo
Just curious Penblanc...if I understand, why are you purchasing LLBO at this time when you seem to think the value is not there?
Chas Mo
Thanks Sven...for making my very point...not saying it will happen...not saying it will not happen; what power does LLBO have when all patents are transferred to CI & CA being joined? Look for a new trading symbol be added to CyrcadiaUS after the smoke clears... please tell me I'm wrong!!!
Chas Mo
Still trying to rap my understanding around LLBO having any value after all patents are transferred to Cyrcadia...Holmes knows that the $$$M of shares in LLBO would better be valued back into Cyrcadia as a company, at a devauled entity, therefore, leaving LLBO stockholders only having a small percentage(%) of what they think...
Don't tell me it cannot be done...
Chas Mo
change-for-a-buck...please confir the results of the meeting to the group (ASAP) when the meeting is over...sure will be appreciated! Would like to be there, but cannot make it. Thanks again...nice to have someone on the post's that will be directly in contact with what is stated in the meeeting...Chas Mo
Thanks Voo, Domain & etc.
Just wanted to stir the nest abit. Yes, LBTI has been around for 15+yr's and a lot of water has gone under the bridge. Lifeline Biotechnology was give up on at one time, in it's infancy, and was encouraged to continue developement. It takes a huge amount of resources to develope such an aminal that we are now apart of! I knew form the beginning if Lifeline ever got off the ground it would be a life changer, not only for the one's that own the stock, but most of all the peoples lives that wound be changed for the better. This is why I'm still here after all this time. "Patience is its own reward". If you have the patience for it...
Thanks for the info from tbe board!
Chas Mo
I'm waiting to see what will be agreeded upon during the meeting in a few days...I don't really trust Mr. Homles when it comes to allowing "LLBO's" stock holders to hold onto all of those million's
of shares. Cyrcadia will own ALL the patents and all preferred shares will be under Cyrcadia control...so, what will LLBO own? I know, I know you say it cannot happen...you can say SELL and get out now! Right...just thinking outside the box not wanting too have to sell all the millions of shares I own over the last 15yr+. I know I'm sounding negative...I'm reading all of these posts and no one knows really what's happening until the 27th comes about. Tell me what LLBO will control when all is said and done?
Chas Mo
Is it possible for LLBO go to .50+++?
Chas Mo
Thanks Domains,
New on the block...just learning my way around.
Chas Mo
What I'm concerned about is "Cyrcadia" not only having control of ALL patent's, that Holmes won't "REVERSE" llbo's stock and leave us holding the bag...Is there someway this will not happen? I understand Cyrcadia holds the perferred STOCKS... if this is the case Holmes through Cyrcadia will hold all the cards.
Is there a possibility of a REVERSE stock split, concerning LLBO is losing their patents?
