...And the band played on.
Ouch, Capt, that hurts! I hope that YOU average down some more.
I appreciate your comment.
Catty's comment about buying more just struck me. People are still tripping and falling over hope and spilling their hard earned cash.

Happy: I was averaged here at .055
Today's close is .0075 If I was still in it, I'd be down 86%.
As it is, I lost 82%. And yeah, I'm pissed. That was my hard earned money that I lost listening to these crooks and trying to decipher their BS about revs, EVSY dividend, etc, etc. I fell for the old smoke and mirror trick, and here I am trying to talk some sense into you. All you guys can say in each post you write is "I hope..." And I did it when hit .03, and .02...
Deal. Remember, though, that I am bashing.
Bashing is a deliberate tactic to either drive a pps downward for exploitative purposes or a downright tactic to put a company under. I am neither. I was just giving a realistic point of view backed by facts, charts, and trends. Things that you cannot rationalize, however hard you try. I am done, as I have class. Can't wait til this upcoming week. My money's on the side that many here will wish they sold at .01 like I did. Adios.
I paid my dues, Capt,
and I'm not here with any agenda other to point out that this a bad machine. I lost substantial money here, and if I can offer a different point of view, I'm going to offer it. You are turning a blind eye to the facts of how this is unfolding. The facts speak for themselves, and you and yours are trying to rationalize away the facts.
Whocares: That's the beauty of
the PinkSheets. There really are no rules. SEC's not going to check up on every one of the Pinks. It's kind of like being creative on your tax returns. You may know that a few things are a stretch, tax code wise, but what are the chances that you're gonna get audited? Calculated risk.
All's I know is I'm glad
I got rid of mine for .01! Took a sizable loss, but something is better than nothing. The future of HISC and EVYS is so unclear and complicated, it has created its own self-fulfilling prophesy of a sell-off. Nobody in their right mind would be putting new money into this. This EVSY thing is just stinky bait. Last gasp to lure some cash into the HISC trap, IMO
Here you go, Capt: Notice the stat
on the all-important "Cash Flow" summary:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=HISC.PK
As far as Big Apple, the $75,000./month figure has been tossed around since day one. As they have no cash but they do have a share press, one has to deduce that they're paid in shares each month. $75,000./.009=8.3 mil shares per month. Is Big Apples stockpiling their shares for brighter days? Doubt it.
Look on the bright side:
A six bagger from here makes this a nickle stock! Load up and average down! Or did you ever give pause to the old saying "throwing good money after bad?" Red red red...colors don't lie, people:10.8 million shares of red. Must be Matt's payday at Big Apple.
Seek: That may be the case. And HappyDog,
Id love to know the truth about what's going on. THE FACT IS, this whole EVSY deal still seems to be a product of the big smoke machine. They refuse to issue sales/shipment PR's w/ numbers and no one can really explain how this EVSY deal is going to unfold. It's still coming down to "HOPE." Take it away, Backaway.....
This is getting to be like the
movie "Groundhog Day!"
If Fwank's dumping shares,
doesn't say much for his confidence level in the company moving forward, even without him. No signs of life
Nobody HAD more faith and patience
in HISC than me. I have a 17 year old daughter and the CT looked like an awesome product. Then our school district(a very large one) broke news that they were considering GPS/cameras on all the buses. I e-mailed HISC the day I read the story. Never heard a word from them and HISC never contacted nor was ever contacted by the district's purchasing dept. Then I started doing some real basic, local DD. Visited at least a half dozen Sprint/Nextel retailers a month ago and not one associate in any store had heard of the CT or HISC. They PR sales and shipments without numbers. There is a website without one single link given on how, where, and from whom one can actually buy one of their products. There are 1.83 Billion(that's a "B" folks) shares out there, with around 1.8 trading in the float. Company beat its chest a year ago about $50 million in expected '06 revs. What do you suppose '06 sales have actually generated thru 3 quarters now? PPS retracements are a normal part of a company's stock cycle, but 91% loss over a year's time is not a retracement. Sorry Capt, but I can't wear those rosey glasses just yet. I may re-enter down the road when they actually show some signs of life, but dead money loses every day.
JMO.
I sincerely hope you are right.
If you want to talk about retracements, however, let's address that: 52 week high=.10 on 11/10/05
.10 - current PPS of .009= .091 / .10 = -91% My 88% loss was just '06 YTD. It's at 91% over 52 weeks. Can that be considered a retracement, Capt? I bought in Aug 05 at around .02, which seemed to be a good base. God, I wish I had sold at .02!
Capt, I'm not new to HISC and HISC is not
a company that's starting to move. Correction, it is a company that's moving backwards to the tune of 80% YTD. I jumped in Aug '05, I didn't sell when I should of(another valuable lesson learned about emotional/hopeful trading, or lack thereof). From what I understand, Big Apple receives $75K/month for their services, which are, by design, meant to increase share value. $75K/month has a serious impact on their GP, not to mention all of the other expenses they have.
Listen, I know many here
think I'm a basher, but I'm not. Fact is, I paid my dues w/ HISC and they took a good deal of my hard earned money with Moody's blatant lies about '06 revs and absolutely no deals that actually ship and get paid for. This is my therapy. Not trying to save anyone, just pointing out the facts that HISC has created on its own. Now, the latest hope is Swedish and makes a car that drives like a truck and leaks oil...I know, Mrs. Freak owns one.
60% of that gross profit, BTW,
is skimmed right off the top by Big Apple. FACT. The current numbers are a result of mixing dry ice and water in front of the bathroom mirror. JMO, of course.
Don't forget, I'm not a basher, this
management team bashes itself with its Big Apple
7.5 million shares/month dilution-payout deal.
I doubt that. You haven't been in
pennyland too long, have you?
Dale: Exactly. This has become
a hope stock...hope it comes back. How many pinks that have done pps-wise what HISC has done ever come back? Answer: few if any. If you've got a substantial number of shares, why not get something for them instead of nothing?
Ever occur to any of you that
IT2ME's product has nothing to do w/ the CT or HISC? Ever wonder why ActSoft bagged the HISC acquisition deal and is now pursuing this IT2ME? Ever wonder why pps of HISC fell like a rock after the announcement of Actsoft's reversal? This has unfortunately turned into a true hope stock with management projections at 10% at best of the $50 million Moody's carrot alluded to. Dead on vine. It's a wrap.
QEGY had a most impressive run. Let's
hope AMEP is next, although still looks a way off(at least a month). QEGY will now retrace some of its huge gains.
Why would ticker symbol change
for an empty shell??
You folks have to understand that
Cybershield, unlike the CyberTracker, is nothing new. And if you put it on an Andersen or Pella window, you'll void their warranty. They all make impact glass already. I know this. I was a 3M dealer for ScotchShield ScotchTint, which pioneered and perfected the technology and has the marketing to be successful with this type of product. The film has to be structurally adhered to the frame of the glass w/ a silicone based structural adhesive like Dow995 to do its thing. Homeowner application of these products is a nightmare. You have to make surgical cuts when cutting the film and applying the structural adhesive caulk can be the messiest thing on earth if you don't know what you're doing. Add to that, you void your window warranty. 3M sells a fair amount of this stuff, but it's not a big facet of their bottom line...it's, in fact, tiny.
MindDoc: That's fine, but don't get too
excited. Come September,Ortiz will again show why he will be MVP and nobody in the Yankee bullpen will be able to do anything but pitch around him to Manny.
NITEY NITE, Lacy Larry.
Fairly transparent that RF,
Bad Puppy, Lacy, Stole, et al have been hard at work for NITE.
Quite possibly their assignment is up. Actually, more than a possibility.
Lacy Marie: I recall a post from
someone at Raging Bull about you standing at a urinal. Or was it lifting your leg on a fire hydrant?? Either way, that's just plain funny. Have a nice weekend.
Simple question for the knee-jerkers:
Why would a guy like Wicks give himself up to HISC, if indeed it's full of liars and cheats, after building the kind of resume that he's built for himself? Gotta be something here, folks.
Utterly serious. EOM
If anybody actually thinks that
they're going to leave a dangling Frank in an empty shell that they've spent resources and time acquiring, with nothing moving forward, I say you're not too bright. Stop and think for a second , folks. Have a little patience, yeah....yeah.
I think you all better just
cool your jets and wait til Friday morning. Tired of reading all this knee-jerk BS!
